This is an absolutely spot-on well done basic primer for changing those tapes in your head that are self-defeating and self-loathing. Many of us have grown up unaware of how negative our thoughts are about ourselves. This book is VERY basic and even just plain common sense but for those of us who historically feel the opposite of the above title (and there most certainly are a lot of us), if we practice the stuff shared in this book it really does make a difference.
(Sidebar note: some of us need professional help in accomplishing the above but that does not change the effectiveness of the principles and techniques shared in this book.)
I am totally fanboying the book because such things have really made a difference in my life over the past decades. My childhood “tapes” in my head were always telling me I was bad, I can’t do it right, they are so much better than me. Well that is just plain ridiculous. We always have a choice of how we view ourselves. We may have to start over every day learning to replace negative thinking with positive thinking but trust me, from personal experience…this WORKS.

I loved the way the book is filled with positivity and has affirmations for literally everything and every situation we can imagine.
For someone who loves to begin the day on a positive, cheery note, this book is a wonderful morning read and some days I randomly read in the middle of the day when I need some positivity to boost my mood up.
Starting with an introduction about positive affirmations and how to use them. This book is a good one for anyone who need to know about positive affirmations and follow it and a blessing for anyone who already know the beauty and power of positive affirmations.

It isn't just about the person listening to it, but also about other people, family, friends, whomever, liking you. Not true. It's okay that they don't. You shouldn't base your worth on whether or not everyone likes you. Let's be honest here... Not everyone is going to like you. Not all families are good and healthy. That is just one example from the book. This sort of false positivity does not build a true foundation of self
The most beneficial thing about book is that the declarations are categorized in sections, like for health, sleep,days and so on. They are not going to work over night but the benefit of daily repetition is plausible. For good. feelings - this book is a must
Being I’ve enjoyed quite a few affirmation books this one I enjoyed very much. I really liked the layout and each category has its own set of affirmations. This will definitely be my go to when I need an affirmation.
