Enjoyed and educated. This book helps dispel some of the myths of hypnosis. It discusses many of the therapeutic uses of hypnosis and self hypnosis. Roet with his Medical background as a GP is capable of offering a much more credible review of hypnosis which he does well. This book can kindle ones interest further.
