The book has some valuable ideas at its core, and I did take away a couple of lessons I consider worth reflecting on. However, the book often feels overly idealistic and quite repetitive. The main concept is restated again and again, sometimes almost word for word, with examples that feel superficial and lacking real depth. Most of the stories seem vague and underdeveloped. The key message could have been delivered powerfully in just a few pages rather than an entire book.
