It's slightly dated..so u need to look up the a laws in your state..such as not selling your property 5 years before you go into a nursing home.. it's now 3 years in Jersey...some eye opening advice on a way to avoid probate if the estate is impoverished..I was pleased with Suze this time.. though I hated, Young, Broke & Fabulous, and I guess so did my daughter because she never read the book!
