I was so super keen to read this and finish this amazing trilogy. The book is really good! I love where this story went and would honestly give it 4.5 stars if I could instead of just 4. For me the only issue was I felt the ending was abit rushed and there could have been a few more details thrown in about how and why certain things happened. But overall I really enjoyed it and I’m excited to learn there’s a spin off that will include some of the same characters!
The character development is wonderful and the twists and turns in this whole series are so well done. You can really see the changes they go through and feel the pressure/excitement/angst.

New to me author. I gave this 4 stars (unlike the 3 stars the two previous books got) because this book provoked extreme emotional reactions from me. I binged these in 2 days via audio books on Scribd. Overall if you love drama with average smut, it’s with the read. But….

Book one was ok. I’ve been in a book slump and it kept kept my attention and desire to continue the series with the drama and some steamy romance.

Book two was better written, had a little more depth in the story plot and romantic scenes were more exciting than book one.

Book three just flat out pissed me off! Here is where spoilers will come so stop reading if you don’t want it ruined!! Because this will spoil it!

Kylo was my favorite. I felt bad for him. He got a short straw in life and I was glad they were making it work in the end for book two, beginning of three. Then suddenly he’s the bad guy?? I got so pissed at that twist. Finding out he’s been doing all this bad stuff. THEN… THEN… we find out they have all be infected and he’s not intentionally the bad guy.. pretty much they all are thanks to the gods?!! AND THEN YOU LET MY MAN DIE?!? After being relieved for five seconds that he wasn’t to blame?!? Next the other two just stroll off like it’s not a big deal? Someone who has reincarnated with them for 1,000 years?? They just shrug and walk off like he didn’t matter? She barely even cries dude…. No! Just no! Justice for Kylo!!!

End rant 🤬

XXX! Adult content, reader discretion advised. Two gods playing with their creations choose the wrong creatures to inhabit. Lots of sex, some group sex.

I read the trilogy. Well I listened to it. The first book (submitting to the alpha) is a solid good read. It encouraged me to go after book two. Book two (defying the alpha) was a solid read but ended on a cliffhanger and prompted me to read book three. Book three is a mess! I don’t know what was going on in there! In book two, she loves them both. In book three she only loves Roman. Well maybe… Then at end she loves kylo too but not as much as Roman. Then she has this wolf and moon goddess running around inside her. I don’t know who is who or who felt what. Very confusing. Overall kylo’s story is heartbreaking but the story didn’t do justice to his heartbreak. I hope there’s another book to clean this mess up. I will say I was very suspicious of the third book because of the short run time. It’s the shortest of the three books. I suspected it would fall short for the book in the series with such a short run time. As you approach the last few chapters in the book and it becomes clear that not everything will be resolved, you say DAMN! Book two and three should have been one book. The “third” book should have addressed everything. Based on the epilogue I suspect Isabella loved kylo. I mean she said at one point. By the way who’s the alpha being protected in this book? There’s two alphas in this book who are at each other’s throats throughout. I didn’t see either one of these guys being protected. Strange…

Books one and two? *chefs kiss* It kept me wanting more. I had to get the trilogy to complete the journey. We were nearing the end, maybe 100 pages left, and there was still so much story to be had. I knew then that there was no way this was going to end well. It didn't. It didn't end well. It didn't actually END at all. Kylo died. Then... we get nothing. We don't get any resolutions. We don't get any answers. We don't know what happens next. It's not a HEA, but it's also not conclusive. It says it's a trilogy, but it isn't. The author just stopped writing. It just... ended. She didn't produce an ending to the story. She just stopped writing it and said, "The end." This is the single most frustrating thing I've read in quite some time. The author is a good one. It was good twists and turns, but knowing where/when to end a book is a big part of storytelling... and this fell so far short from the goal it's unreal. I don't know if I'll circle back and read any more.

Urgh I’m so disappointed!

The ending came too quickly and felt like it was left on a cliffhanger!

We didn’t really see much closure with anyone… like Derek after he was rescued, or about Harriet (can’t remember if that’s her name or not) the human or if Jane and Raj are ok after Scarlett marked Jane…

The twists were good, I didn’t see some of that happening! It could have been a lot better and I’m kind of annoyed I bought this book as it wasn’t on KU.

Probably won’t read anything else by this author unless it’s free

Drama!!

I really liked the series. There was tons of drama with a lot of twists and turns. A love triangle! Steamy hot scenes. And in the audio version the narrator's provide an excellent delivery.

However, the word "clench" was used WAY too many times throughout each book; it was used so much that it could be turned into a drinking game (take a shot everytime you hear it; you'll be drunk in no time!)

Loved the whole series. I do feel like there could have been a little more to the ending knowing this was the end of the series. There was so much that had gone on in the first two books and we didn’t get to the true fight until almost the end of book three and that’s the ending we got…. Like I said all three books were a good read just wish there was a little more that could have been given to us to end this whole story..

This has been a fun series but what the heck was that ending??? Firstly you make us fall in love with a character just to kill them so anticlimactically and have his great love just brush it off and walk away no big deal. What?! Also the pup story never addressed. It felt super rushed. Disappointed.

Damn I loved this series.

It was so good. Although this last book was a little confusing and short.

I can't wait to read The Twins.

I can't believe all that was revealed. I never saw the moon goddess coming. That was incredible.

Nasty

I have read so many paranormal books that we steamy and filled with love but these three were just nasty. They were three people that wanted that horrible “sex”. I hate to see their kids grow up and be that way. There was zero love. Would not recommend them!!

Great story

Loved all three parts. Would be happy to have a bit more details at the end, but nevermind that. All together it was an amazing story. Can’t wait to read more from this author.

I am not sure if that was the ending I was hoping for, but it was sure stressful, sad, happy, and confusing.

This story really had me interested until the very end. I love the characters and look forward to reading more about them in a new story.

I was completely invested and captivated all through the series, but it crashed and burned at the very end. Seriously HOW RUDE!! I hate that it left on a cliffhanger and it was published in 2021. It’s 2026!! I have questions. At least it was a HEA, but the ending ruined me.

Addictive

Action packed, intriguing plot. Gets a little confusing towards the end, words said should be identified who they were spoken by.

This book felt rushed and filled with illogical happenings. I had to force myself to finish the series, but still felt like I didn’t get resolution.
