Not sure as to what I was or wasn’t expecting when I started when reading this book, but it definitely wasn’t that! The second Sam met Kaia’s sister at the stand I immediately went “oh no” and it had clicked for me that they were twins. Was wondering what in the world was going to happen when Sam and both Kaia & Lani realized that Sam was the same person they’d both been talking about. Also, when Sam walked up to the car where Jack and Stella were…Glad that didn’t end badly and happy they finally reunited.

It was a good story set in Hawaii but it was shorter than the other Snowflake Creek books. They’re all novellas but “You Can’t Ruin Christmas” was 20 pages longer. Being so short there wasn’t enough time for much story development. That is the reason I rated it at 3 stars.

🍰 This novella from the Snowflake Creek series was such a cute little escape! At just 100 pages, it had the potential to be more, but still managed to deliver a complete story without feeling rushed.

💔 Sam Valentine is living undercover in the Witness Protection Program in Hawaii. His family believes he died years ago in an oil rig explosion, leaving his sister Stella grieving ever since. Now, with whispers that he’s alive, Stella is determined to find him—so she can hug him… and then kill him for all the pain he’s caused!

🌺 Meanwhile, Sam is battling PTSD and loneliness, until he’s captivated by a beautiful Hawaiian native at the market. When he finally works up the courage to speak to her, his suave agent persona completely crumbles. Instead of smooth charm, he blurts out: “Hello, I like your coconuts.” 😂 And yes, it only gets more awkward from there!

📚This was a lighthearted Rom-Com with mistaken identity, heartfelt family drama, and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments. Perfect as a quick holiday read while running errands or cozying up with cocoa.

When I saw that the next book in the Snowflake Creek books was out..... I literally RAN to get it! These books are sooooo adorable, steamy, romantic, and always have many laugh-out-loud moments. This one hits the mark :)

Sam has been living a scary life, and now that he is retired and hiding out on a small Hawaiian island, he attempts something even scarier... dating.

While Sam's sister gets the news that her brother may not be dead after all....

This book was AMAZING. Twists and turns that kept me reading NON STOP since clicking to buy. Adorable, romantic, steamy, funny ... even a part that had me in tears.

Now we need to know how her sister did with that man she met on the plane :) :) WRITE MORE!!!! :)

So cute!

Absolutely loved Sam and Kai's story, Sam was placed in witness protection after his job was done. He now lives in Hawaii and is so lonely but lately he was noticed the quiet girl at the farmers market and want to go speak to her. Kai has noticed the new guy hiding in the shadows and thinks he is really cute. When Sam finally gets the courage to speak to her, he accidentally asks the wrong sister out.

Sam and Keilani

The fact that Sam was so tongue tied trying to talk to her about fruit in the beginning was so funny I couldn’t stop laughing!!!!! The fact he mixed them up was just as funny!!!! And the fact that he has PTSD over losing everything is just so sad!!!!! I’m so excited Jack was able to find Sam for Stella!!!!!

I just finished this book. I loved reading it very much. A long lost son/brother escapes and goes back home. Another long lost son/brother who was thought dead who had to go into witness protection for some reason is found by the husband of the sister as he promised her that he would try. Everyone is happy. I loved reading this book.

Twins

Poor guy falls for a lovely woman but, doesn't know she has an identical twin. Of course confusion occurs. When he actually gets together with the correct twin, chemistry takes over.

cute and amusing

This short story has two story lines running simultaneously, culminating in a double HEA. Some amusing scenes as well as a few cringe inducing ones make for an interesting installment of this series.

So disappointed when it was a mistaken twin trope. I had hope this was a cute shy girl shy guy romance. The sister was odd. Not sure I am interested in her story except in the epilogue I liked the guy.

A Perfect Valentine’s Day Gift

So much happening in such a short story. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll believe in Valentine’s Day miracles. Then you’ll want to read the rest of the series.

Love it!

The story was short but cute! I feel like the author could have added a little bit of a twist other than the confusion between the twins. Well, over all I still love the whole book!

My Secret Valentine (Snowflake Creek) by Olivia Noble – If you get secondhand embarrassment, I think these two are trying to out-awkward each other lol! But you will want to break out your bubble wrap (and some glasses) for the leading man! Happy Reading!

This novella was a quick read with the identical twins mistaken identity trope. There were some funny moments and some where I had to suspend disbelief. The Hawaiian setting was beautiful.
