HE WILL RISK HIS IMMORTALITY FOR HER!

VIATA’S RESURFACING MEMORIES ARE ABOUT TO RUIN HER SUMMER BREAK.

When seventeen-year-old Viata travels to Romania to scatter her mother’s ashes, she finds out her recurring nightmare is nothing compared to the evil that lurks in the shadows of the Carpathian Mountains. While there, Viata is cursed with visions, and Mihnea—a desirable immortal—saves her from what he calls ‘The Others.’

Back home in Florida, Viata’s terrifying but exhilarating encounter with Mihnea consumes her. She craves his irresistible scent, compelling eyes, and lyrical accent. Mihnea reappears, and Viata learns the unfathomable reason behind their sudden infatuation for one another. She snaps, and her guardians and friends question her sanity.

Viata is thrown into a paranormal world inhabited by vicious vampires and envious gods who demand a powerful relic. They’ll kill everyone in their path to stop her from fulfilling her destiny. If Viata doesn’t accept her fate, the painful loss she has already suffered will be nothing compared to what’s coming.

Let me start out by saying I really enjoyed this book! I will be reading the next one. It is well written. The book starts with Viata going to Romania to spread her mothers ashes. When she starts having dreams while awake. I don't want to give away to much. I do have to give it to M. Knight Rose, I really enjoyed the different/ original names that are in the book. With the title i did think that there would be more biting in the book, However it was still really good. I'm a sucker for a fated lovers story.

Something I really liked about this book was that it wasn't the typical boy-vampire-meets-human-girl-and-they-inevitably-and-dramatically-fall-in-love. There's a much deeper story here with a lot more at stake than a Twilight novel. I also really enjoyed the chaos that was painted in the writing with the main character's inner turmoil. It was erratic and I felt like I was losing grip on reality alongside her.
That being said, there were some parts in the story where the dialogue felt forced and juvenile. It also felt like the only focus of the book was plot. Which, obviously, is needed for a good story. But, I think this book could take a little more time establishing characters, relationships, and world-building. As a reader, I'm always more invested in the plot when I understand the character's motivation behind why they're engaging in the plot in the first place.
I appreciated the handling of some more sensitive topics throughout, as well as the disclaimer at the beginning.
All together, this was a unique read.

It is a well written story, although when I read the title of the book, I expected 'more bites', fatal bites and not fatal bites. In the beginning there was often a switch in the story of the girl named Viata. She lived here on earth and suddenly she blacked out and was in another realm as the Goddess Divinity. Those switches were sometimes confusing to read. I felt, the more I read, the more action came in the book. What really helped me, is that at the last pages there was an explanation of who was who and where, meaning of names and places, and also things. It became for me a lot easier to read.

Despite the difficulty of many names, things and places, it is a well written story. And I want to give my congratulations to the author, this must have been a hard piece of work to do. And I will read the next book too. This book I certainly give five stars!

I like a good paranormal read so this one appealed to me. I struggled, however, to truly connect with the characters, partly because there was so much going on but not clear on what, and partly because I found the characters quite immature. Granted, this is a YA book so their behaviours reflected their ages so if you're looking for that type of story, you will find it here. I also couldn't decide if this was paranormal or science fiction, which admittedly is not my fave.

The story line is unique and the writing is ok. I found there to be perhaps more description of the character's actions then was likely necessary. Overall this series has potential and I give it 2.5 to 3 stars.

Viata has been having strange nightmares since he mother dies a year ago. After a trip to Romania to spread her ashes, she begins having visions of another world. She see Mihnea and feels an instant connection hit is he real or just a sickness.

This was an interesting read. The book had my attention from the start. I was trying to piece together everything that she was seeing in dreams, visions and real life and figure out how is all connected.

I loved how the author was able to create a parallel world to ours as well as explain how others couldn’t see what Viata was seeing. I want to see how things work out with our unlikely couple.

This book was interesting and had good potential but half way through the story it felt flat. The dialogue of the characters is very basic and there is not much character development. The actual fantasy world that Viata kept on seen and was part of was a solid concept. It would have been great if the author would have focus on that. There were to many themes going on at once and this is what made me loose interest in the story.
Thank you book sirens-

This book was so good. The visions were awesome. She was doing something one minute and next she was in another world. Minea and Constin were both fantastic. I couldn't choose either. Oh and this isn't like any other vampire book I've read. This is so much better because Mk takes us to realms with gods. I'm gonna read book 2 now. I'm so excited to see what Viata chooses. This needs to become a tv show or movie.

More 3 1/2 stars. I thought I would enjoy this book as I have been to Romania and Vlad’s castle. But not an easy read. Found the book very confusing at times but I suppose Viata felt that way so that was what the author was intending. I felt there was a bit too much detail in some of the fight scenes, as if it was padding out the book. I am not really interested in continuing this series.

I enjoyed reading Fatal Bite. It left me wanting to read the next in the series. I do like a good romance novel with adventure in the mix. Female protagonists must have smarts and common sense in this day and age and Viata has both. The fight scene at the end of this book felt a little drug out for me though. I’m wondering what happens to Constin. I rated this book as 3-1/2 stars.

I enjoyed this book. It took me about a quarter of the way in to fully get into the book. It jumped back and forth in the beginning with visions and I was confused at first. After a quarter of the way in, I couldn’t put it down! Definitely give this book a read, I can’t wait to read more from this author!

This book started out slow. Was not sure what was going on with it, but after you get through a couple a chapters and figure out what is going on it get very good. It does wander around back and forth and I usually don’t like books like that but with this one it made the book. Can’t wait to read the next one to see what “Divinity” decides to do.

Fatal bike by M Knight Roze.
Viata is with her Guardians Julia and Brett in Romania there to scatter her mom's ashes. But she keeps seeing strange things.
This was a good read. Good story and characters. I enjoyed possession of Adelyn Mae more. It did get better as I read on. I am looking forward to the next book. 4*.

It was well written but had some confusion that was at least addressed later on. It started out slow and dragged but I am glad I did not stop reading the last half was well worth sticking around for. The back and forth realm part for me did take away a bit and was confusing at times. Other than that good plot, good characters, and good world building.

I really enjoyed this book. It’s got all kinds of immortals in it. The main character has a very interesting background. This book is a different spin on a vampire story. It is a series and I can’t wait to see what happens next to the main characters. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

The world created by M Knight Roze is enchanting in parts and unwelcoming at the same time. It’s full of awesome but also if horrific creatures. The main story is still not fully disclosed, but the journey of the main character is as contrasting and conflicting as it is sweet and enchanting. If you love an action filled story with a love affair entwined, this is for you. Looking forward to the sequel.
