The aliens didn't invade Earth in giant spaceships as depicted in the movies - they were smarter than that.
Matt Sheridan has been called many things - stubborn, difficult, a loner - and that's just by the people that like him, but no one can deny he's a good Invasive Species Control Unit agent. Killing aliens is his life mission, so you think he would recognise one if he sat next to them at the bar.
Aliya Elerson thought her life was mapped out - influential mate, friends, family - but when that's cruelly snatched away, she ventures outside the safety of her colony. She went looking for a distraction and ended up with so much more.
With secrets threatening to tear ISCU apart, how far will Matt go to discover why the beauty at the bar fled his bed and how far will Aliya go to protect her identity? Return to ISCU, where its becoming harder to separate the agents from the aliens, and the line between right and wrong.
I always dreamed of being an author and as an 80's child was inspired by the likes of Kathleen Turner in Romancing the Stone and Angela Lansbury in Murder, She Wrote (so much so that when I was 10, I pestered my parents for a typewriter which I used to carry around in case inspiration struck -thank goodness for the invention of lighter writing tools).
I love reading as much as I love writing, and never thought I'd make the switch to e-books but have to admit that I've been converted by their ease of access and portability. I love discovering a new author and have an obsession with reading their books in publication date order. I especially like romantic thrillers and urban fantasy novels.
I live in Essex, England and have two children. I love all things Superhero and think "Geek is Chic"
