When seven students--each vastly different from the others--are summoned to the principal's office and locked in until the time that one of them should confess to a recent act of vandalism, they form an unlikely alliance. Original.
Take The Breakfast Club, put it in book form, take out 65.7% of the whinning and angsting, replaced by more detailed back stories, motivations, and actual action on the characters' part, give it a real ending, and you get this wonderful story.
HILARIOUS. I must have read this book 50 times or more when i was in HS. it's like the breakfast club but in book form. lots of colorful characters and a fun, surprising twist in the end.
Overall a great read for teens...and Breakfast Club lovers.
