Being given a fake number was a hit to my ego, but hearing Jasmine’s voice on the other end of the line almost made me forget about it. Her confidence and humor had me daydreaming about someone I’d never met.

When the text came through from her and I realized she had been thinking about me, too, my world changed.

An insta story with zero chemistry. This is insta in page form, not timeline. I believe they were talking, getting to know one another, and flirting for a bit of time before they actually met and connected. However, all of that was off-page. I wish there were more texts or phone conversations to show how they connected before bringing in the physical of it. So, with the lack of on-page development, I felt that once they did meet and hang out, it was very insta-lust. Then that somehow turned into love in the span of like a weekend. And, yeah, it just wasn't for me. The idea was interesting, but it fell kind of flat.

Recibir un número falso fue un golpe para mi ego, pero escuchar la voz de Jasmine al otro lado de la línea casi me hizo olvidarlo. Su confianza y humor me hicieron soñar despierto con alguien que nunca había conocido.

Cuando me llegó el mensaje y me di cuenta de que ella también había estado pensando en mí, mi mundo cambió.

'Voz sexy Seth' fue como programé el contacto para la persona desconocida que llamó porque no podía quitarme su voz de la cabeza. Extendí la mano, para qué, no estaba segura. Tenía una regla estricta y rápida, reunirse en persona antes de conocer a alguien. Así que Seth nunca fue una opción.

Pero el destino tenía otras ideas, y mi mejor amiga también.



Mi humilde opinión:

Wrong Number me enganchó desde el principio. Seth y Jasmin llegan a hablar por culpa de un número equivocado y toda esta casualidad del destino fue lo que más me gustó leer. Iba disfrutando de cómo se desarrolla este romance sin siquiera conocerse pero cuando llegó el momento de encontrarse en persona no fue como esperaba. Pensé que sucedería algo divertido y emocionante a la vez, Seth y Jasmin conectaron a pesar de ser diferentes, querían amor, yo estaba apoyándolos después de todas las decepciones que tuvieron pero su encuentro fue poco romántico y demasiado abrupto también.

Me hubiera gustado que los dos hablaran un poco más en persona ya que era todo por medio del teléfono. Sin embargo, se mueve rápido, enseguida se besan y luego tienen sexo. Todo ok, así es el insta-love y entiendo que se dejaran llevar por lo que sentían. Pero para mí necesitaba algo de tiempo tras el primer encuentro o al menos hacerlo más memorable si las cosas se van a mover rápido.

Dejando de lado que no fui fan de su primer encuentro, me gustaban los protagonistas y en el sentido del romance era como si hubieran conocido a su otra mitad. Fueron lindos juntos. Él era un buen tipo que buscaba alguien que quisiera lo mismo que él, formar algún día una familia. Me encantaba que fuera guapo pero que tenga esa linda torpeza y romanticismo en él. Ella era una heroína curvilínea, amaba su confianza y que hablara lo que pensaba sin miedo. Me pareció muy raro que con su confianza y gran autoestima, a ella le gustaba su cuerpo, nunca hubiera hablado honestamente con Seth sobre la razón por la que no quería verlo en persona. Porque ella nunca le pregunto cuál era su tipo de mujer, ya que está era su preocupación. No me gustó que lo esquivara con ese tema, fue tonto.

Los personajes secundarios, sus mejores amigos también me gustaron, Shar y Jake apoyaron a su loca manera a sus amigos, aunque Jake era para no creer, quería golpearlo a veces, pobre Seth' pensaba yo!

En general, esta fue una lectura agradable, personajes buenos, algunos momentos divertidos y un romance insta-love dulce y sexy.

loved this book and the characters, one I didn't like in the beginning but wow did things change for them and what a surprise we all get. would be fun to have a story about them. this story was sweet, sassy and simply awesome. i liked how you get to see things from all sides of the story and how things ended were just too perfect.
I have never heard of the author(s) before but am looking forward to reading more from them.
so glad that I got to get my hands on a copy of this book (ARC) and got to review it.

Meant to Be . . .

Sometimes Fate lends a hand when something is meant to be. Seth has been talking to Jasmine online and he wants to get to know her better. He asks her for her number, she seems hesitant but finally takes a chance and gives him her number. Only it’s the wrong number. Will the new acquaintance be exactly what Seth needs in his life? Will Jasmine be willing to begin a relationship with the sexy-voice stranger?

This was a cute story and very enjoyable. Grab your copy and meet these likable characters that you will find yourself cheering for!

Sometimes fate has to manipulate the outcome pretty much taking the control which is what we see with Seth and Jasmine. Seth sexy as all get out internet dater who has found someone that holds his interest so much that he wants to hear her real voice, get to know her outside of the internet and when he asked for her number he was given a wrong number so when Seth calls he realizes he isn’t talking to the same women but the voice on the other side of the line catches his attention and holds it because he can’t get her out of his mine, thinks about her daily, and wants to talk with her again, Jasmine get a call from an unknown caller but his voice is what caught her attention have her thinking about that voice and even programed him in her phone as sexy voice. So when she tells her friend about him, how she can’t stop thinking about him Shar insist that she call him again, and funny part is his best friend Jake keeps telling him to call her again eventually Jasmine texts him and the chemistry is insanely intense from that very first wrong number and the more they got to know each other the stronger the pull between them became but where are they headed, will he ever find out who the Jasmine he was talking with through the internet, and is there a HEA written for these two unknown callers? .

Seth Morrison is a successful lawyer who has not found the right woman. He is already to get married and have kids. Wants a house with a white picket fence. Seth just needs to find a woman who wants the same things. Seth is so desperate that he is willing to try online dating. He thinks he just might have found “the one.” Seth has been talking to a woman named Jasmine for about three weeks. He thought it was time she gave him her phone number. She gave him a number, but it was the wrong number. Yet fate must have stepped in. Another woman also named Jasmine answered his call. Seth believed the call was no accident. If he believes in fate he owed it to himself to see how things go. Soon he was very grateful she was the one who had answered that call from a wrong number, but nothing in life is ever easy.

This is the first book that I’ve read by this author and I look forward to more. Seth has been chatting with Jasmine in a dating app and it got to the point of exchanging numbers. Seth calls and it’s not Jasmine that answers. Well not the Jasmine that he was talking to on the dating app.

Jasmine received a call from an unknown number. Once they start texting back and forth they start to fall for each other. When they finally meet with some encouragement from their friends Shar and Jake, they fall for each other fast.

The secondary characters were amazing. You will laugh and smile so much in this book. This is just what I needed to read after so many dark romances lately. Can’t wait to read more from this author.

She has her own ideas about whether it can go anywhere. Seth is convinced that it's too special to lose. Their love is unexpected but inevitable. Between chemistry, friendships and fate they might just have a shot at a future together. It was a story with humor, surprises, passion and love. There was nothing that set itself apart about them other than their unique beginning for me. 3.5.

Their voices intrigued each of them as they talked for a while and it opened a whole new world for them. Loved Seth and Jasmine and their friends Jake and Shar. The storyline is a sweet engaging romance that quickly develops from phone calls to in person. Even a disaster in her life is better dealt with as long as Seth is by her side. Such good vibes and emotions, total trust and truth between them. Great ending.

Seth has been talking on the computer to a person through a dating app, but when he asked for her number to call her. She give a different number which Seth calls to find out it is a different Jasmine. The wrong Jasmine tells him that he got the wrong number and then when Jasmine tells her friend Shar she wants her to call him and his friend Jake wants him to call her. What will come out of this. Please enjoy this story it is funny and there is laugh along the way. Love it.

Seth has been talking to Jasmine online and decides he would like to text, so asks for her number. She hesitates, but finally gives him her number. Only it’s the number to a different Jasmine, lol. I really enjoyed this book featuring Seth and Jasmine. If you’re looking for a new-to-you author or even if you’ve read other books by Mila Hart, I recommend grabbing this entertaining read. I hope we’ll get the chance to read Shar and Jake’s story, the best friends of Seth and Jasmine, hint, hint. .

Seth has been talking to a Jasmine on line but when he asks to meet in person, she gives him the wrong number. But fate has it that Jasmine answers the call. They start a friendship via text and fate changes all their plans. They meet in person under crazy circumstances. But fate plays a major hand. Great HEA in the works. .

This book was kinda quirky.
He was on an app and wanted to text/call the girl he was chatting with via the dating app, but the number she gave him had to have been a wrong number.
And the odd part was that the name was the same.

So he calls the number, and eventually they text, and talk by phone.
Her insecurities lead her to want to never meet in person, but you know how that ends.

I really enjoyed this book. There were some laugh out load moments. I can definitely relate to Jasmine, being a curvy, sexy, woman myself. I need a Seth to accidentally dial my number and find me! I loved Shar, because she took no mess and was very supportive of Jasmine. Jake was all about one night stands and no sleepovers, until he met Shar. I am looking forward to a book about Shar and Jake.

This story had a believable storyline and likeable characters. I liked how they got to know each and how their friends helped them along the way. I didn't see some things coming which made for good reading and I would like Shar and Jake to have their story told as there is clearly one there that needs telling.

Sweet, kismet book. Seth has been talking to a girl online named Jasmine. She decides when he wants to talk on the phone that she is done. He calls the number she gives him and another girl named Jasmine answers and it goes on from there. This book is good and was interesting to read. I enjoyed it.

This story was so great. They truly got to know each other before meeting. So they were able to jump right in the moment they were together in the same room. It was like they'd known each other forever. This story is like insta-love but not really since they truly did get to know each other beforehand.
