I have to confess I am a Linzi baxter fan, but I was a bit worried about starting this one. I have not read any of the others in the series and wasn't sure how it would work.
I had no need to worry. It was as fab as any of her others I've read and came across just as well as a standalone. That being said, I will certainly be going and reading the others I've missed now!
As always, this was steamy, full of twists, and none stop action. I read it in one day as I couldn't put it down.

This is the fourth book in the SEAL's Secret Mission series. Excellent storyline, page turning suspense and lots of steam. You can read this book as a standalone but you will see previous characters and this book could have some spoilers for books 1-3. Ginger and Rose's story is definitely filled with complications. Ginger is looking for revenge for the death of his team and the betrayal of his ex-fiancée. Rose is said ex's younger sister. Brittney promises intel is Ginger protects Rose and Tyler, Rose's son. No big deal, easy job, get the intel and than his revenge only there are complications he wasn’t' expecting. Complication number one, Ginger has an instant strong pull towards Rose. Complication number two Rose's son looks exactly like Ginger when he was a kid. Complication number three, it appears that along with a terrorist that may be after Rose there is also a serial killer toying with her. This series keeps getting better! Can't wait to get my hands on Grim and Casanova's story.

At times intense, this story combines the CIA, SEALs, and Rogue Mercenaries with a lot of drama, a fair amount of violence, some twists, a few steamy scenes, and a bittersweet ending.
Betrayed, captured, tortured, and used as a pawn in the ongoing twisted story of the evil mastermind Carter, former Green Beret now CIA operative and Navy SEAL Tim “Ginger” Mueller finds himself rescued by his “not dead” fiancée Brittany only to be enlisted to protect her sister, Las Vegas’s Crime Scene Cleanup specialist and “bug” enthusiast Rose Hayes and Rose’s son Tyler from both Carter and a local stalker.

I’ve cautiously enjoyed this series so far, even though the intermingling of teams has made it rather complex and the stories have been on the pacy side of quick, I’ve always felt the stories ranged on the acceptable side of believable in terms of romance and hea

What more could you possibly want in a book 😉? Filled to the brim with lots of excitement, twists and turns, yummy alpha males, and some pretty amazing females too! A brilliant plot takes the reader on an exciting journey, and answers a*few* questions we've had from certain characters past history. A few threads are left hanging which will lead us to a new spinoff series coming soon from our wonderful author!! If you've enjoyed any of her previous books you will love this gem. You don't need to have read the previous books in this series to enjoy this story, but it might enhance the experience with more context. Take a chance, curl up and ENJOY!!

Rose’s sister Brit is caught up with a group of powerfully bad people while searching for her scientist husband who was kidnapped. Besides staying under the radar because of her sister, her company cleans up murder and suicide locations. The serial killer is leaving her notes and gifts which leads her to believe he knows her. Brit gets Ginger, Green Beret, CIA and almost Seal who participates in black ops missions, to protect Rose who she feels is in danger. He is a target from a previous mission gone bad and she is being pursued by a killer. The clock’s ticking…. Several intertwined storylines with lot of action and intrigue.

Get ready for a wild ride! This book had me on the edge of my seat from the first page. Rollercoaster action, danger, suspense and not to mention, romance. Ginger is on a mission to protect Rose and her son. Rose is of the opinion they don't need protection... until circumstances prove otherwise. Not to mention the fact, they are both attracted to each other, to their mutual shock and dismay. This is a fast paced book with great characters and lots of laughs and heart touching moments. Ginger and Rose have a great many things to work through to get the HEA they deserve. Get this book ASAP and find out what happens. Sorry, no spoilers. I received this ARC and here is my honest review.

Tim or more commonly referred to as Ginger seems to keep being double crossed but finally some answers are coming out. He is asked to protect Rose after his ex fiancé frees him. Rose is a crime scene cleaner who is being left notes by a serial killer. Unknown to either of them, they share a common link in more than Rose's sister. Ginger and Rose fall for each other among the danger and discovery of lies revealed. The serial killer is finally revealed and the possibility had already been discounted. In the end the serial killer and the one who Ginger wanted gone are taken care of.

This is a great book. It is the fourth in this series and you need to read the others so you can follow who’s who and what’s going on. I seriously need to do a reread soon. This one is action packed, suspenseful and steamy. It features Ginger, a CIA operative working with a Seal team, and Rose, a sister of his ex fiancé he discovered is not dead after all. Rose has a six year old that is the spit image of Ginger at that age shock shock. He’s now bodyguard for them to protect them from the evil Carter but Rose has problems of her own. She is being harassed by a detective and stalked by a serial killer. Ginger has his hands full!

This is just a great book and I loved it. This kept me on my toes and I enjoyed the story from the start and it kept me interested. The twists and turns and the story line was just amazing. I thought it was great when Ginger came to see Rose and saw Tyler, that was a great twist. This is part of a great series. The chemistry was off the charts, and some plans changed, and secrets came out. This is a wonderful story and a wonder series, with great characters.

I love the story and this series. Ginger is kidnapped and tortured by his enemy. He is rescued by a woman he loved and thought dead. She asks him to keep her sister Rose safe for information that he wants. He and his team decide to protect Rose and her son for the information they may receive that will help them take down a man that has eluded them for years. She is a crime scene cleaner and loves BUGS. There adventure begins. This story keeps you on the edge of your seat and unable to put the book down.

loved it !!! love this series !!! must be read in order !!! love Ginger and Rose... this is their story... a fast paced action packed drama... Get ready for a crazy ride, bugs and all. Ginger is in for some surprising news and his past nemisis is back. I really loved Rose and her job is unusual to say the least. There is plenty of danger, surprises, heat and two different stories going on in this book. First the past with Carter and Rose's stalker (serial killer). Get ready for an edge of your seat reading. While this book can be read as a total stand alone do yourself a favour and read all the books in the series You won't be disappointed Linzi has a way of making her characters jump of the pager and this wonderful twisted tale is no different even though there is basically a story within a story

Book four in the series, though it could be read as a standalone, is filled with action, adventure, danger, drama, old and new characters as well as spiders. Yes spiders, though you will need to read the book to find out how they relate to the overall story. A fast-paced story with just a touch of the suspense and drama I have come to expect from this author and the obligatory HEA for our two main characters. Highly recommend

Fast paced, intriguing, enticing and exciting.
The characters are so individual despite being part of a series and their development is realistic albeit quick. The storyline is unique but has the same Baxter anticipation, hotness, brilliant storytelling and page turning ability.

Great book!
I'm really loving this series it has everything my heart went out to Ginger what he went through with Brittany what a hag. How could she be like that to the point of being evil? I get she loved her husband but come on all the people she hurt and got hurt truly evil, I don't see anyone really forgiving her. Really need to check out this series it has everything.

I'm glad Ginger doesn't have to keep looking over his shoulders, but a whole other problem came with that. I think I have always dislike Brit, she is not loyal even to Rose. I suspected who the serial killer was before they broke it all down.

Too Many Not Good things

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish and highly recommend it. You will enjoy the mystery, adventure, and romance you find. The book is well paced, and you will not want to put it down.
