Through nights of torture, tests of fortitude, a couple of massacres, and a fallen Empire, Celeste finds out a lot more than she ever wanted to know about Vanity, and discovers a few things about herself as well.

KT Pinto delivers another terrific story in Vanity, the second novel in The Books of Insanity series. Vanity is introduced to the reader in the first book of the series, as are many of the major characters in this book. At the beginning Book 2 Celeste, Vanity, Marco, and Talia are attempting to escape some vampyres who Celeste had sort of tried to kill...
