The Final Fight for Freedom: How to Save Our Country from Chaos and War

Rate this book
From New York Times bestselling author Chris Stewart and Dr. Dane Stewart

Truth is being destroyed, free speech criminalized, the dollar fast becoming worthless. Ideologues at the helm of Big Tech, Big Media, and Big Business are set on the destruction of capitalism and democracy. Powerful federal agencies are no longer protectors of the people, but their primary adversary.

Not since the Civil War has our nation been so divided, bringing us to the edge of national suicide. And our enemies—China being chief among them—see our weakness. If we falter, they will act.

Not since World War II have we faced an adversary so determined to achieve global dominance. At this moment, they are perfecting an arsenal of weapons to use against Quantum computing. Artificial intelligence. Hypersonic missiles. Bio-warfare. These are threats we must defeat. But before we are able to do that, we must protect ourselves from the enemy within.

Many of our forefathers had to fight a Great War to save their freedom. It falls upon this generation to fight two. But we must not lose hope. There is a way to save our nation.

2.5 stars. Some of this book seemed like the authors just needed a place to publish evidence for events congress should look into. That got pretty tedious. This book is also composed of non-fiction interspersed with fictional sections. At first the fictional sections annoyed me, but after a while I looked forward to them. I think they performed the function the authors intended — sometimes a story can illustrate points better than explanations. The second half of the book was more interesting to me. Sounds like we are in for a wild ride. The chapter on hope was short on details, but at least there is some cause for hope.

This is the authors best book yet! Their tedious research is eye-opening and makes me want to do more to help save mine and my children’s future. Our threats and enemies overseas are terrifying, but what’s more is within our own country. We need to unite together to protect the constitution and to stop the hatred between each other. If we do not, the book gives chilling details of our imminent future. Our country will fall from within and our enemies will pounce. I highly recommend this book to all who desire to keep our country free, regardless of political stance.

I recently read HOW CIVIL WARS START by Barbara Walter. I saw this book seemed to have a similar premise, so I wanted to compare. This book is largely a laundry list of all the things that the authors disagree with and that readers should be frightened of (namely China). Oddly, the "only thing" that can prevent the destruction of the US, according to the authors, is Federalism (states' rights). It's unclear to me how letting red states and blue states choose their paths will protect the US from China. The authors offer no link between the two, nor any citations to back up other assertions throughout the book. Sorry I spent the time reading.
