Savage Queen

Rate this book
Something I never thought was capable, happened.

Now I’m trying to make all these relationships work without letting my past effect my life.

So I do what I do best, shove it down deep and distract myself with sex and blood.

But I don’t have to worry about finding things to keep me busy because someone has come into my city, putting teenagers at risk.

With the help of my men and Evie, we work together to track down each man who dears to stand against me.

One by one, I collect my playmates for one of my most exciting and eventful D-Days to date.

All while building new relationships and strengthening old ones.

But how long can I ignore my trauma before it comes to bite me in the ass?

I don’t know, but I hope they mean what they said, and are there for me no matter what. Because I don’t think I can do it without them anymore.

Omg I can’t believe it’s here. The end of Harlow/Queenie’s story. We know that we will circle back once again when we reunite with Harlow and Emmy later on but still…it’s pretty much the end. We pick up where we left off in book 3. This book was super emotional. We ride along as Harlow navigates her way around now that Queenie is no longer at the helm. But she makes her appearances now and then. But this was truly a Harlow book as she juggles her business, her club, the Queenie stuff, her boyfriends and being a mother. Rosie has grown up so much and we can only imagine what she’s like when she grows up because she’s a sassy little thing who has everyone wrapped around her little finger. We watch as the relationship between Sam and Harlow and also Sam and Axel grow and develop into something so beautiful. Axel has definitely come a long way. I’m so sad to be leaving this world but I cannot wait for the book about Harlow and Emmy.

I absolutely love Alisha's writing. I'm in awe of how she handles some rely dark topics and trauma. She doesn't shy away from writing them and handles it so beautifully.
This book REALLY gets into Queenie's past and Oh My Aching Heart! The trauma from her past is something else.
We really see the relationships open up and there are some wonderfully sweet moments.
Oh so many feels and I want back on this crazy rollercoaster of emotion.
I'm so sad the series is over, but I am really excited to read the other cross over books and see more of the other characters.

This was the first series I’ve read by Alisha and it blew me away. I was gripped from the first page of queenie/Harlow story and absolutely couldn’t get enough of this spicy emotional rollercoaster of a series. This series really showcases Alisha’s talent as an author and I couldn’t get enough.

This book was probably the most emotional of the whole series, which personally I think says a lot about the feelings it invokes. We get so much character growth and discovery between all of our favorite harem members that captivated me. I feel like I saw so much more depth to these characters and fell in love with them all over again. Harlow/queenie especially showed this softer side that had me wanting to hug her while also continue to get ready to ride into battle by her side because she will always be the queen.

I hope you’re ready for this spicy and emotional end to this series. It was a real knock out and I can’t wait to see where else these characters take us in the future. This book was the perfect ending to an amazing series.

Ps! Sam! ❤️

I will be honest that I dragged my feet reading this book some because I didn’t want this series to end. I’m excited to have a crossover with Harlow and Em next year but seeing this series end was so bittersweet.

This book was a lot more of an emotional read than I am used to with Queenie/Harlow but it was perfect for the direction of this book. There was so much growth and development of some of these characters in this book and the emotions just made it all so much better. I especially loved the character development of Sam in this book. We didn’t get to see as much of him in previous books so it was great getting to know him and learning why he was able to connect so well with Harlow and Evie. I also loved seeing the softer side of Harlow as she opened up to the guys. It really helped all of their relationships.

If you want a book that will bring the tears but also has some blood and steam, I mean it is still Queenie, then you definitely need to read this book! I can’t wait for more of Harlow with her sister and I hope we get to see even more of Rosie. That little girl is fierce and hilarious!

I loved seeing more of the personalities of Queenie/Harlow && Beast/Neo. This was a very emotional read, but I'm glad that it ended this way. It's a great ending!! I love how all the guys got more time with Harlow. I am hoping to read a little bit more when Rosie gets older.

I received a copy of this arc in exchange for my honest review. This book, MY GODDDD. This series IS EVERYTHING. This is a series that will never be forgotten . I am addicted to Queenie and her harem. Book 2 left us with a kill*r of a cliffhanger, and this book was long anticipated! I don’t wanna talk too much about the plot as I don’t want to give away any spoilers.
Harlow runs into trouble at the end of book 2 and we find out what in this book. As usual she pulls her bada** Queen self back and rises like the phoenix boss that she is.
The development from book 1 to this one is absolutely outstanding. Harlow has evolved so much and has learned to open her heart to people. She has come so far and can now trust and love again for the first time since she was a teenager. It’s been amazing seeing her and all of the characters grow and evolve throughout this trilogy. I love how the author alternated chapters with the different characters’ point of views. It really allows the reader to see things as the characters were seeing it, and understand why they were the way that they were.
I am telling you, this book is outstanding. The author really ended this trilogy with a bang. I loved all of the characters, but Neo is by far my favorite out of the harem. He is HYSTERICAL, I have never laughed reading like I did in these books. Each book his character just got better and better. This book is DARK, its SPICY to the MAX, and I still laughed out loud throughout the entire book.
This goes up into my top 3 dark reverse harem series I’ve ever read. This entire series will have a special spot on my book shelf! The vibes in this book absolutely scream bad*ss boss bit*h. The author NAILED it in the dark romance reverse harem trope. I would love nothing more than getting more of this world in the future. I already miss it so much!
Fans of Tate James will LOVE this series !
If i could give this 10 stars I would.
AMAZING.

I love my Savage Queen, she's everything and more. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Queenie is my soulmate. What a great book. Alisha really captures the evolution of Harlow and Queenie both. Both of them realize that they are human with human feelings and emotions and finally let them surface so that they can face their pasts and their nightmares.

It tore me up to see Harlow breakdown the way she did. I cried right along with her. I felt all her emotions and then Evie and Sam's. And to watch as the guys felt what they felt but still put her first. This book was definitely an evolution for everyone.

I was happy that Dean allowed Harlow to take control so that he could let all his worries and stress go even if it was hard for him, he let go and trusted her. Axle opened his heart and soul up to not just Harlow but to Sam too. And he stuck up for what he wanted in life and embraced it full force. Cass really dove in when it came to wanting to be with Queenie just as much as Harlow. He accepted that they were not just two separated but two sides to the true Harlow he's always loved and wants every part of her. They all do. And Neo finally got to see a side of his Queen he's never seen and he got to be the one to help her through it. Evie never shys away from her love for Harlow. She dives right in to be there for her as a lover and her best friend, she supports her and comforts her. Sam finally breaks out of his inner prisons and sets himself free. He let's his friendships blossom with everyone and he finds love with two of them. He finds his self and embraces it.

This book was everything I hoped it would be. And is one of my all time favorite series ever. I'm happy with the HFN ending and I'm excited to read more of their universe in the future. Alisha you're a goddess.

Just wow! I loved everything about this book. It’s dark, spicy, chaotic, violent and crazy – it’s amazing. There is a ton of blood and gore. It’s everything I was hoping for and more. The world, the characters, the plot – everything about it was done so well. I was hooked from the get-go. I’ve loved every book in this series, and this was no different. It’s so good!

I loved getting to see more of Harlow although Queenie is fabulous too, it was nice to see a softer – a tiny bit anyway – side to her. The relationship growth was great, I love seeing her with each of her men, Evie, and Sam – oh Sam – I love him so much, and he’s come such a long way. I’m glad we got to see more of him and got his perspective. I love seeing how Sam is with Axel and Harlow, it's so sweet. Each of her men – and woman – offer her something different, but they come together as one family perfectly – even with all the crazy, they bring *cough* Neo *cough*.

One of my favorite things is the relationship between Rosie and Daisy along with Neo and Mr. Bacon – there is so much entertainment to be had between them all, and when they go to the zoo? I couldn’t stop laughing. It was hilarious! The humor in this book brings levity to it that I think the story needed, it’s done beautifully. It’s emotional at times, I laughed a lot, and I cried a bit, but overall, I thought it was a wild ride that I wanted to stay on longer. I really enjoyed getting to see each side of Harlow and Neo, I love when their crazy comes out to play! The spice is fire, it’s soooo good, you’ll want more! If you like dark, dirty, and crazy RH with amazing characters and a very entertaining plot you should definitely check this out – you won’t want to miss it. I’m going to miss these guys so much; I look forward to hopefully seeing them again in the future. Five stars all around. I can’t wait to see what Alisha does next!

Raw/Broken/Real

I was soooo excited to read more about Queenie and after the cliffhanger of book 2 very anxious to read this one.

In each book we get a different Harlow and how she manage to overcome every situation with her different personalities. It was amazing to see how each of her identities comes out and how she switch between them. AMAZING

This book was fill out with family growth, acceptance, relationship development and love. So much love.. levaing their demons behind and work to a level of love and seeing to the future. I love how they love each other and how their family complement.

We see Harlow letting the guys in more and more. Being human, real and raw. She let out her emotions, her demons and her darkness. I love every part of it and every part of her.

Harlow/Queenie is an amazing character that has been broken down so many time but she always find a way to bring her self back together it was amazing to see how this powerful deadly woman finally let others help her heal. I love it.

The guys show a side of tenderness and understanding for her. The are amazing.

Neo neo neo crazy neo he just make me happy.

Evie oh sweet Evie she is one of my Fav 💕 she knows Harlow so well that my heart burts. She is everything that Harlow need. She is perfect.

Rosie omg she is a bad@ss in the making. I loooove her.

The sexy time was 🔥 but like very 🔥 in a different level. In this book we see more emotional conection, vulnerability and intimacy and that make everything even more better and hot.

The D-Day with the music amazing.

The ending... what can I say.. it was amazing. It was what I needed even if it hurts. It was perfect..the perfect HFN.

Ever since I read both the first and second book I have been excitedly waiting for this one to come out. Alisha always amazes me with her books. They just get better and better each time. Honestly this series is the first series I ever read by Alisha, and she knows how to write, and being out many emotions in me. This book was no different. She did amazing with this book, it is everything!

I really loved the development of Harlow and Queenie throughout the series, but I really enjoyed how it explained a little bit more of what is going on with Queenie/Harlow. Which is kinda the same with Neo/Beast, which is the Dissociative Identity Disorder.

I will also say that I cried when Harlow tore down, and even when Sam and Evie did as well. This book all the characters evolved and put Queenie/Harlow first. I absolutely adore her guys they are the cutest with her! I love the way Sam came into the fold. I think it fit so well with the family they have, so cute.

Overall, this book was really good read and I can’t wait to read the combination book of blood empire and emerald lake prep together. I know it will be a while for that one, but still excited. I do recommend this book, however, do read TW before reading as there is a lot of stuff in this book.

Wow. This was an emotional roller coaster. Have loved the series so far and this was the icing on the cake. There is drama, friendship, Angst and all steamy goodness.

I love that we get to see different sides to Harlow/ Queenie on this book. The trauma that she has been through is unimaginable and Alisha handles all the sensitive issues in this book with care. There are many many moments in this books which gave me all the feels. Loved seeing Harlows softer side with all the men and Evie.

The character development for Sam is this book is fab to read. Loved to see him come out of his shell and form
Meaningful relationships.

Rosie is a queen in waiting! Loved loved this little girl and watching her grow. Hope to read more of future Rosie!

The ending is a crossover to another series which I haven’t read yet but will do asap. Excited to read more of Harlow and her sisters story

All good things must come to an end. While I know that Harlow and Queenie and her harem will continue in the future, the beginning of their journey has come to an end. I am always sad at the end of one of my favorite series and while I am sad that this is also ending, Alisha has done this trilogy brilliantly. Every character was developed completely and brought to life individually while seamlessly folding into the harem. This book really brought home the relationships with Queenie versus Harlow and allowing Harlow to retain control for the majority of the time as she processed her lifelong traumas. That was the other amazing component to this story, Alisha’s ability to so eloquently and delicately explore systematic traumatization and complex PTSD in a way that was real and didn’t sugar coat it without being over the top for the story. While I’m sad to see this part of their story end, I look forward to the next part of their story.

It's over...noooo...😭

This is so bittersweet! I really don't want this series/story to end! I know we will be seeing more of queenie later on, but for now, this is the end. And I'm not ready to say goodbye! I fell in love with Queenie and all of her crazy from the very beginning. Then we got to see the Harlow side and I fell even deeper in love!

Her character growth was amazing to witness! The softer side of Harlow is perfect! This book was so emotional, yet it's also is steamy and bloody fantastic!

The book picks up where book 3 left off. And it is a great ending! Alisha Williams is a phenomenal author!!!

I can't wait until we get to reunite with Harlow & Emmy! I know it will be another 5 star story from Alisha.

If you like crazy, a little psycho, but also lovable FMCs, read this series! And her men, *chef's kiss* 🤌🏻🥵 That's all I'm going to say...Neo especially!

good read

I loved this series, it was the perfect blend of badass female and strong relationship. The personal growth of all the characters was really well constructed especially Harlow. While I did love the fact that Sam had a lot of growth and a more focal role in this book, I found that the author struggled to keep track of all the men and give them all equal and enough focal time in the book.

This is just a personal note, but I found giving Harlow two completely seperate personalities and writing it as though there is two people in one body was a risky choose. While the choice was made and Alisha Williams definitely wrote it well, it limited Harlows character development as it wasn’t really her growing anymore but more her alternative personality. this also overshadowed some of the relationships in the novel as well.

Rosie was just the best as always though. A great read and would definitely recommend!

Finally this book was released!! 😍 And I did what I said I would 😁 I reread the first 2 books and then this one. God was this book a fitting end to the series ❤❤❤

Finally got to read what happened after that cliffhanger 😱 My baby Harlow 😭😭😭

Kudos to Sam for finally joining the harem 🎉 And his growth was absolutely amazing to read.

The sm*t scenes were of course off the charts 🔥 Queenie and Beast, Harlow, Cass and Neo, Harlow, Sam and Axel, Queenie and Dean, Harlow/Queenie and Evie, all were hot AF 🥵🔥🌶

I loved reading about Rosie grow and become sassy and perfect 🥺

This book was the best out of all 3. The cute domestic scenes, relationship development and growth, yet still having D-Days and Queenie getting bloody, the plot, everything just made this book spectacular 🦋

Blood Empire is one of my absolute favorite series now and I will definitely re-reread 😄 it in the future. Maybe get the paperbacks as well 💙

Perfection. I don’t know that there are any other words that can convey how incredible this book was.

Savage Queen is the last book in the Blood Empire series by Alisha Williams. It is in this book that everything will come full circle.

The book starts where the second one leaves off. Harlow is missing and her men and Evie are working tirelessly to find her. Once Harlow returns, she will experience pain, despair, trust, healing, and love. She will learn that the love she shares with the guys and Evie is healing. There will be blood (because, let’s face it, we are talking about Queenie). There will be some hilarious moments. There are multiple POVs and so much spiciness!

You will feel so much as you read this book, and that is a testament to how talented an author Alisha Williams is. So, you don’t want to wait. READ THIS BOOK!

This book was everything🖤 It closed out the series perfectly. We got to see a different side, more vulnerable side of not only our leading lady but also her guys too. It’s heartbreakingly beautiful to see these characters break to pieces and build each other back up. This book was so raw and real, Harlow’s pain oozed from the pages and as a survivor, I felt that.

I have to give a shout out to my man Neo because omg he is perfection wrapped in crazy and I love that 😍 We even get to see a softer side of him in this final book which, SWOON!!

This book is consistent with the series with multiple POVs and is full of all the dark and twisty thing, fire dance numbers, trilling D-day fun and of course hot nasty s€x & sweet, sweet love making. Read this book! Read this series seriously you won’t regret it!!

ARC REVIEW

This is the final book in the blood empire series. Wow what a ride this is, there a very triggering subjects in this so please read these.

After how book 2 leads off, the guys and Evie are on one to get QUEENIE back.
Upon her return QUEENIE is at the back of the mind and Harlow back controlling the reins and letting emotions sleep in.

I absolutely loved the direction Alisha took for this final book how it was not all Queenie and Neo and glimpses of relationships, as Harlow starts to take the reins back and emotions come out all relationships are developed and wow I loved it.

I had every emotion going in this book from laughing at the banter to wiping away tears from a hard scene to crying laughing.

I am so sad to see this series end but it was one of my favourites. 10/10 round of applause to you Alisha!♥️

I can’t believe this is the end of Queenie/ Harlow

Character development was amazing. I loved seeing them all grow and learn about each other. The dynamics of their family is beautiful. Axel, Sam and Harlow makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Sam got his HEA and it’s so beautiful to see how far he has come in a short time. Seeing Harlow be so gentle and sweet with him makes me love her more if that’s possible. Rosie is the cutest little girl ever. I love seeing Harlow let her guard down with her guys and lets them in more.

The zoo scene was my favorite. Neo gets me every time. He is crazy and I’m here for it. I’m so happy they can have some peace with Queenie’s past and get the bad guys.

Knowing there is a novella coming makes this story ending bearable.

Make sure you read the TW first.

I have no words! I feel like nothing I can say would fully explain how much I loved this book and this series. I was a little hesitant knowing that this book was going to bring out more of Harlow’s softer side but it was so beautiful and still gave us plenty of the humor, spice, and blood lust we all expect from her and Queenie. And Sam! I was beyond happy with the addition of Sam and my only complaint was that I want more of him and Axel. They are HOT together and super sweet. I know Alisha Williams has more planned for this crew but I feel like it will never be enough. I’m usually ok when a series wraps up but I feel like 50 books could be written with these characters and I’d still want more! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this crew in the future!

This one will have your emotions all over the place!!!

Savage Queen is book #3 in the Blood Empire series. Its a dark reverse harem.

This was the perfect ending to this series, but I'm gonna miss my boo Neo!!

In this one, we get to see a softer, more vulnerable side to Harlow and she doesn't rely on Queenie as much. Dont get me wrong, she is still there and still as stabby as ever, but Harlow takes more of the control.

Her relationships with the guys and Evie are so strong and I love the family they have created. And Rosie, that little sasspot is Harlow Jr!!

I love this series so much and I adore these characters. Alisha will have you feeling like part of their family. I loved this conclusion, it couldn't have been more perfect!

What an amazing conclusion to this series!

It's emotional. It's raw. It's heartbreaking. But there's love, dedication and personal growth to be proud of.
Each and every character has shown their softer side, their vulnerabilities and their love for each other.

Neo is mine. His antics at the zoo put the biggest smile on my face because who doesn't want to ride a ... (you'll have to read it to find out 😉) and Rosie, this little lady is going far in life!

The relationships that have evolved - perfection! It's one of those that you guess early on will happen but it still makes your heart happy, my only sad point not enough on page action! They are *HOT* together! I just need more!

I love Queenie and this entire world. I have followed her from her appearance in Emerald Lake Prep and have enjoyed reading her story. Harlow hasn’t had it easy but she really grows in these books. She learns to love, accept love, and grow from her trauma. I cried when she broke and I cheered when she rose. Neo and the guys make me happy in how well they love her, accept her, and worked to understand her.

She’s not someone that is going to let people coddle her. She’s strong, even when she’s struggling. If you’re looking for a strong female character that’s a little crazy, working on her broken pieces, then this is the series for you. This is the last book in the series so be sure to start with the first as they aren’t stand alone.

Also be sure to check your triggers.

Savagely Beautiful 5 ⭐️ Ending!!
I really did not expect this book to make me feel so much. Badassery and epic D-day scene aside (which I love!), Harlow/ Queenie’s journey cracked me wide open. Alisha dealt beautifully with some really hard and painful scenes. It’s so hard to leave a review for this book without spoiling things for the reader. I’ll just say that the pain felt is so worth it. There was so much love and growth with all the characters. We even got to see Rosie start to become her own little bad$& princess. I laughed, I cried, I yelled, I felt!! And just all of it was perfection.
Read the trigger warnings!!!

As with all of Alisha's books, please make sure you read the trigger warnings before starting, especially as this might be the darkest book in the series.

That said, I absolutely loved the end of Queenie's story. I loved how in this book they really became a family and there were some really sweet moments - as well as some really gory moments! I have loved Neo from the start but I felt that with this book you really got to understand the other guys as well and I was totally there for that.

I also love how the ending of this one leads you right into the Emerald Lake Prep series and I can't wait for the crossover book that has been teased.

Savage Queen gives us the perfect ending for Harlow/Queenie’s story.
We see more of Harlow in this book and her struggles with her past. Queenie still comes out to play and she is just as entertaining as usual. I think my favorite side character has to be Rosie. She has grown quite a bit since we first met her and will be quite a handful when she is older. We also get some laughs in this book. My favourite scene is the trip to zoo, which will leave you laughing out loud.
This was an emotional, entertaining ending for this series and I will be sad to see it end. I can’t wait for the crossover book in the future!

Man what a wild ride in this 3rd and final book in The Blood Empire series and I tell you it was one wild rollercoaster ride as Harlow/Queenie realize that things just might be alright and work out with her and the guy's as they've all learned to trust each other, granted Neo is another story I have to say, I love his crazy psychotic ass, and what he pulled at the zoo, omg was hysterical that poor giraffe is never going to be the same again. Then there's Sam and his love for Harlow and Axel he's come along way. These character's are going to stay in my heart forever. I cannot wait to read what's next from Alisha.

Such an epic end to the main story for Queenie/Harlow and her chosen family. This books grabs you from the first page and keeps you so invested in each of the characters and they way they’re all growing into the best versions of themselves. Everyone coming to terms with what they really need and want in life is so satisfying and I absolutely loved as each of the relationships Harlow is building grows into something unique and beautiful.
Most especially Harlow and Queenie, seeing them become one was awesome. Oh and I can’t forget Axel… the growth of that stubborn man was absolutely delicious and I LOVED it!
The only problem is that the series is over, but I can’t wait to get some sneak peeks of the gang in future spin-offs.

Wow! What a roller coaster this book was. The lows, the highs. Man this was an emotional one. I absolutely adore Harlow and Queenie. Their strength is out of this world. Be prepared to laugh your arse off, and shed some tears, maybe even ugly cry. It was so sweet seeing Sam come out of his shell. My heart is so happy for him. As for the rest of the family it was great and I really dont want to spoil anything. Oh and be prepared for Rosie, that child is something else. I really hope sometime or another she gets her own book. It would be great getting her POV 🤞
