This book was honestly so good that I am still thinking about it a few days later. I have witnessed proof of a lot of what is said in this book but I rarely feel like I should reach out and ask for help of my more distant ancestors and ancestors of purpose. I read this book because I wanted to have motivation to do so and also more ideas of things it would be appropriate to ask spirit for help and I got so much out of this book.
I have studied mediumship but this is more about helping yourself by asking for help from the same realm. there is one chapter on what to do if you would like to read for others.
I also picked up her book on Words of power because that is also something which interests me. I will review that book as well this year.

Beautiful journey through many mediations to connecting with your ancestors, fore-runners, guides, spirits - known and unknown. Learning more about symbols, reading of other people’s experiences throughout history. It transported me to many different places and helped me explore many aspects of my life from work to relationships to inner blockages and more. This is one to come back to. Leaf through, dive in to a few meditations and off to others another day.

An excellent resource
This book is a must read for anyone interested in Spirit work. It’s chock full of anecdotes, valuable information and practical exercises. Well written and very helpful.

A nice book with many meditations to help connect you with your ancestors and the other side.
