Not a lot of new here, but I really like how it's presented as a 1 week challenge. Good start to developing better habits towards achieving your vision/goal using tried/true success concepts. I like the concept of a mental diet. Reinforced my resolve to not be so easily distracted by things that aren't important. Good rules, good tips, good plan. Quick read. Recommend.
Abundance in a 5 step plan. Lean, you will have to do your own research, but it makes it simple enough for you to understand. Think it precisely, believe it, eliminate negative thoughts of it, feed your mind positiveness, and take action. It's not a book, it doesn't sell itself as one. It's small but give you what you need.
This is a quick read that lays out basic steps that you can take in 7 days to improve your life. There is nothing in here that I have not seen before but it is well laid out concisely for you to follow. You can probably pick up some ideas if you give it a read.
