This is a great read for new and old agents alike! If you are looking to find your love for the business again and find a way to get your life back while getting your business to the next level Jess gives you all the tools in a way that totally makes sense and makes me wish that she had written this 20 years ago when I started. I joined The Listing Lab a year ago and haven’t made much headway, but reading this was a lightbulb going off for me. Engaging and concise. This can be read as a step-by-step roadmap or a collection of strategies to build your business. It has up-to-date info on social media and tech tools available to agents, not bogged down in antiquated methods.
This book is short, easy to read. I got it after attending Jess's seminar at REImagine this year. Even though it is a marketing tool to attract people to sign up for her coaching program, it does a good job giving a big picture of how to systemize a real estate agent's business. If you are introverted, having a lot of anxiety running your one-person home selling business, you should read it.
I think a better title for this would’ve been “becoming the 7-figure real estate broker” instead of “real estate agent”.
I’m not looking to build a team (since I’m a newbie). Wanted to get off on the right foot by listening to this audiobook, but wished it talked more about serving clients & less on building a team.
Unlike so many real estate books, this one isn’t just a list of tactics that may or may not help. This is a game plan for strategy development and course correction.
I love Jess’s story and will be camping out in this book regularly in the coming months.

While reading this book, I felt like Lenouvel was speaking directly to me. This book inspired me to restructure my business (I'd been yearning to make that change for the last two years before reading this), and her practical approach and strategies were just what I needed. I ended up enrolling in her training/coaching program for help implementing these strategies, but even as a standalone, the book is a great and cherished resource that can be implemented immediately whether you're a Realtor (who it's originally been written for) or in any service-oriented industry. Lenouvel is a marketer at heart and she's teaching us all to do the same. I have several notes highlighted and find myself going back to it often.

Some small nuggets but a lot of fluff as well. Short. I’m not sure if I would recommend. The best part was actually the business planning chapter at the end.
