Absolutely brilliant once more.

Oh my I can not believe I have to wait until May to actually finish the series. It's like some one as brought me back to earth with a real bang. I decided to have a a look at the 20 minute series after I had read another book by Daniel Hurst. I enjoyed the other book then I read another one straight after it, again it mentioned something about the 20 minute series. So if I went to check it out. I ended up reading the first book in the series. Then sanctimonious two, tbree, four, five and so on and so on. I read and still am totally edited to the series I can not wait to read book 19 out in March then book 20 out in may, I know this may seem daft, but I do not want to die before they are out. I have terminal king cancer. So I guess if you have been reading the series and become addicted as I have then you will understand. Daniel Hurst this is the most definitely the series of my life and trust me at 63 I have been a handbook can bring the age of 5 I prefer books to TV or any other hobby I have. This is the only second time I have pre ordered a book and not left one might have been reading at the time. I normally put any book down in favour of my pre-orders but oh no I didn't do that this time I actually left my pre-orders. In till I thought I had finished the series. Well not to be,,, please hurry with the next 2 I hope they will be released early in the months to cone. ...........Anyone who as not read this series are missing out on such a magnificent series I genuinely can not recommend this series enough.

The eighteenth installment of this exciting series sees our friends just one week after the events of "20 Minutes to Midnight" when more than just fireworks lit up the London sky.

So much is happening on the tarmac and beyond in this next chapter of the story that hurtling closer to the end. The lives of many could potentially seemingly hang in the balance while the countdown is on to something far bigger than any of us. A serial killer intent on revenge, an escape convict outwitting authorities, a school excursion going awry, a marriage on the rocks and much much more.

Who will live? Who will die? Will Jelena and Bogdan make it and live happily ever after? Will Ronnie evade capture? Will Valentin get his mark or will he be finally be caught once and for all? And will Harry continue to get into mischief?

What I love most about this book is reliving that feeling you get being pushed back into your seat and that rush of adrenaline as the plane you are in leaves the tarmac and into the air. Best feeling ever!

Private jets and commercial airlines take to the skies whilst another flight hurtles through the atmosphere on a course to prevent something far greater from taking place. Will they make it in time?

Two more books to go to find out...

Next...20 Minutes in the Air

I really enjoyed 20 Minutes Before Take Off book 18 by Daniel Hurst, a series of interconnected short stories. Events take place one week after 20 Minutes To Midnight.

Private and commercial planes are all ready and waiting to take off with passengers who are either fleeing from the clutches of the law or for a short break to sunnier climes.

Little do they know that even before take off their lives are at stake and worse is to befall them as not only our passengers but the fate of mankind is in the hands of the Gods.

All will be revealed in 20 Minutes In The Air book 19 the penultimate book in the exciting 20 Minute Series by Daniel Hurst.

It was alright, I still love the characters though the fact this book takes place within 20 minutes is outwith the realm of possibility is somewhat annoying.

As well as all the characters not being in the same respective place which is what I loved from the earlier books but it would be impossible for the characters storylines otherwise and there is still some overlap.

Daniel Hursts writing has come a long way in the duration of this series and is not nearly as overwritten anymore and overall it's a short fun book you can read in a day which has some good characters.

Disappointing

I’ve really enjoyed this 20 Minute Series but sadly this one just didn’t do it for me. I think it’s perhaps gone too far now. The storylines are starting to become a bit far fetched and ludicrous. And what are the chances of the same group of characters being in the same
Places and situations so many times. This series should have ended earlier and then start a different series with the new storylines.

Daniel Hurst has done it again with another brilliant read in the 20 Minutes series. Characters are so well written you can see and hear them. You're rooting for some when things happen to them and wish you could tell them to watch their backs as they aren't safe and others you want to get their comeuppance. Highly recommended this series along with other books by Daniel that I've read. Give them a read and you'll get hooked on them too.

Another good installment in terms of plot, but still in desperate need of a proof-reader. Also, the pilot changed from female, to male, to female (just like was pointed out with the photographer in 20 Minutes Before the Wedding).
If Daniel could iron out these very basic errors, he could get a 5-star read, but ratings should always take into account the quality of the writing which is why these are mostly getting 3 from me.

Heart Stopping

Who will live and who will die?? Will Jelena and
Bogdan live happily ever after? Will Harry get into more mischief? And will Valentin ever get caught. Hopefully these and other pressing questions will be answered by the end of the Series.

The drama and excitement continues in this 18th book of the 20-minute series. 20 minutes - 20 characters, some recurring and others new - all converge in this latest book that takes place mostly in the air on flights leaving London. So curious to see what happens next!

brilliant!

I don’t want this series to end. It’s brilliant how they all pop up throughout the books and new characters are introduced. I can’t put it down!

Keeps you Reading

I thought 20 books in this series was a little much at first but it’s actually quite riveting. Can’t wait to get to the end though!

Oh no, I'm getting dangerously close to the end of theis fantastic series. Private jets and commercial planes afre getting ready for take-off. They all have different reasons for boarding - some good, some bad, and some indifferent. Most of the action takes place on board the plane, some takes place on the ground. Will anyone survive? We even get some friction between the trolley dollies and the co-pilot.

Book 18 if 20

This is the part where I say don't read my reviews unless you are also reading this series in order.

The foreshadowing is strong in this one. I was getting some serious Armageddon vibes with this story. Waiting for Bruce Willis to make an appearance. I'm starting to get nervous as we get closer to the end. Curious how it will all play out.

This series has had a lot of drama and trauma. It's heartfelt and reflective. All of the characters have had serious growth. When April was introduced, I couldn't stand her. I felt like she was basic and provided no value to the series. She has since become one of my favorite people. That was unexpected for me. I've always liked Ronnie. Yes, he's a bad guy but he's always been likable, however I feel like he was really humanized in this story. Seeing him interact with family on a more interpersonal level was touching.

What a wild ride this has been so far.
