Sara
Now that Earth’s conquerors have fled, Sara’s excited about her future. Until a handsome alien complicates her life. Dekar, with his glowing hands and sweet smile, claims that she’s his fated mate. Yeah, right. But it’s hard to hate him even though he’s an alien. Sara finds herself growing increasing attracted to him, but Dekar hasn’t told her about his past or his real name. Then one day, Dekar disappears. No goodbye, no explanation, no way to find him. He’s just gone…
Dekar
Wanted: Dead or Alive (Dead, if the Grud have their way.)
Dekar’s life fell apart the moment he betrayed the Grud. His world exiled him and the Grud are hunting him. The marshals of GI7 (Galactic Intelligence sector 7) offer him a chance to survive. It means giving up his name, his identity, everything he is, and relocating to a backwards planet. Earth.
His dislike of the planet quickly changes when he meets Sara, a female who makes his hands glow and his heart race. After Dekar finally settles into his new life, the marshals relocate him, barely one step ahead of the Grud. Dekar will never see Sara again.
He can’t accept that. He needs her in his life, and he’ll risk everything to return to her...

Mine to Protect. Mine to Love.
Dekar is a steamy Friends to Lovers Romance with a male who’s lost all he values, and the woman who helps him discover a new purpose in life. Prepare for hot romance, raw determination, love, and a lot of twists along the way. This book can be read as a stand-alone but is best enjoyed as part of the series. Each book in the series ends in a very Happy Ever After.

Dekar (H) is an alien who's been placed on Earth with a new identity, Ginkal, courtesy of a witness protection-type program. Sara (h) is his new neighbor whom he looks to befriend. Until now, Sara's experiences with aliens haven't been overly positive and it takes him some time to win her over, even though he realizes that she's his fated mate. Their relationship with one another grows from friendship to something much more, eventually venturing into the hot and steamy side, complete with special peen. They'll have to face challenges from human and non-human sources; being apart from one another; misunderstandings, and plenty of danger before they reach their HEA. Great start to a new series - so looking forward to more amazing characters, suspense, and hot and steamy action!
Dekar is on the run and has been since he broke the trust of his client. A client that was given to him by his government no less. His actions have caused him to be exiled from his home which possibly would have been the only safe place for him. He looks at what he did in a logical manner and believes himself to have been in the wrong. He does not allow for emotions or morality as this is not really in the nature of a Tekklan. All of which is thrown into a totally different perspective once he meets Sara. He realises that things are not so black and white, nor should they be. Sara has never truly trusted aliens, of any species, until she meets Dekar. She finds him to be sweet, kind, helpful, caring and considerate of others no matter how they respond to him. While she thought she was a pretty accepting and non-judgemental person she finds that maybe she was not a open as she believed herself to be. Dekar has shown her more in the few times she has spent with him than she realised. Most other humans are so so very willing to believe that all aliens are two-faced yet they have probably barely even seen 1% of all the races out there. Unfortunately her growing affection for Dekar puts her in danger, with other humans. Something she did not think would happen. Dekar for that matter istruggling with the knowledge that she is his soulmate which would put her in even greater danger. Will the pair ever be able to be together? Loved that some old favourites pop up in this too.
This was a sweet book. I really enjoyed this one. The mmc was super sweet and romantic. Loved seeing a few of the other characters from other books as cameos.

Quick romance to get your mind off anything, nothing life altering but we do deal with one heavy topic. Dealing with racism and immigration which sounds crazy since it’s an alien romance but the problem is floating in the story. It’s not anything huge but if you’re paying attention it will be pretty obvious so if it’s not what you have in mind don’t pick it up. Overall we got a lot of focus on the romance, the development of their feelings. Cute but not super memorable.
Dekar is running from the Grud, having betrayed them so they were defenseless from attack from their enemies. Even though doing so saved billions of beings, he still questions if he did the right thing. He is given a new identity and job on the backward planet of earth.
The earth was under coalition rule for the last 20 years. When they finally left to fight the Grud the earth governments were able to get back in power and begin to rebuild. There is a very strong anti-alien sentiment on earth. Sara Marconi is afraid of aliens, having watched them kill her father. She is teaching at a school and just bought a house she is hoping to fix up. They first day she moves in an alien walks into her house. She is frightened but Dekar reassures her he means no harm.
As Sara and Dekar get to know each other she realizes she can trust him. There are good aliens that are trying to help earth. But when the wrong people notice Dekar and Sara, they threatened both of them. Sara loves Dekar but when he disappears in the middle of the night she starts to question their relationship.
Can these star crossed lovers stand a chance against all the odds? A wonderful story!.

I enjoyed reading this Alien Romance with the fated mate theme and the beginning of a new series. Dekar is an interesting character. He rights' a wrong and becomes the number one fugitive by the Grud who he betrayed though he saved thousands. While hiding under a witness program on Earth, Dekar meets Sara his fated mate. Sara Marconi's character was likable too, as a teacher who distrust aliens who finds herself drawn to one. This was an engaging story that I volunteer to read and review via Booksprout.
Dekar and Sara are both delightful characters. Dekar is in what we would compare to a witness protection program, but for aliens. He alone and lonely, people shun him, but then he meets Sara. The two of them get close to each other, then he is suddenly gone. Sara doesn’t know that he had to be quickly moved elsewhere by the galactic marshals before his enemy caught up to him. With Sara wanting to find him, and Dekar willing to risk everything to get back to her, will these two find their HEA? Or is the danger too great to take such a risk?
The author made me live the MCs life through the story. I was sad, jovial, desperate, frustrated, accepting, loving, forgiving, and so much more. The life they had at the end might not be the one they would have chose willingly, but the important thing is that they are together. It's still a happy ending for our MCs and hoping that it would stay that way.

Dekar is on the run from the Grud until he is sent by the Marshals of the Galatic Intelligence of sector 7 to earth where he meets his fated mate Sara until the Marshals take him away from earth so will Dekar ever get to see his mate again?. Fantastic story I loved it and the characters and I highly recommend this book.
This is a sci fi wonderful alien romance that I loved. Dekar and Sara are a sweet couple with a great chemistry and their story was well written with action suspense danger misunderstandings steam romance and love. Dekar and Sara are such a wonderfully, sweet couple. This story had steam and a sweetness to it that complemented this author’s writing style perfectly. Sara is distrustful of aliens so when Dekar is the rest into her life and says he is her fated mate she is leery. But his scales don’t lie. Will he be able to convince Sara?
Dekar and Sara had such a wonderfully sweet and very hot story! The time and effort that Dekar takes to woo Sara was so sweet! It was great to be reintroduced to characters from other books and see how their lives are becoming intertwined. I loved reading this story and the HEA that it had!.

He is on the run for his life, he meets her the woman who makes his body shine and heart beat fast. But can he risk being with her. The stows fun with plenty of action throughout.
Meh, I didn;t like the hero that much, he seemed like he needed to have better critical thinking and make better decisions. That would make him more attractive for sure. Overall, not a bad story, but not great either.
I really enjoyed reading this book. Earth had been under the rule of the Coalition who treated women as objects and were not allowed to be educated or have any free will at all. When the Coalition withdrew from Earth Sara was a rarity, a women who could read and write, so she became a teacher. Dekar was part of the reason that the Coalition left Earth as he had given information to someone that started a war between the Coalition and the Grud. As a result he was exiled from his planet and given a new name and identity on Earth. I loved seeing how Dekar tried to continue the customs he was taught on his planet despite the anti alien rhetoric and how Sara slowly started to fall in love with Dekar. This is a beautiful tale and I can't wait for the next one in the series.

After the Grud and the Coalition left the Earth, it’s hard for women to make there way since they’ve been denied so many opportunities during the occupation. But Sara’s one of the lucky ones and she’s determined to help others. So, when she can finally afford a house, she finds out why. It’s across the street from an alien. Dekar’s been relocated to Earth to hide from the Grud, with a new name and a job helping Earth with their technology. He wasn’t expecting to find his fated mate across the street from him, not to mention that she doesn’t believe in fated mates. So, when things go south for him and he leaves unexpectedly what is Sara to think? Especially when they’ve been threatened by everyone just for being together. Is she willing to fight for him? Will he fight to get back to her? I love that it adds to the story of the Zyanthian series. I also enjoyed that the characters felt like they were inserted into an Earth of the not so far into the future, but emerging from their occupation and taking up the reins of their previous civilization. Awesome characters and even greater worldbuilding. Loved every minute of it!.

He was on earth hiding from the grud. She was a school teacher who lived across the street. They must fight prejudice, danger, distance from each other to find a way to be together.

Have you ever thought of a sci-fi book with the characters from Charlotte’s Web? Okay, it doesn’t start that way, but ends up there…… kind of. There’s fear, passion, constant danger, death threats and true love. The main characters are delightful, despite their problems. The others will grow on you.
This intriguing Book 1 in The Alien Marshals & Mates has a steamy Friends to Lovers Romance with an alien male who has lost everything and the human woman who helps him find a new purpose. This well-crafted story has a hot romance, raw determination, love, and a lot of twists/turns along the way. This book can be read as a stand-alone book in a new series that has a well-constructed world, intriguing characters with unique personalities and an engaging story. A Must Read
I absolutely loved this book. A page turner. Dekar was such a sweet character, no matter how he was treated. And Sara, to learn to accept that which killed her father. My favorite part was their first meeting and the open door. 😊Though when he met the child was also a good part.
