From socialite to innkeeper, she didn't expect to trade cocktail spirits for another kind entirely. Divorcee Meredith Sullivan is starting over in rural Maine, leaving behind her glamorous NYC lifestyle and cheating husband. The inn she inherits, dubbed Three Crones Inn by the locals, comes with three unexpected ghostly residents. Lottie was the first mistress of Three Crowns, but her cheating husband murdered her. Augusta came to the inn to write, and her spirit never left. Gemini was a '20s flapper on the wrong side of Prohibition.
Together, they're enough to drive Meredith insane even as they help her find her way in this new adventure. Hunter, the sexy handyman, is a bonus and a complication she's not sure she's ready to face after ending her 20-year marriage, but if she wants to restore the inn to its former glory, she has to put on her big girl panties and deal with all the challenges coming her way. The mystery of what's happening in the lighthouse must be solved, and she has to keep living.
Life's no longer about cocktail parties, but there are still plenty of spirits.
Aurelia Skye is the pen name Kit Tunstall uses when writing science fiction romance. It’s simply a way to separate the myriad types of stories she writes so readers know what to expect with each “author.”
I liked this ghostly book. At first I was disappointed as it seems to be blowing through essential character build up and growth, but once I realized it was a series I was okay.
The first book in the Three Crones Inn series. Divorcee Meredith Sullivan she inherits, the Three Crowns Inn known to the locals as the Three Crones Inn in rural Maine. She comes there after her divorce. She meets Hunter Ellison the caretaker and Lottie was the first mistress of Three Crowns, but her cheating husband murdered her. Augusta came to the inn to write, and her spirit never left. Gemini was a '20s flapper on the wrong side of Prohibition. The five of them will have suspense, drama, danger, magic and another ghost to handle. I want to read the next book. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Meredith comes home expecting to celebrate an anniversary with her husband, and finds a very different kind of surprise
another surprise is an unexpected bequest from the great aunt of her husband to Meredith. An Inn in a remote, upstate area
Could this be her fresh start? Except upon arrival, Meredith finds things in disrepair, a hunky handyman who seems resistant to her staying, a nosy neighbor, and more than a few ghosts, and not all seem friendly
Can Meredith grow into the skills to manage her bequest?
Humor, sorrows and the seeds of new opportunities, friendships and losses

Ghostly Inn-Heritance is an entertaining paranormal story about a forty-seven-year-old divorced woman who inherits an Inn and three ghostly residents. The storyline is unique, the writing is well done, and I loved all of the quirky characters we meet at the Inn. Ghostly Inn-Heritance is book one in the Three Crones Inn series and I look forward to reading the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
Meredith hadn't known her ex husband's aunt well, so she was shocked that the old woman left her her property when she passed away. I love Meredith and the journey of self discovery she is undertaking. She is a wonderful character, well written and fascinating. I found all of the characters in this book to be unique, and in some cases a little quirky. Ghosts, magic, and a portal to a different realm. Fantastic beginning to a new series.
Meredith has a new purpose in life now that she is a divorcee and her daughter has a life of her own Meredith is free to turn over a new page in her life. When she inherits the Three Crone’s Inn, ghosts, Hunter and a dog named Duncan she finds new meaning in her life plus a lighthouse that has a pulsing light that needs to be addressed before she can open the inn to guests
It was fine. I personally was not overly invested in the characters and don’t have immediate intentions to continue the series.
This is my second Aurelia Skye book, and while she’s full of fantastical worlds her writing falls a little flat. The plot isn’t engaging and I feel no connection with any of her characters. It’s nice that the books aren’t very long so the time commitment is low at least.
It isn’t BAD, it just isn’t “so good!” like some other books I’ve read.
For years Meredith denies her ability to see and communicate with ghosts. All that changes when she inherits an inn in Maine where strange things are happening. What secrets does the old lighthouse hide? What part does the handyman Hunter play in Meredith's future? Just the right blend of magic and mystery to keep a reader captivated. Enjoy!
This was a fun read. I like Meredith. I despise her mother. It was cool to be a fly on the wall as Meredith tried to start over at the inn. The ghosts are great sidekicks and there’s a spark with the handyman that I hope grows to more. I’m intrigued by the lighthouse and look forward to learning more about it.
This was a great way to start a series. The character work and story line were well written and kept me entertained from beginning to end. I can't wait for the next installment.

This was a really solid first hook into this world. I look forward to seeing Meredith uncover her abilities as she sets about getting the inn up and running again . And what other ghosts will pop up in that adventure.
A new start in a new place with abilities she had long forgotten is the beginning of this fun read. I can't wait to see how things will progress as she hones her skills.
What’s a different book wasn’t expecting all that went on really. Another middle-age woman finding her husband cheating leaving him and doing something unexpected. She also finds out many things about her self that she never knew.
I was looking for some easy reading and this fit the bill nicely. A teenager would definitely find it boring though. There was something missing about it I thought, maybe some cutesy sidekicks for friends ? ? Something or someone...?
I enjoyed this story about a woman who must start her life over after a divorce. She inherits a haunted Inn and decides to fix it up and open it to the public again. I enjoy reading stories like this one and can't wait to read the rest of this series.
It was okay. Can definitely tell that this book was the start of a series. I feel it was the bookbto establish characters and relationships. It really didn't get interesting until the end.
I enjoyed the quick start on this book. Very little world building was required, so we are into the action right away. Tame romance and a fun cast of characters round it out nicely.
