I would have named this book “A short reminder of the 14 rules of St Ignatius with real life examples of married people living this out.” I didn’t really see this as a marriage book as I did a spiritual one. However, when our spiritual life is well ordered then it spills into our marriage. Still worth a read!
Was expecting more insight on marriages where one spouse is more religious than the other. However the book mentions a couple that are on a spiritual journey and they seem to live together in a linear manner.
I think this book is good. I wish it maybe had reflection questions for a couple at end of every chapter more clearly. Because of the general Ignatian wisdom and that is a quick read, it seems like something a lot of couples could get at least a little something out of, and I would recommend it.
