The Notes: Words Here Lie Forgotten

Rate this book
The Notes are smaller works and fragments that may still be considered significant. These were often directed to individuals or issues of the day and then formalized into more generic notes as remembrances. At other times these constitute essays that had been abandoned prior to completion (disinterest being a primary reason for the abandonment), but which are along various stages of development. The Notes are scattered over the course of a decade and rarely had attached dates. Overall, the reader may find these writings to range from inane to the perceptive and from the sane to the deranged. "I speak for the exception, so long as he does not wish to become the rule." (Attributed to Nietzsche.) These represent the scope of a young life lived.
