Pen name of author A.M. Snead.

Born and raised in scenic Coos County, Oregon, CJ enjoys the small town atmosphere and down-to-earth country folk who populate the area. She is a single mother and lives with her 18-year-old daughter, 1 horse, 4 dogs and 6 cats deep in the country woodlands which gives her plenty of time to write.

She is a Christian and a strong supporter of the LGBT community and favors gay erotic romance when it comes to writing. She hopes that her stories of love and acceptance will help further compassion and understanding for LGBT people who she feels is greatly misunderstood and persecuted - in a large party by the Christian community.

Most of all, she is hopeful that her stories will bring comfort to those who have been told that God hates them because they are different. It is her strong belief that God loves everyone and His love covers all.

Amazing

I was lost from the first word to the last. Lost in their world and what a journey it was! There were lots of tears both Happy and sad, it was hard to put down but one of those books you wanted to go on forever.
The men are on the island only two more to find before they can leave and start rebuilding their lives. When the men finally return home they have to face the ones they left behind. They all have to learn to be the family they once were.
New men come back with them and change the family dynamic. These new men bring others back to the family folds and new books are on the horizon.
CJ Bishop writes these men and the read watches them come alive on the page. Another amazing read by this author and I can't wait to see what's next.

Amazing

I simply loved this book. Things were a little rocky at first. But the love the men had for each other brought them together again. There are still some questions I have but I know the answers will come out. As usual you'll need a box of tissues. Bishop has done it again. You'll cry and laugh and be dumbfounded. It's heart warming, sweet, tearful, and funny. It has a wonderful surprise toward the end that you don't want to miss. I just can't get enough of the cowboy and Cochise and family. Keep going CJ Bishop, need more. I💜💜💜💜💜💜 this book so much and you will too. This is a must read.

I cannot recommend it enough. I doesn't matter what book you start with (please read in order). Just make sure that you have a big box of Kleenex.

Tissues,lots and lots of tissues

I'm always blown away at the emotion CJ Bishop writes into her books, this book is no exception. The boys are home at last as well as some unexpected people that will blow your mind when you see who they are, the homecoming is bittersweet especially for Maddy and how his actions have affected Angel which has a devastating effect on Dane and Axel. Highly emotional read beautifully done can't wait for the next book

This was amazing. The boys come home. There is emotional stuff to deal with after their ordeal. But for one man it is the greatest homecoming ever. This book had me in tears, both sadness and happiness. I love these emotional novels by CJ. She makes my heart go through so many hoops. From joy to rage to devastation. I love her books.

This is the follow-up story to the Island series by CJ Bishop and H.M Wolfe.

In this last story that will end the Island series, both authors decided to split the books into two and give out their characters homecoming from the Island so that we readers get to see a better view of how each of the characters coping with the traumatic experience’s they have had during the days they were on the island.

As this book contain a lot of spoilers I don’t want to write too much about the details in this book as each reader should read this book for themself as this was a really satisfying ending to the current storyline of the series.

The book starts off right before the teams split off and go back to their homes and family with the rescued ones from the island. Everyone that has been on the island has emotional and mental traumas that will take time to get past and we get to read about the emotional homecoming and how the first few days after coming back home, how everyone tries to take back their life and move on slowly.

Everyone that was back home as well was affected by the disappearance of the boys, especially Angel who back in his own book had to fight to keep Maddy alive and out of any kind of danger and abuse that their stepbrothers were threatening Angel with. Because of that Angel isn’t handling the disappearance of Maddy well, and his homecoming is an emotional scene that will make a person cry. Out of all the chapters of this book, this was the one that just hit home as I recently re-read Angels book.

I recommend this book to everyone that been following the Island series as I think it will give a satisfying and good ending to the Island storyline, and also story lines that can continue after this part of the story is done.

THIS IS AMAZING

This is a perfect Novella. The follow up to what happened when everyone returned home. How the healing process was not cut and dried but possible. This series The Cowboy Gangster/The Base Crossover introduced me to CJ BISHOP. It's the best when you find a talented Author. I'm looking forward to many more adventures with this talented creative Author. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS INCREDIBLE SERIES!!!!!!

Memories

Clint and Cochise returned home with their family. Everyone had things they had to get over, so much pain. I cried so much reading this series. To think about the suffering the characters endured, left me heart broken. I don't know if this is the end, I hope not. Clint and Cochise have to get married and the bachelor party, wow. To have Nathan back was very nice. Looking forward to the wedding, hint.

I loved this book. Clint and Cochise along with the men from the base rescue their men and boys. Axel, John, Donald, Maddy and Cory return from the island of horrors. With two miracles to lead the way. Can they emotionally heal and find happiness again?
