Even for beginners this little book will not help a lot. I would suggest everyone to take the book of Meadows that explains far better step for step what system thinking means. Most examples in this book seem very similar to the examples of Meadows "thinking in systems".

very basic

Pretty much all obvious examples and materials. Not worth your time. Kind of like a long book on how to tie your shoes

A good intro to system thinking

I like how the author simplifies the idea of what system thinking is and how we can see it in our daily life.
