Marked as a traitor after abandoning my pack and choosing to join another, I was being hunted by the man who rejected me.
Cursed as a half-breed, ignored and unwanted, I was an outcast amongst my pack. I had dealt with a lifetime of abuse, with Ward as my only ally. When faced with the news of his betrayal and union to a full-blood wolf, I had no reason to stay.
In a new town and with a new pack, I'm accepted and protected by three. Have I found the place where I belong or am I being used for what I know?
Ward is determined to drag me back to the pack now that I am important to them. Caught between the pack who only seeks to silence me and the one who seeks to use my body and learn my secrets.
Who can I trust?
18+ Only. Standalone reverse harem romance with a HEA.
Cute story about Lacey, Cody, Dustin & John. Lacey is a half breed who is an outcast at her pack. She is rejected by her mate (the alpha) and told to leave the pack immediately. She runs away to a hidden pack who has beliefs that the Moon Goddess only wants peace between all wolves – regardless if they are full or half. Lacey is afraid of getting hurt, but eventually decides to stay with this pack as she feels a draw to all 3 men.
This story is about self-discovery – not only for Lacey for also for the 3 pack brothers who are trying to rebuild their slowly diminishing pack. This will tug at your heart strings after you hear a few of the stories told by the men and you will not be able to put this book down. I love Lilly Wilder’s books and look forward to the next one!

This started with an attempted assault and by 30% was all 3 guys talking about how the moon sent her to birth the next generation. So, assault, patriarchal drivel, preachy moon worshippers, and plans for her she may not exactly be behind. Because a person is more than their uterus. Ew. I know they're isolated but the syntax is strange. Almost robotically formal. And zero world building. Do humans know about wolves and ran them into the woods? Do they still remember them? Or have they forgotten? I have no clue. No world building. Characters are flat. They preach, harp or info dump. They don't live or jump off the page. They don't develope or grow. And the only plot is some wolves are jerks, some are pacifists, and all feel fine calling her a half breed even though she's made it known she doesn't appreciate it. And if they don't plan on leaving the pack, the ones who left aren't coming back, and randoms only show up every couple of decades, they better either learn to make peace with fading quietly or embrace webbed toes and banjos.
A story about acceptance and loving yourself. Lacey was born a half-breed wolf. She suffered years of abuse and discrimination from her Pack because she wasn't a full blood wolf. After getting her heart shattered by the one man she loved and thought loved her; she ran away in search of solitude away from wolves and people alike.
She was offered shelter and a place to find refuge by Cody the Alpha of a Peaceful Pack living in hiding. Cody lead his Pack by the guiding Principles of the Moon. Cody's right hand men were John and Dustin. Although the three men had varying opinions on what was best for the Pack; both John and Dustin continued to support Cody's decision as Alpha as well as their Best Friend and Brother.
Each man found themselves attracted to Lacey and wanting to be with her. As Lacey got to know each man individually she felt draw to each one and fell in love with Cody, John and Dustin equally. Lacey could not decided which man to choose so she let it be known that she wanted them all.
Through this union Lacey found strength, love, protection and acceptance in all three. The love she had for one never undercut the love she had for the other and she literally became the mother of a new generation of wolves.

This is a great story that will have you on the edge of your seat from beginning to ending. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Being half wolf & half human makes Lacey a target in her pack. Abused and made to feel unwelcome by everyone only for her friend/mate - Ward to reject her in favor of the pack. So that leaving is the only option for her. Only for her to stumble upon 3 wolves - Cody, Dustin & John, a new pack and a new sense of freedom for herself. I really liked Lacey and the guys especially with how they coped with all their anxieties and with that happened to them in their pasts. This was a really great read
Lacey is a halfbreed and therefore worthless in her pack’s eyes. She is used and abused and then the ultimate betrayal is when her promised mate rejects her. She runs away right into the arms of an pack alpha that is kind and fair. Cody, the alpha, and his friends John and Dustin are building a relationship with Lacey when her former pack reek havoc. Will they be able to fight off her old pack?
Lilly Wilder has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Lacey, Cody, Dustin, and John. Lacey had been with Ward and thought that they would be together forever. She has just found out that is not the way things are going to be for her. Ward now wants to become Alpha and with her being a half-breed, he can't be with her anymore. He is now with Charlotte, who can't stand Lacey. After Ward tells her, she tells him that she is going to leave the pack since she would not be able to watch him and Charlotte together. The pack had never treated her right, they were always telling her she was no good for anything. All she wants is to find a place where she can be alone and happy. She meets up with Cody on his run and she thinks she is in trouble and she gets ready for a fight. Cody is not wanting to fight with her, instead, he invites her to stay the night so she can get a good night's rest. She tells him that she would leave the next morning. things don't go as she plans when she meets with Dustin and John. At first, they are not too sure about her but John knows what she is going through in a way. He was mistreated by his old pack also. Cody thinks that the moon has sent Lacey to his pack to help build it up again for the next generation. He wants her to stay and be the mother of his cubs. Lacey ends up staying but not because of Cody. She has feelings for Cody, Dustin, and John. John tells her why Cody wants her to stay and she gets mad at Cody and lets him have it until he explains. She tells him she will think about it. Cody was appointed Alpha when Victor passed away and the pack is a small one. If they were attacked, it would not be good for them. A lot of the pack had moved away and Dustin wants to go to the city and see if he can find them and tells them they can come back to the pack. Cody doesn't want him to go and tells him so but Dustin thinks this is something he must do. The night that Dustin leaves, he talks to Lacey and tells her why he must leave and has her take a message to Cody. Before he leaves Lacey gives him a kiss. While he is gone, she grows closer to Cody and John. John is the first one she sleeps with but so far, she hasn't done anything with Cody. It has been a few weeks and Dustin is on his way back to the pack when he runs into another wolf. This wolf attacks Dustin and he gets hurt. Cody has a feeling that one of his brothers needs him and he goes looking for him. He finds Dustin and gets him back to his home and this is where Dustin tells him about being attacked. Lacey is there and she asked Dustin to tell her what the wolf looked like. When he tells her, she knows who it is and she explains that it was Ward. They have to get ready for an attack. She tells the guys that she just hoped that Ward would not tell anyone about finding her but she doesn't think it will happen. Cody's pack is attacked and things go crazy. Mitch, the Alpha of Lacey's old pack is ready to overtake Cody's pack and lands when a bunch of Cody's pack comes back home from the city. They take care of the other pack. Lacey is having her own fight with Charlotte and she ends up taking Charlotte out. Ward comes up to Lacey and tells her that he missed her and wants her to come back to the pack. She tells him that she is happy where she is and this upsets Ward. The two start to fight and Lacey takes Ward out. After all the fighting is over, the guys are looking for Lacey and they don't see her. She finally comes from the other side and Cody asked what happened. She explains about Charlotte and Ward. He knows it was hard for her to do what she did. Lacey finally tells the guys that she has feelings for all of them and wants them to be together. This was not something they thought they would hear. Will Lacey get what she wants from Cody, Dustin, and John? Will the pack start to grow stronger with Cody as Alpha? This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

This was not a great book. It was marginally a good book. Here’s the issues as I see them;
1) World building was pretty thin. While I understand the most about the FMC, Lacey, new pack, I know hardly anything about her old pack. There’s really one one scene in her old pack. While she mentions a few things in her old pack, we are never given a scene to see for ourselves in the form of a flashback or backward time jump. The only thing we are made aware of is that they were abusive assholes. We know that wolf shifters are not known to humans, and while all wolves consider themselves to be children of the moon goddess, not all of them “worship” her like Lacey’s new pack does. That’s pretty much it for world building.
2) Story/plot development is pretty shallow as well. Here’s the cliff notes Honestly, if you took out the few steamy parts, this would read like a juvenile YA novel or maybe even a script of an after school special TV movie, lobo edition.
3) Character development. I simply couldn’t connect to any of the main characters in this book. I really didn’t like Cody, the alpha of her new pack. I use the term “alpha” pretty loosely to describe him. He’s the closest thing to a pacifist that an alpha can be. Seriously, I thought he was a pussy and couldn’t see how a wolf pack would follow someone like him. It’s not very often that I do not like a MMC, but he did absolutely nothing for me. Neither did her two other mates; John and Dustin. Just nothing very memorable about any of them.
All in all, I would say that if you’re looking for a real meaty shifter romance book that will grab you from the opening pages, this isn’t the book for you.
Lacey runs away from her pack, they hated her for being a half breed and the one person she thought she could rely on ended up betraying her. She ends up running into the Alpha of another pack. This pack is kind and does not think of pure bloods and half bloods as being different, they are all treated equally. She is invited to stay with them, but she struggles to believe what they tell her as she has been hated her whole life. Cody is the Alpha, he is young having just taken over from the previous Alpha. He runs the pack with the help of his two friends John and Dustin. However, they each have their own opinions on how the pack should be run. Cody is intent on running the pack in line with old traditions, however, John and Dustin feel the pack is weak as there are few pack members. They are torn between staying or joining others in city. Dustin leaves to find old pack members and encourage them to return, but not before expressing his feelings to Lacey. Lacey feels confused as not only Dustin, but John and Cody confess feelings for her. Cody feels that she will be the new mother for their pack, wanting her to run the pack beside him. But what if Lacey has feelings for all three men, will she be able to make a decision and when she does will they all be happy with it?
This is a reverse harem story, it is not like ones I normally read as Lacey is the one to propose the 4 way relationship and the men struggle with it at first. I enjoyed this story and would recommend reading it.

Cody, Dustin, and John three pack brothers from different families but act and live as brother’s so when the current alpha dies and one of the three is chosen to step up becoming the alpha of the pack. Cody is working so hard to keep their pack together after the death of their previous alpha who strive for peaceful living with the guidance of the Moon Goddess. Lacey’s life hasn’t been easy abused daily by the pack because she was born a half breed, but yet she is to follow the pack rules/regulation being promised to a mate who rejects her and so she runs from it all right into the arms of Cody who lives in a peaceful pack. But Lacey doesn’t believe that because all she has known is abuse from the time, she was born so she goes with it all just to have a place to stay and regroup or try and find a plan. The boys have another plan they are all attracted to her, and they are going to prove her a pack can live in peace. Learning to love wasn’t easy for her because they had to break her view of love comes with conditions and abuse but what happens when her old pack want her back, will her new pack who taught her she is worthy of love, will they stand with her when her old pack comes for her, can she finally have peace and happiness?

I really enjoyed this book and the challenges that Lacey faced being a half breed and the betrayal from not only the pack but her supposedly mate Ward who rejects her if he wants to be alpha he can’t be with her and she decides to leave the pack instead of watching him with Charlotte who hates her anyway. Now in a new town she runs into Cody who is the alpha and offers her a place to stay but can she trust him after everything she has been through and agrees to giving it a chance and when she meets his best friends John and Dustin she wonders if she has finally found a safe place to call home. The longer Lacey stays the closer she gets to them all but when her old pack comes to take over Cody’s pack and land and her as well it doesn’t end well for them and then Lacey is attacked by Charlotte and she ends her life an then Ward tells her he misses her and wants her back and she refuses he doesn’t take it well and a fight breaks out between them and it comes down to her life or his Lacey ends his. When the dust settles and calm is restored Lacey realises she wants to be with them all and they welcome her with open arms and she realises she is not worthless after all. Loved it

Finding Their True Eternal Bliss - Lacey had always been mistreated by her pack because of her lineage, so her rejection by the love of her life was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Cody was the Alpha of the pack and even though his best friends, Dustin and John contradicted him on occasion, they still tried to work together as a unit. The moment each of them met Lacey they felt drawn to her, but were still suspicious of her intentions. It would take spending time with each of them and communicating what she wanted, for them to realise they were stronger together than apart.
This story was engaging, emotionally challenging and steamy at the same time. It was wonderful to watch Lacey finally find the strength within and stand up for herself. I always make sure I keep my Saturday free, when I have a Lilly Wilder book to read and I can say this book definitely didn’t disappoint me. Reading this story was definitely an an amazing experience.

Lacey had been treated badly for being a half-breed then she runs away and meets Cody. Lacey was born a half-breed but the other wolves looked down on her for it and made her life a misery except for Wade who seem to like and protect her but then he tells her that he will be mating a purebred female in hopes of becoming Alpha one day. Feeling unwanted and rejected she runs off in the forest to try and find a new life for herself. She encounters Alpha Cody who encourages her to come and stay with his pack at least for the night. Cody had recently become Alpha of his pack after the old alpha has died of old age and he worries that he is doing the right things for the pack. When he finds a beautiful wolf in the forest he invites her back to the pack hoping this is a sign that things are looking up for his pack.

This is a great addition to Lilly Wilder’s bibliography. It has three wolf brothers, by pack not blood. One is chosen to step in as Alpha when their old Alpha dies. Cody is trying his best to hold together their pack by holding to peaceful living and following The Moon Goddess. Then a half-breed runs from her violent, abusive pack and stumbles across Cody. Lacey is not sure if she believes Cody but decides to stay long enough to get her bearings. But then she becomes invested in the dynamic between Cody, Dustin and John. And then her old pack comes looking for her. What will happen? Can the fend them off? Will Lacey stick around for good? This tale is full of self discovery, angst, anger, action and love. I like that the characters are well developed so you get to know them. And I get invested in them. I did receive an advance copy for my honest review.
Another great reverse harem romance by Lilly Wilder. Lacey is a half-breed and they never let her forget it. She’s forced to leave her pack. She happens to run into the alpha of another pack and is very skeptical about his invitation to stay with them for a while. She eventually finds out she likes it there and likes how she is being treated. Three guys including the alpha start to get interested in her. They are all totally different from each other, but she can’t decide who she should be with. Maybe she doesn’t have to. Lots of drama, secrets, danger, and of course, HEAT. Will definitely read more from this author in the future.

I enjoyed this book. I like how the beginning didn't drag on too much with Ward - just enough to get a feel for what their relationship had been, feel the hurt that the female character had when he decided to turn his back on her, and then her choice to leave. There wasn't any moment that really "dragged by" thankfully!
I sort of see the new pack she runs to as almost like a Mennonite wolf pack. They live in the old ways, aren't as modernized as the outside world, and believe very strongly in the Moon. There's nothing wrong with that of course, and in the end they all learn that's what best for them. It's a simpler, more pure life.
It's a good RH read if you have a quiet day ahead of you!
Lacey has long been abused in her pack for being a half breed. When her promised mate rejects her, she runs away, into the arms of Cody, the Alpha of a peaceful pack who still follow the old ways. He, his friends Dustin and John, and Lacey build a relationship that is not easy at first. When her old pack comes after her and her new pack, it will take all their resources to fight them off.
This story moves slowly in parts, and the love story is a slow burn. There are some well-written spicy scenes and their HEA is beautiful.

Lacey is a half breed wolf and in the eyes of her pack that makes her less than. When her promised mate rejects her to further his status in the pack, she finally decides to leave. Cody, John and Dustin are part of a peace loving and moon goddess worshipping pack. They believe that all wolves are equal and the moon goddess has a plan for everyone. This in where Lacey ends up after running away and also where she truely finds herself. Alpha Wolf Protectors was a quick and entertaining read.

When Lacey runs from her pack she lands in a town that is slowly dying and becomes the center of attraction for the new Alpha Cory and then meets Dustin and John. She finds herself confused with the way the pack is run as the beliefs are all different from what she grew up with. She has an immediate attraction to all three wolves and struggles to come to a solution that all men will work with. This was a great story with all the anguish and joy that comes with a new romantic entanglement times three.

Lacey heart was broken by the man she thought she loved. She ran away after he chose another woman even though he said he still loved Lacey. She ran into three men that are friends but different. They each fell in love for her and was willing to fight to protect her. Lacey and her three men struggle with their new found love arrangements as well as threats from Lacey’s old pack but in the end everything worked out for Lacey , John, Dustin, and Cody.

I am sorry to say, this was not a book quite to my liking. The story is good, and the main character's are well described. It was nice to read a shifter story, where all types are accepted, and not just the full bloods.
After my opinion, there was unfortunately to much focus on the Moon (fate). Which at times could be a bit to much and to dominering.
I would have loved to see more depth to their relationship, as it had the potential to be a good lovestory.

This one took me awhile to get into it but once I did i couldn't stop. Lacey is not treated well due to being part human and considered a half blood. She thought she was in love until he turned against her as well it was the last straw. She runs away and is found by Cody the alpha of another pack.
She gives him attitude big time. But he still invites her to their pack and rest.
This one has drama, action as her old pack comes to find her when the learned she was still alive.

Lacey a half breed wolf shifter-human, has been abused by her pack all her life, so she finally has enough and leaves. She is taken in by a new pack with alpha Cody and his friends Dustin and John. There she finds acceptance, compassion, and love. But will she and her men be allowed to live in peace? The book is well paced, steamy, has some twists, turns, and more. A solid 4 stars and a free read with your Kindle Unlimited subscription.

Had to stop reading. The writing seemed robotic and didn't flow. Plus, every man in this world sucks. Even the ones we are meant to like say things like "elders, woman who had long served their usefulness but lingered in life like an unwanted smell." Wtf is that about. Plus, the only reason they accepted her into their pack was the hope of making babies, not to actually be nice people and help her. It's the definition of a "nice guy." Hey, I bought you this, now you owe me sex. To be honest, the world in this book is just gross and not romantic at all.
This is a good author and I've enjoyed most of the books she wrote. This one however had too much insecurity. The men can have some, but it seemed more like a book of people needing therapy more than about developing a relationship. We didn't get to explore how they felt about her of how they evolved to feel love. All she had to to was is them. Like the last few chapters the best.
I received this ARC and voluntarily give my review. Lacey is a half breed and therefore worthless in her packs eyes. She is abused all of her life and the one man she trusts betrays her. She is welcomed into another pack and soon learns that everyone is not the same. Trouble comes and Lacey must decide whose side she is on and how far will she go. A powerful story of faith, friendships and loyalty.
Lacey our MFC half breed that was bullied & made to believe she was worthless the alpha of her pack was her friend and was promised to her but he chose a full breed breaking Lacey heart she takes off and bumps into Cody alpha of a peaceful pack where he joined by his best friends his Pseudo brothers that bring different ideas and thoughts into their pack.
The story for myself was drawn out the first 10 chapters but glad I finish reading the end.
The female lead, Lacey, is half human half wolf and not liked by her pack. She was forced out and stumbles upon a new pack. The new pack sounded like a cult and the Alpha was too weak for my liking. The female lead is really just a breeder...wasn't any chemistry of what I read. The new pack needed new blood and the moon "provided" that possibility to them with Lacey.
As with other Lilly Wilder books I have read, this had a long, slow philosophical build up, ultimately leading to love, conflict and acceptance with an HEA. The eventual steam was worth the wait, but I found the first half of the book a little too long and drawn out.

This is the story of Lacey, Cody, Dustin and John. It is what happens when Lacey runs from her pack and ends up in a better pack. But of course there is danger and conflict as these main characters meet and learn to like and trust each other. And cannot forget that old pack of hers. Was entertaining with its different take on wolves from the usual.
