Rate this book
Would you like to attract more abundance? More love, more happiness, and more peace? It is possible and available to you right now, if you believe it to be true. Positive energy in our lives vibrates at a high frequency. By radiating this frequency first, you will magnetically attract the same positive energy in return, thus amplifying and intensifying these loving vibrations in abundance. And this can be easily achieved by controlling your thoughts in the repetition of uplifting affirmations. Every morning upon rising, open your Daily Rituals book at random, or choose a word from the contents that you are drawn to. Read the positive affirmation and allow yourself time to be transparent with the truth. Follow through with the exercises beneath. Practice these rituals regularly to raise your vibration and your mind will be trained to think positive thoughts from the moment you wake up to the second you fall asleep, promoting and attracting an affluence of positive energy, health, happiness, love and peace.

Transform your life to create beauty and peace in the world around you. Join Phoebe Garnsworthy, spiritual author and energy healer, as she shares her daily secrets to attracting and magnifying an abundance of positive energy, health, happiness, love, and peace.

Everything in existence is vibrating energy. We interpret this energy to be positive or negative, based on the vibrational frequency. Positive energy vibrates at a higher frequency than negative energy, and similar frequencies of energy unite together. If we focus on emitting energy in a high frequency first, we in turn attract the same positive vibrations, thus amplifying and magnetizing an abundance of peace, love and happiness in our lives. We can create positive vibrations by practicing affirmations of self-love and gratitude. Through the daily repetition of these rituals we clear old thought patterns, focus our time into the now, hence creating new pathways to form a peaceful and happy life. By spending time connecting and worshipping our internal self, we are creating an open communication channel to our Soul, the Source of Creation, and shifting our state of consciousness closer to enlightenment. Through acknowledgment and gratitude for life’s blessings, we create positive thought vibrations. If we repeat these uplifting affirmations daily, our mind will consistently reach higher frequencies of optimized vibrations.

Phoebe Garnsworthy is an Australian female author who loves to discover magic in everyday lives. She has travelled the world extensively, exploring eastern and western philosophies alike, while studying the influences that these beliefs have on humanity.
The intention of her writing is to encourage conscious living and unconditional love.

From the Author:
I have been believing in magic for all of my life.

Since I was in the middle grade, the universe called my name and enticed me . . . inspiring me to daydream for endless hours in wondrous lust. Through my imagination I escaped to enchanted worlds full with witches, mermaids, wizards and fairies. I've always been searching for ways to escape my reality with something more exciting.

By the time I was a young adult, I discovered that magic not only existed but was attainable to all of us through a spiritual connection to life. And it was from here that my journey of self-discovery of the world that was inside of me began.

I travelled and learnt as much as possible from spiritual leaders and ancient philosophical texts. I walked across incredible lands, met real-life witches, shamans and angels who showed me how we can utilize our natural resources on Earth to heal ourselves and bring peace to the world around us. And I weave these teachings of mindfulness, conscious living, meditation, astral travel, chakras, quantum physics and many more throughout my novels. They are constantly evolving and infinitely changing.

My writings reflect my dance with the mysterious and wonderful, an intoxicating love in a world that’s overflowing with beauty and magic.

I’ve never stopped believing in magic nor dreaming about alternate realities. I swim with mermaids every time I touch the ocean and I practice spiritual witchcraft daily. I am surrounded with inspirational people who I consider Kings and Queens. Everything is possible if you only dared to dream. Everything is perfectly beautiful, if you only chose to see. I want to show you how magical you are, how wonderful the world is, and how much love you hold inside.

My love is unconditional and forever lasting,
Phoebe Garnsworthy

Én másra számítottam. Ez egy megerősítés gyűjtemény, amely egy-egy gondolatból áll, majd kérdésekből és naplóírási feladatok vannak hozzájuk. Elég rövidke is. Ezzel szemben én azt hittem, jobban kifejti a rituálék szerepét a mindennapokban illetve spirituális értelemben. Esetleg ötleteket ad a saját oltár készítéséhez, reggeli és esti spirituális gyakorlatokhoz, stb. De semmi ilyesmit ne várjunk tőle.

Not really worth the time

Fairly basic book on affirmations, journaling etc. Nothing stood out from this book. It was lackluster. Some of it just didn't sit well with me.

I finished this book in one day. I wanted to read through it before I actually do what the book says (choose one that feels right and do it that day) just to get myself acquainted with what I can choose. I loved the book a lot I think this is a great book for beginners and even I enjoyed it still. Loved the way the book is put together. Affirmation, more information about that affirmation, an exercise that you do and a journal point that you can do. It pushes you to journal and actually be more grounded because of that. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because of the fact that in the last couple of affirmations the writer very not subtly at all gives her own opinion and it feels kind of aggressive “by following a vegan diet you are not destroying the environment” this honestly feels judgy and out of place. She could’ve done better to inspire. The last pages are rituals (for the full moon, morning rituals etc.) which I also like that she included. She gave great examples for everything which shows everyone where to start and doesn’t feel overwhelming.

I wasn't the biggest fan of this one. I read through the affirmations and most were thought provoking. However, this book is bias and therefore not for everyone. Myself included.

Overall, I didn't appreciate how the author suggests mental illness is a state of mind that is easily overcome with a shift in perspective. Daily affirmations to manifest positive energy are a great coping mechanism, not a solution that can substitute professional help.

This book also pushed for a plant based diet. I've been on a diet like that for 7 years but that's my path. It isn't the only path, and it certainly isn't the only way to obtain a healthy relationship with food.

Personally, I think there are better books out there for self help and daily affirmations.

Looked like it would be really good, but reading through was a chore. A lot of the messages were the exact same things repeated ad nauseum, and a huge push to be "plant-based," which, I'm all for, but it was really heavy-handed in the book. It also acted like depression and anxiety were just states of mind and not serious medical conditions that do need proper treatment and care and not just positive thinking and 15 minutes of meditation and a glass of water. Some interesting bits, but on the whole, mostly a preachy mess. I'm sure there are better books out there and would not recommend this one.

This isn't one of those books you read from start to end but you pick up daily and read often. So far I've really enjoyed it but I haven't gotten into it fully. There is also a journaling aspect to this book that I haven't gotten into yet. As I continue with this book and use to it's fullest I will update my review and rating.

This book is short and sweet, but it does have a lot of great prompts for more alignment in daily living. I read the book cover to cover, I haven’t done any of the rituals, but I think I will especially use it as a journaling prompt. I like books that help remind me to pause and reflect.

Very short book but all the exercises within are very well done, practical, and helpful. Small book...but alot of self work. It took me most of a year to get through it.

The cover of mine is black with a pair of hands near crystals and plants and I gotta say I like it better than the one on here.

I love the full moon prayer and new moon questions. The rest seems a bit fluff. The affirmations are very nice as well.

I feel as if the book was pretty repetitive. I do enjoy some self affirmation but everything was almost the same but just quoted differently

Toxic positivity! This book was awful, I genuinely tried with the exercises and journals, but my journals ended up be criticism of what was wrong with the process. Just dismissing what is negative in life by thinking of a positive is really toxic and harmful.

Really liked how the book had an exercise and journal prompt! And in the back are some affirmations and rituals. The only thing that did bother me was the emphasis on being vegan to be healthy. While I am vegan and agree that it has contributed to my health tremendously, it felt pushy. One exercise where it said eating meat free, dairy free, sugar free and gluten free was not that I hard I was confused lol. I do those things and it is not easy! Vegan diet can be easy, but gluten free and sugar free? Not really. But anyways I enjoyed the prompts! Very encouraging! I appreciate learning how to set up an altar and I did one prompt a day.

It was really short but I bought it to keep beside my bed and read in the morning (an affirmation/positive thought a day) and it works well for that purpose.
