I recommend this book if you are curious about becoming a short term rental host. Too often “how to” books contain a lot of fluff and not much in the way of actionable information. This book is different! The authors lay out the steps needed to become a successful host, with a balance of enthusiasm and reality. I especially liked the pro-host tips, end of chapter summaries and concise list of recommended technology tools.
Even if I don’t choose to become a short term rental host, I am now so much more knowledgeable about the process and can make better informed decisions.
