David Hobbs brings a lot of good example to the web pizza or frankensite problem. He has a good range of tested ideas and useful analogies and metaphors to help you and others in your organisation the challenge of presenting a fluid, useful, and continuing program of improvement for your org's web presence. He shows how short term fixes end up being long term issues. Highly recommended
