We have a MC who is a nice young man but totally useless, he is a man but has no manly fortitude S his father toed hi. Up with terrible.people who kill for anything .He stays with them j til they try to take.advantage of a female.beast who.feds off a mans seed .She doesn't kill unless she has to.protect herself but that is the way she was raised ,that is her life . Here comes dudly do good who.falls in love with the beast and tries to.teach her what love.is and al!.he has done is confused the female beast because now she has feelings she cannot.understand and has a problem living her life as she knows life.to.be .The MC Do gooder has ruined her life and really thinks his can talk a.bunch of Rangers out of killing his female.beast . I hunt reading G page 79
As all the main character HS done In this story has runined another life .and as well he even thinks of killing himself with out her .She might get back to a normal.life of he does Leave it to humans to.screw with nature

It’s fine for what it is. I however was left a little unsatisfied as the premise and idea was VERY fascinating to me going into it, and i had hopes of what the story could be, that however did not come to pass. These next parts are subjective, but i felt like the characters caught feeling for each-other kind of abruptly and didn’t really feel warranted or given enough substance for it to make sense. I also found it a bit odd how Smut-ty the story started out. Im all for having spice in the stories, but the first 30 or so pages just felt like i was reading a porno. But what i will give this book credit for is that Sinder and Neil ARE interesting characters, and the back half of the story is pretty interesting. I just feel like this story could’ve benefitted from being longer and giving Sinder & Neil more time to grow together and make their romance more fleshed out and digestible. Overall i’m not so sure this is a series i would recommend, but i did have a good time reading it.

Creative and entertaining. Both the Neil and Sinder start off kinda naïve d/t their respective upbringings, but they learn to overcome prejudices and form a healthy & loving relationship.

There is a HEA, but this book does have some brief dark moments: spoiler: FMC magically forces an aphrodisiac on MMC for a few seconds at initial meeting, but rest of their sex scenes are completely consensual. Off page rape of secondary character. Wendigo culture is brutal towards females. Several malicious human males are killed.

The story is faithfully summarized up and delivered well, you get what you came for and a bit more if you are into dark fantasy.
