good ending!
4.5✨I really liked the finale to this series. I liked that Ryder made sure to get the final word on everyone that brought trouble towards his family. Teagan was still hard headed but she got with the program, lol! Loved the ending, it was sweet.

Part 2 was all about them
Part one was about Ryder wanting his cake with his Sweet Tea and having pieces on the side. And I don't blame Teagan for wanting better for herself.
Part two was about Ryder discovering he could not slang the 'D' and keep his Sweet Tea. The Carlos connection to the last part of the story still puzzles me.
I would not be surprised if another story included Carlos; something is fishy there.

Disappointing Struggle Love
The storyline was decent but both MCs were not. I can't wait until urban fiction authors stop relying on painful struggle love to progress the romantic plot. Ryder spent 80% of the series cheating & disrespecting Tee. No one called him on it, he never learned his lesson & all he did was throw sex to make it better.
The books should come with better warnings because he threatened to kill her more than enough times. I think the author was just rushed towards the end because all the bad characters were handled without explanation or really justice for Tee.

Ryder and Teagan, Two Kisses
Carlos to the rescue, but the reason he was there at the rescue was dirty business and I’m glad that Ryder thanked him and detached from him!!!…
Patience was a dirty dog and Karma definitely took her by her collar!!!…
Pyro and Blaze were hilarious and crazy in the same breath!!!…Their emotions when they seen their grandma made my heart smile!!!…
Preston a.k.a. Trigga was a whole pu$$aa out here in these streets!!!…He kidnapped Teagan, but wanted to beg for his family!!!…
Zel always showed up with the voice of reason and bought bal to his friendship!!!…
Ryder and Teagan was going through it to finally be together!!!…Ryder made a good point when he told Teagan she’s upset at him for his single behavior!!!…She has a man, but wanted Ryder to be faithful, to her!!!…I was glad she settled her emotions and was able to indulge in the love they had for each other!!!…

I enjoyed the series! I'm glad that Ryder and Teagan got their happily ever after. I would like to have read more from Trigga and Chuck when they were in the run. I wanted to know more about Patrice's issues as well, at least the reason behind her jealousy. I know she said that Tea and her parents thought Tea was better than her but I feel like more could've been said. I loved their friends I mean family baby because they were always ready to go. Ryen, Stashia, and Tashia did not play about Teagan and i loved their relationship. Waiting to see what's next from T'Lyn

A Little Better
Book 2 is a little better than book 1. I guess because Ryder stopped his whorish ways. I’m still not convinced that Teagan isn’t a little slow. She just worked my nerves in every part that she was in. All of that whining and the theatrics were over the top. Also, maybe I missed it but I never got a detailed description of anyone. Everything was so vague. Anyway, I honestly was not that impressed with Ryder or Teagan from book 1 and it didn’t change much in book 2.

No! Toxic Love!
No to weak women that accept anything in the name of love! No to dog ass men that screw others in your face but constantly say they love you! Then demand that you not screw anyone else and you go along with that! What kind of bull is this!
This is not love and really makes me wonder the age of author because grown women would not accept this behavior!
I like this author’s books but this one just pissed me off because both main characters were not likable. Plus too much was going on (the whole grandmother part). And it didn’t need to be two books.

Worked my nerves
This couple worked my last nerve. There was a childish and immature quality about both of them that led me to be disengaged emotionally. They just kept doing stupid stuff that, had I been reading an actual book instead of kindle, I would have thrown it. With this being 2 parts, it would have been nice to see some growth and maturity at some point. Another shallow ‘he spends the coin so he loves me narrative’. Not at all creative and ended up being a frustrating read.

Ryder is that man!!!
I’m not going to say much because I don’t want to give anything away. I will say the beginning of the book when Ryder had his moment with Zel and his dad was touchy for me and I cried(a little). Overall… all imma say is I KNEW IT!!! I FREAKING KNEW IT!!!

Okay read
Really not much to say it was an okay read. I’m glad Teagan and Ryder finally got it together because they worked my last nerves in the first book.
I knew Patience was up to no good. I agree with Ryder it was just plain dumb and irresponsible for Teagan to sneak off with her girls to try to handle Patience while pregnant.
I’ve read all of this authors work and thy all were 🔥 this one didn’t quite do it for me.

Welp...
I was really hoping for more in the 2nd installment but there was no improvement. Ryder was still f**k boy and the attempt of him proving & showing his love for Teagan went out the window when he seriously threatened to kill her. Like he told her and repeated it to his best friend. It's one thing to be crazy over your lady and to go hard behind her but hell she is supposed to be the exemption!! In the end story felt rushed and needed a bit more development. Great effort though.

Ryder was on demon time and his quest was to get to Tea! He had to handle business and he had his peeps Zel and them crazy twins.
Not sure why Honey was not dealt with FRFR!
That Los is a snake and got too much money to be in shady stuff like that SMH!
The other villains got what they deserved and travelled to the upper room.
There were still numerous grammatical errors, name mixed up with the girl twins and was even calling Fire (Flame).

That was an adventure omg! Baby Ryder didn’t let up on not a soul playing with his family. He was precise,cold, and calculated. He was tough on my girl Tea at times behind things she could’ve and should’ve let him handle but he always proved to her his love and devotion to her and their families. Throughout all of their relationship when things begin to arise he always had her back and it was always gone be them til the end! Great finale.

I love Ryder!!
It’s crazy Carlos was buying women, but he came through in the clutch. Got Sweat Tea back to Ryder. Ryder and his boys handled business. Teagan birthed baby girl and they got married. Everyone is happy and at peace. I want to read more on Blaze and Pyro and their women now.

I loved it great job because baby Ryder didn’t play about sweet tea at all and I so loved that though. I was so happy that she was able to get to her family along with the twins grandmother. I’m so glad that everyone got what they deserved for messing with them though.

I am glad to see Ryder got through his ho phase without baggage and virtually unscathed. We can’t say the same for the bodies left in the wake or hearts broken along the way that dared get between him and Teagan. Dope series!

Ryder was always a G and the love he displays tops them all. I'm surprised the twins and Zel didn't get engaged before the book ended. Hell I was so into the book I didn't know it was coming to an end either. But this is a great be read.

A great ending to a well written book. This storyline has some good twist and turns. With characters that I love reading about. Even though I wanted to slap a few. The love between the couples in this read, definitely kept me laughing, and hoping for the best.

It pick up right where part 1 left off. I'm glad they found Teagan before anything could happen. Teagan and Ryder was definitely made for each other. The ending was perfect.
