من أفضل كتب الإدارة، هي منشورات مكتبة جرير، ولكن اختلاف البيئة الثقافية بعض الأحيان يحد من الفائدة المرجوة من هذه الكتب. على سبيل المثال، هذا الكتاب رائع ومناسب لدول القارة الأمريكية، وربما دول أوروبا، أما بالنسبة لدول العالم العربي، فهو للإطلاع أكثر منه للفائدة.. فمشاكل وطرق الإدارة لدينا مختلفة جذرياً.. والأفضل أن يأتي يوم يستخدم فيه مثل هذا الكتاب كمرجع لتأليف كتاب (وليس ترجمته)، يمت لواقعنا بشكل أكبر، ويناسب احتياجاتنا أكثر. بانتظار ذلك اليوم، قراءة مثل هذه الكتب تبقى هي الخيار الوحيد.
