The book makes sense and is straight forward. The first step is to actually read it. If you made it that far, get off your butt and do the routines consistently. You will get results.
Nothing new, nothing I hadn't seen in other better books with workout routines, not just "progressions". Only reason I read it was because it was free with Kindle Unlimited.
Good book enjoyable, lots of progress exercises talks more about form getting it right which is important.. good to get you back into it or start from somewhere.
really interesting and useful, better than most of the usual "self help exercise books" I definitely benefitted from the routines. very well written and presented.
