Rate this book
Digital Assistants in the workplace are a disruptive game-changer. Although Digital Assistants have huge potential in the learning and development space, adoption and integration are drastically low in the space. The number one barrier to entry today for learning professionals is fear of technology, The second is understanding how to even start designing learning content in this new platform. With this workbook, you are going to roll up your sleeves to design a voice user interface for a voice skill. You'll discover the core concepts of a voice user interface, learn basic terminology, use a scenario with a template to brainstorm the learning experience you will create. Finally, you will use a free platform to build, prototype, and test your design. The great thing is that you don't need any fancy coding skills.

Simple to follow instructions on VUI

The author explains what VUI is and provides background with research. She then moves into step by step instructions with examples that are simple to follow and relatable. Particularly enjoyed the job titles in the user stories. I feel ready to create!
