a bit dry in some places, but otherwise, an excellent read if you are looking for a book to show you how to push the levers of your metabolism to get healthier, I recommend this book.

I’m currently reading three of his books simultaneously. I found that a lot of the information is repeated. In fact, there is identical language in all three books and by that I mean complete paragraphs. This book goes further into biology and chemistry, which was difficult to follow while listening. (I listened to this book on audible, and the author was the primary narrator. There were spots where there was an obvious overdub. He also speaks very loudly, so it feels a little like he’s yelling at you.) I have checked the physical book out from the library to look at certain equations and there are diagrams that I wanted to see. Overall, I think it contains some very useful information. It is not a diet book nor does it give you a plan to help truly control your metabolism. You would want an earlier book for that.

Hard to put down

I have believed in Dr. Jade since his metabolic renewal program fell in my lap in 2019 right at the exact moment I needed it... I thought I was losing my mind and he explained every symptom AND showed me how to address it. I reached my goal weight first time ever.. I jumped off the wagon a while but even when I was making the wrong choices I believed in what he taught me. When I got back on track I found this book....not sure how But he did it again... I liked it so much on my Kindle that I bought it in paper back. Thanks Dr JADE! He is the real deal!!<3

This should really be titled, Mind, Body, and Soul. Man or woman, this book is full of helpful information. I'm well versed in many health and fitness information, and still learned so much. I've lost weight and gained weight over my life and wanted something to finally stop the back and forth. So informative! It will teach you about how to understand your body and your weight. I can't recommend this book enough.
