Sloan Maxwell, a former NYPD officer, and 9/11 survivor doesn't want anything to do with a protection assignment that involves a model. The security company is contracted to protect the model, with the hopes of also catching the dangerous stalker. If readers are into The Bodyguard types of stories, they'll like this book.
I love this writer! Jennifer Hebbard has a way of telling a story with some haunting past that leads to a sweet and happy future. This women knows how to write about Love! This story had a chilling side of an ex model Kinley, whose life has been turned upside down by a stalker. Sloane Is the private security hired to protect her. As the two get to know each other as they are trying to figure out a stalker who is getting very brazen, they both are falling. What a great read. Great characters, psychological thriller that includes two troubled women falling in love. Another great one Jennifer!
This was a good read. Had me on the edge and even though I figured out part of the story it was an adventure. Twists and turns that keep you enthralled.
