Ira is a Fixer, a child raised and trained to “fix” broken fairy tales by an organization the Fixers refer to as DeadEnd. Because once you enter a fairy tale, there’s no getting out.

Ira has been assigned to Neverland. You know Neverland, where Peter Pan lived because he didn’t want to grow up. Neverland, with fairies and pirates. Neverland, which has consumed thirty-one Fixers before Ira and has been dubbed “toxic” by the Operators of DeadEnd. But Neverland needs to be fixed. It’s been toxic so long that every Neverland story in the real world is being transformed into something entirely not child friendly.

Ira comes from a long line of Fixers. Every female in her family for four generations had been Fixers. She’d been at DeadEnd since she was seven. And when she was assigned her world, Ira was ecstatic. She studied every rendition of Neverland, loving the new adult twists. She was psyched to see what was in store for her.

But when she enters Neverland by falling endlessly through the stars, she is not at all prepared for how dark and broken it is. There are some children, but the violence far outweighs the lighthearted, fun, make-believe world she’d imagined. And Peter Pan… well, he was not at all a child anymore.

She was equally disturbed to find that pirates, fairies, and mermaids were the least of her worries. And disheartened to discover that she has no idea what the true problem is. Where the toxin comes from. What had broken their fairy tale. Never mind how to fix it.

However, Ira was not at all disappointed to be surrounded by wonderful men. All of which were big, gorgeous, and interested – except for the elusive Pan. But who should she choose? Can she trust them? Will they help her fix their world, or are they only interested in climbing into her bed? And why was there a weird lack of women in Neverland?

Everything seems endlessly messed up and is getting less clear as she moves along. It isn’t for quite some time that she realizes the fairy tale she’s been sent in to fix has actually been infected by another…

Crea lives in upstate New York with her dog and husband. She has been writing since grade school, when her second grade teacher had her class keep writing journals. She has a habit of creating secondary, and often time tertiary, characters that take over her stories. When she can't fall asleep at night, she thinks up new scenes for her characters to act out. This, of course, is how most of her meant-to-be-thrown-away characters tend to end up front and center - and utterly swoon-worthy! Don't ask her how many book boyfriends she has...

I don't even know where to start with this one! I knew things between Ira and Pan were going to be insane! But I didn't expect him to grow a damn heart or her to bring him to his knees the way she did. Phew. *wipes brow. I was biting my nails through this one, unsure of who was going to still be standing at the end, and what the world would look like. Ira had her hands and her bed full , but this last book ramped everything up! The conclusion of the "Wolf's" Tale was as different and unique as the concept of the story keeper's themselves. Crea is always thinking outside of the box, and I love it. It keeps you guessing throughout everything. There was some surprise appearances, and taste bread crumbs, I hope she returns to gather up!

I am incredibly sad I finished this book/series today. I’m sharing my favorite teaser from the book as well because FINALLY!!!! You never disappoint with your twisted fairy tales and the story and world building and the absolute fantastic characters!! Pan has honestly become one of my favorites. Close second to Eilidh (I just have a thing for the crazy ones I guess lol) but the cross over between fairy tales causing the infection finally resolved in the book and the bonding and the steaminess just make it incredible!! I’m so so excited to see where you go to next because I, for one, cannot wait!!

loved how it all came together 💜🧚‍♀️🐺 🧜‍♀️

The final chapter in Ira, Elidih, Shade, Akule, Lirit, Nev and Pan’s story is finally here!
This is the fourth and final book, so reading the previous three books is a must as it will make this one clearer.

Ira has had a real battle trying to find the knowledge and the battle skills to beat the wolf that’s trying to kill the lost boys! Constantly fighting with Pan doesn’t help either, but moments have them looking at one another with more than hate in their eyes (but it doesn’t last long!)

The battles in this book are intense and vibrant in their details. I’d watch this as a movie or series (might have to be an +18 😉) it’s kept me locked to the pages until the eyes can’t stay open any more (🥱)
Demons and vampires are added to Ira’s problems, and when Pan suggests they visit the fairies 🧚‍♂️ to sprinkle dust over Ira to help her fight the wolf, it all just a little too much for her!
Throw in Pan stirring things up with her group of men, you have to wonder when Ira will snap with Pan!

I’ve mentioned Nev (Never Say) as one of Ira’s partners, and we do have a few more, but I have a soft spot for Nev (being the first person Ira meets) he’s the glue that keeps them together, he’s also the voice of reason, but that’s not to say he doesn’t get jealous when men look at Ira (who aren’t part of her ever growing harem) I also liked how he is with Pan (he’s the only one allowed to call him Peter) and how he keeps pushing Pan to accept Ira.

So will Ira be able to bring together different factions of NeverLand together to fight the wolf? Maybe if she wasn’t fighting pirates and vampires all the time she might succeed.

I honestly was kept guessing with the story, yes you could predict a few things that would happen, but the death of a character did catch me by surprise! And the fact Ira and Pan didn’t fall for each other straight away.
With each book Ira grows as a character, becoming more aware of herself and the powers she’s beginning to wield. Her confidence does take a knock or two, but she rolls with the punches, never letting the toxins that are trying to destroy NeverLand get her down.

I have to admit I’d not read this author before. But I’m definitely going to find out if Ira’s friends (from her home world) have books.
The whole series was just great.
I liked how Pan and Ira didn’t click immediately, in fact through the whole series I did wonder if they could even be friends let alone lovers!
Cleverly written and executed perfectly.

I’d recommend reading this series in order, and I’d recommend you read them now 😊
I’ll never look at NeverLand and Peter Pan in the same way again 😉

So, here we are at the end of this fairy tale. Unfortunately, I was right with my assumption and that there was an Ahdem situation. But at least not as bad as it had been with Ahdem (I cried for days… I'm still not over it and probably never will).

But really, poor Pivo… I hate that his story ended and that he didn't get the future they had in mind. Alas, I had anticipated that it would be him. He was so close to Lirit and started some sort of relationship with Ira too. And therefore poor Lirit too. I felt the losses.

Otherwise, it was clear that the story would pick up a lot, because it was the last in this series. I hated that it took so long with Pan and Ira. While the first half was used to wrap up the Red Riding Hood issue… I kind of had predicted a few things. Like the Grandma and wolf part. And who she was. Furthermore, I had known it had something to do with the story she told them. Still, the conclusion came as a surprise.

In the end, I just felt bad for her. I don't know why she didn't ask for help. But as I said, it's just Crea fashion to write something with so much heartbreak. Her stories are just a bit darker in that regard. But I loved that Neverland was restored and Ira got her HEA.

And I loved, that the second half of the book was dedicated to tie some loose ends.

In regard to Pan and Ira, it was a bit too short for me. I enjoyed the dynamic between them and yes, I loved that she didn't give in immediately. But it took so long to get to their relationship, and it wasn't really solidified for me. Sure, it is clear there is love between them. At least the further you get to the end of this book. And his action are obvious, I would have loved to see it concluded in words. Like a real declaration of love between them. So, I had hoped for an extra epilogue, about after all is done, and their life then.

It's just what I prefer. Like with Mal, where I could see her life afterwards and possible kids. I missed that here.

Still, it was a fantastic series. Not my favorite. That would still be Mal. But I have to point out, her story was more extensive either. Crea wrapped this story up in 4 instead of 8 books. But still, I loved it.

I have asked the author about the next books, and I at least know, that there will be stories about Len and Reth too. Though, it isn't clear yet, when it will happen. But some day in the future. I will definitely read those.

I can't believe another broken fairy tale has been fixed. I'm not going to lie, I fully expected Ira's series to be just as long as Mal's. I suppose I'm so used to some of Crea's series being extensive, but I'm not complaining that it only took four books to complete this one, leaving us with no open ended questions to wonder about. I absolutely adored Ira's Neverland story and can't wait for the other DeadEnd fixers to get their stories as well.

This final book was a combination of heartache, intensity, mystery, steam, action, and love. Loss and pain is a big focus in this book as many of the characters end up being affected in one way or another, either by supporting the ones grieving or being the one suffering the loss. Even with the grief clouding over some things, Crea still managed to balance everything out really well. It wasn't all so sad. There was plenty of happiness and emotional connections still being made. Pan even surprised me with his redemption. I didn't think I would ever see it happen but he really pulled through this time. It was nice to see a completely different side of him, a more honest and vulnerable side that only those he cares about sees.

The backstory of the wolf had such an amazing twist to it. Some I predicted earlier in the series as clues were being dropped, and other aspects of it completely threw me for a loop. I was surprised by how compelling the truth of the wolf was when it was revealed and how something so initially sweet could evolve into something harmful. It was hard to decide whether to feel compassion for the wolf's situation or anger at how they let things escalate into something terrible when the problem could have been easily fixed with some communication and honesty. I suppose it wouldn't have been much of a story without the character flaws though, and Crea is amazing at adding some interesting twists to her tales.

Meant to be read over and over again

Nevermore is the fourth and final book in the Neverland series and must be read after the first three.

The final chapter in Ira, Elidih, Shade, Akule, Lirit, Nev and Pan’s story is finally here!

I wasn’t prepared. I didn’t see it coming. This group stole my heart and soul and a little bit of my mind with their journey. It’s steamy, spicy and you can feel the love for each other dripping of the pages.

Nevermore will hook you from the first line to the last; the chemistry and banter is off the charts.

One thing I love about Crea Reitan books is that they're often not what they seem, and Nevermore is no different: completely fresh and unpredictable.

I didn’t know how Pan would be redeemed, but wow, swoon worthy and romantic Pan I love!
Honestly, I am so sad this series has ended; it gave me an escape I really needed. This world and its characters are so amazing - I feel as if I know them.

I knew from the first few pages that the story and the characters were going to stay with me long after the final words had been read.

Nevermore is fast paced, heartwarming and steamy. I highly recommend it! Truly phenomenal!!!

I wasn’t ready for the end

I keep saying how I have never been a fan of the Peter Pan story but this series turned out to be one of my favorites of all time. The characters were all unique with multiple layers and facets to their personalities which makes them standout amongst each other.

The story itself was not quite as complex as this author’s retelling of Alice but it was still fast paced with plenty of puzzles to solve as the story progressed. The story as a whole flowed well without inconsistencies. The author even managed to include some real life relationship drama and growing pains such as jealousy and miscommunication which I always love to read about in books I pick up, it makes everything a little more relatable to me as a reader.

Overall, this book and series was a home run for me. I loved the character types found within Ira’s harem, the exciting and fast pace flow of the story, the polyamory/MM, and the complex and detailed world building. I highly recommend this series and just about anything else this author writes, I haven’t encountered a book I didn’t like by this author as of yet 😍

10 out of 10 amazing conclusion to this series! Now I’m not gonna lie, I was getting a little annoyed with Ira and how she was treating Peter Pan after he was trying so hard to get back in her good graces….but I understood. He was an asshole for a long time. Also, it’s kind of funny reading the acknowledgments. She said it was supposed to be a seven man harem and I believe that the vampire and croc we’re gonna be a part of that but I’m glad they weren’t. I also thought that it was pretty cool, that Peter wasn’t exactly the focus of the story. I feel like with this series versus toxic Wonderland, It was wrapped up a lot nicer…although I would’ve liked to read an epilogue of sorts about them having children and stuff maybe, but it wasn’t necessary. The story of little red riding hood was pretty tragic honestly. It wrapped up rather quickly, considering all the turmoil that Neverland had went through. But I really love this series. I hope there’s another fairytale in the works.

I'm so sad this series is ending! I would have taken many more books in this world. They are that good. Although, I have to say, even if it's always bittersweet to let a series go, it was a great ending and an amazing last book. Every questions you had are answered and then some. AND we finally know all the details of what happened to Neverland! Let me tell you, it's one hell of a story! We meet some new characters, go on many adventures, witness an epic fight, hear a heartbreaking story and yeah, I shed some tears while reading, not gonna lie. Nevermore is an incredible book, you should definitely read it.

not what I imagined, but perfect ending

Spice: 3.5/5

Crea does a great job of giving you endings you don’t expect. I always subconsciously try to imagine the entire plot of a book as I’m reading, so it’s hard for authors to surprise me because I look at every detail and can usually guess how it’ll go. While some parts of the ending are expected, the actual saving Neverland really surprised me.

Great series, amazing plot, perfect characters with even better character development and growth. Another great series by Crea. I think it’s even better than Wonderland and I loved that series!

I really needed this closure. I thought that it was going to consume me until I finished this series. I love me some good Peter Pan retellings, and this one filled every check box I could have imagined.

I love the characters, I did not love the surprise that this had, because I was really starting to love the dynamic. But I know why it had to be done.

I won't lie I would be thrilled with a novella to come from this story because I kind of cannot let go of this series.

Review your trigger warnings ahead of time, but this added some new interests to my ever expanding list.

This was such a good series, even though Crea ripped my heart out at the beginning of this book! 💔 This was my first time reading a retelling of a fairy tale. It was dark, twisted, and sexy....and I loved it! I love the characters and I love that each of Ira's guys are so very different from one another yet all fit so well with her....even Pan! If you loved Peter Pan as a kid and love dark, steamy books now as a grown up, then this is a must read for you!

I really enjoyed this book. This book grabbed me and took me to a place in which I could lose myself and relax. It moves along at a great pace, making for an enjoyable read. The characters are amazing and you feel as though you know them. You cannot help but love them. This book needs to be on your TBR list, there is no doubt about it.

dark but lots of love to make up for it

This is a great series. Warning though there are dark elements a bit of a bully situation but man the love and affection between the FMC and her harem more than makes up for them. This series has mm and mmf. Excellent read and highly recommend this dark mixed up fairy tale. Wondering what fairy tale the next fixer will be doing.

Ira’s story reaches its epic conclusion in book 4 of the series. This installment includes some swoon worthy romance, spine tingling action sequences and be warned you will cry more than once.

I adore this series and although Ira’s story is now over I do feel there is more to tell so hopefully like Mals’s wonderland series there will be a ‘what happened next’ series.

I didn’t think I was going to like this series because Pan was a gillyweed. But OMG I love it so much. Ira and her men are perfect and I love Pan’s scenes the most. I can’t wait for the next fairy tale. 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️

The action (and action 😉) packed novel finishes amazingly although not without leaving a few broken hearts and tears.
Honestly, this book was incredible and I have absolutely loved this take on Peter Pan.

meh

I loved the first book but I began to dislike Ira more and more as the series progressed. Halfway though this book and I can’t stand her. What a waste of a FMC. Think I may skip to last chapter to just be done with it.

This was a good ending to Ira’s fairy tale story. I liked the extended wrap up after they fix the break. There’s definitely some major sadness in this one, so prepare for tears. But everyone is happy at the end.

I can’t believe it’s over! I have so loved seeing Ira and her men work together to battle the brokenness in Neverland and work to fit together. They’re a mess of different backgrounds and personalities, but they all came together beautifully in their love for Ira. And who doesn’t love when an antihero grovels? 🤣 Absolutely loved it!
