When Lizel mysteriously finds himself in a city that bears odd similarities to his own but clearly isn't, he quickly comes to terms with the unlikely truth: this is an entirely different world. Even so, laid-back Lizel isn't the type to panic. He immediately sets out to learn more about this strange place, and to help him do so, hires a seasoned adventurer named Gil as his tour guide and protector.
Until he's able to find a way home, Lizel figures this is a perfect opportunity to explore a new way of life adventuring as part of a guild. After all, he's sure he'll go home eventually... might as well enjoy the otherworldly vacation for now!
Another good volume! And now there were three. I like that Eleven has officially joined the party he's a fun character. Wasn't as much of studd in this one which is too bad. I liked everything with the merchants guild and how lizel solved that issue. I also appreciated how he solved Elevens bandit problem
Everytime I read this, I get such a good feeling! I love the vibes and the way they help one another out in their partnership! I love their new addition to their party! His red hair is gorgeous! I love how Lizel takes care of them and understands the personality of each! I’m so looking forward to more adventures!
I'm so glad I got into this series when I did! Sure, I've caught up now and have to wait for each new release, but these past five volumes I've read have given me such an enjoyable glimpse into the possibilities for the future that I'm even more excited for the coming books!
I never thought Lizel would allow someone else into his team with Gil, but I agree that Eleven makes for a worthy addition. His personality, abilities, and relationship with both Gil and Lizel will make for some interesting situations in the future, of which I'm sure the author will take full advantage. We saw a bit more of Lizel's skill in manipulation and strategy in this volume, which I thought was a nice departure from his usual front of open-faced honesty and kindness. He's still a kind person—just with more depth of skill and intelligence than most people would realize at first.
The wait until volume six's release in September will feel long, but I'll try to keep my mind off it, so it'll come around faster!
God, i was giggling the whole book. If the author says thats just good friends, the author is wrong, I'm sorry, but nothing of that is just friendship, no mater how hard you squint *snort* But yes, it's more cozy dungeon hunting and being gay with each other, while everyone adores Lizel. i love it.
Just as sweet and cute and peaceful as ever. No real suspense, simply a feel-good story about a group of people going on adventures and having fun. There are head-pats and chocolate and Lizel being a genius airhead who's just a little scary when he lets you see. I love this manga, I really do, it gives me a fuzzy feeling but I don't really feel any unquenchable drive to get to the next part nownowNOW.
What's the addition of a new party member there are chores that must be doing. Naturally followed up by testing out new equipment and teamwork building. It was a lot of fun to see how Gil and the newbie get along just fine. Liz definitely brings out the best in people! This particular volume was just good old fun and it was very entertaining even in the fight sequences that usually are just something you breeze through. The dialogue in the series is fun and witty as well. I'm enjoying it!
I love this series! Its so fun. The characters are great and each has their own quirks that are cute. Now they have a new member, Eleven and he's so interesting. He idolizes Mr. Lizel. I can't wait to see what else they get into.
This is such a feel good manga!! I am so happy this popped up on my suggestions on Kindle unlimited! And bonus that the first 5 volumes we're free to read! I am a fan! The characters are super adorable and you just can't get enough of all their sweet silliness.
I love this series. I can't wait to read more. Lizel has made so many new friends. I guess we'll see if he's able to go home. Although the others would be sad if he does.
I'm so glad that Eleven joined their adventurer's group. They all seem to work so well together that they just breezed through that labrynth. I can't wait to read what's next.
Although Eleven keeps following Lizel around, Lizel remains vague about his acceptance of the party request. But after a small mystery is solved, Eleven finds Lizel was actually working on things all along. Now the three of them are ready to tackle a dungeon together.
It's funny how Lizel keeps toying with Eleven (deliberately? who knows) until Eleven's desperation to join is less about him thinking he can show up Lizel to actually wanting to be accepted by Lizel. But, as I said last volume, they make a good team. Lizel is the obvious brains behind the operation. Gil has the muscle. Eleven, however, has the drive, as well as the humor, and a less-than-legal approach to whatever troubles him.
And that's how they end up in a dungeon, with Eleven going overboard both because he likes violence, and wants to show off . . . and has a new set of knives to try out. Even if the enemy is a type that wouldn't usually match up well.
Overall this continues to be a pretty fun read. I rate this book Recommended.
