The whole way through this set of books I kept thinking, what's next. I was finding ways to sneak away to read it as every time I put it down I just had to go back to it again. The story started off curious enough. But then it goes on with references to WW2, current times mixed with Native American history and lore all the way through. The way even love coming in to it, and you have to remember this story us about werewolves. Awesome storyline. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The story was intriguing and the characters drew me in. I wanted to be part of their stories and see where they were going. Thoroughly enjoyable. With all the amateurish books floating around i was delighted to find this one well written and although has sex scenes they dont dominate the book or appear more times than the actual story, which i am finding with a lot of authors now days. Looking forward to the next one.
First Book was fairly entertaining. The plot was well built and the characters has some bone. Even the male character had some personality aside from being insanely gorgeous and prancig naked at every occasion. The female character was extremly horny , but again retained some charm and personality. So tried the scond book. Well the best parts were when the previous main characters appeared, here sex appeal and horniness absorved the plot. I had no courage to read the third book
These books are such great reads… What a ride.. Talk about twists and turns… Oh and surprise villains, although some not so much, but some where just …Whaaat??? A really great series…. I was reading every opportunity I could, often well into the evening - when I should have been sleeping...
Sometimes it takes a while to get I to a book or series but I loved this series from the first page of the first book and am still loving g it into the fourth book
Lori writes stories that won’t let you put them down until the end and even then you find yourself wishing there was another chapter! I love a good paranormal with action, drama, and a little love thrown it. Lori always delivers! Thanks.
I always like shape shifter type books. Great place to get away from life and explore fantasy. I've enjoyed these books! You are never sure how it will go with the characters. Add some love and it's a great read!
I tried! But wow the setup was bad and slow and became predictable. I gave it 1/3rd of the way through book 1 before I lost the will to care and wanted her to get eaten.
This book will have you enthralled. It will drag you in and keep you wrapped up in it until the very last word. Bring it on I say, you won’t regret it!
