I discovered a lot of new concepts by reading this book like exposure therapy, the knowing-doing gap and "The Mess". It was also a good way to reinforce the things that I already knew like the Law of Diminishing Intent: the longer you wait to do something you should do now, the greater the odds that you will never actually do it.
Bonus that it's very easy to read - it took me a few days.
