It was a good read. Great knowledge from both a spiritual scriptural side as well as a psychological side and some studies done in the science and psychology field. It would have been more influential if I had read it 2 years ago.

Helpful insights dealing with stressful situations, anxiety, fears, and improving relationships with others and yourself. Also, practices to implement them.

Solid principles that are probably better in the print copy rather than the audio version. The exercises would work better with a print copy. The writing style didn't resonate with me even though the principles did.
