The Process describes a new way to approach nutrition, exercise and thinking that can help you get into better shape physically and emotionally. A major focus is on the need to combine a positive, winning attitude along with traditional changes to diet and exercise.
This author has taken time to write down his method and view on diet and fitness, just like a father passing on advice. It is worth the read and very approachable. I don’t lift weights, not in the gym, but, he isn’t pushing that. He’s got a routine laid out to give an idea, and it works for him. It’s true it will work for others.
He definitely has the diet aspect dialed in- stop the processed junk, eat your vegetables, watch the pasta. He doesn’t ascribe to any elimination diet, like low carb, vegan, or some such. But, he does work with the American issued food ideas, being less fat, less red meat, less salt. He says he tried Atkins, but it didn’t work. It doesn’t always, but he does lay out what portions should look like, including all foods that are real.
