Looking for a book full of succubi, demons, romance, action and a world where just about anything is possible? If so I would highly recommend this book to you so long as you don't mind steamy romance thrown into the mix.

This is the second and final book in the succubus chronicles, and I absolutely loved it. The first book was great too, but this second book brought everything together perfectly. I absolutely loved the ending, and thought that the ending was so well thought out.

Who would thought that Stevie, and her harem would find out something so small, yet so big at the same time could be the cause of all the drama with Luci.

This book was a quick and fun read that has one single point to it that I caught on to. The point being that there is always another way to solve a problem, and that if love is strong enough it can conquer all. This book has this important message that sometimes all anyone needs is love, or a friend by their side.

I devoured this book in one sitting so if you are ready for the action and romance this book has free up some time because this is one of those books that kept me flipping pages until the very end.

I would recommend this book to readers 18 and up because of some steamy romance scenes.

This book was just completely unrealistic. I know for a fact that no woman carries lip gloss in her jean's pockets, because there's now way that it would fit.

Not sure if I want to read this one. Did her protectors become Luci's lovers? If so, no thank you...

This ends rather abruptly by back peddling in the complete opposite direction the story had gone in thus far. Then again some females just be crazy like that

Paranormal

Really good book! Loved the little two book series. I will say I would have liked a little more detail. Maybe little background about each characters. We never got to hear Damon's story on how he turned. It also wasn't talked about what exactly happen to the guy while with Luci. I wanted to know if they did anything with her. They acted like she put them threw a lot but that made it a little hard to believe at the end when everything was forgiven. Besides that though I loved the story. The addition of Brie and Parker were great too. Everyone worked so well together. Would have loved an epilogue or some sort.

Loved this!!

This book series was a easy read and it really held my interest. I demolished both books one right after the other! I really loved Stevie and her guys! They had sexy chemistry and lots of action to keep you intrigued.

Not quite

Kinda disappointed in this one. There was such a build up from the first book that this one fell flat. The was the conflict ended just didn’t make a good story line for me.

Okay

Unfortunately this book and really the series isn't anything to write home about. I found the romance story to be so unbelievable and ridiculous. I read the second book because I don't like leaving anything unfinished but I will not be looking for any other books by this author.

A warning that I fully aware that reding taste is subjective here is my honest review about this book.

THIS CONTAINS A FAIR AMOUNT OF SPOILERS

When I first started the book, I thought there is no way this one could be worse, inside me I wanted the author to salvage the reputation and I was disappointed I must say, here is why.

So I completely get the vibe, Stevie does something reckless and makes a succubus out of her friend Brie in order for her to help her get the boys back, at this point, I got it, I was like, it's fine, she wants to save them and not be that damsel in distress, she wasn't.

In the process of them trying to find a way, Brie's demon protectors show up and oh boi, they sent her three demon protectors, only one of them is decent enough to actually function as her protector, nerdy but handsome Parker, the other two are muscle with no brain cells and are super irritating, but dumb bitch Brie goes straight for the muscles (Asher and Kason whom I found annoying, irritating, very complain oriented and stupid) and ditches lover boi Parker ever since the first meeting, from that point onwards, I decided Brie was a dumb bitch, now, of course, she realizes that those two brain cells she had as protectors are just so irritating and ends up with Parker.

Anyway, they save them, you would think that's point but no, turns out there is another twist to it, and they needed to unvoid the contract luci had made with thefour hot demon protectors held by Luci. I can't seem to find enough words to describe how unexpectedly stupid the ending unfolded, because turns out Luci is just a lonely bitch who needs some love. Nothing was good about that to me, I mean suddenly she turns into this whiny LITTLE BRAT who wants the love that Stevie and the guys shared, I just have nothing more to say.

Oh wait I do, there are so many things wrong with the plot, so many holes, like the friend Charlie, who was in this book introduced as a grade A hacker who can find spells in the dark web.

Now to the characters, We know stevie, because she narrates, Brie is just almost cynical in a way? I don't know, We knew a bit about the story behind Matteo, like some of his struggles, but the others none and I have no idea why the author decided to share his specifically and not the others.

Stevie is heartbroken. A newly turned succubus, she has an unbeatable enemy. It seems she and her four hot demon protectors can't beat her. To save Stevie's life, they agree to bond with the villain succubus. Unfortunately...she's not only a killer but a lier.
How is she going to free her guys and defeat this being? Thank goodness for good friends. Brie, her BFFS (Best Friend Forever Succubus) comes to pull her out of her funk and meets her own protectors. They aren't Stevie's team, but all the help available is needed. Getting the guys out of lockdown is step one. Keeping them all alive, especially the ebbing Stevie is step two. There are so many more steps I lost count. This is a complicated fix. Lots of hot lovin', lots of magic, and some bada#*s fighting. The end will surprise you. It sure did me. But it was was a satisfying end for all. A really good Reverse Harem read.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the wrap up to book one where we find Stevie and Brie who is now a succubus ready to battle Luci the “Succubus Queen” to get Lach, Matteo, Damon and Rex back. Stevie’s protectors gave themselves willingly to Luci in exchange for Stevie’s life. Losing her protectors has devastated Stevie and she concocts a plan with Brie to go save them. As they are educating themselves on how to gain more powers another set of demon protectors show up for Brie.

Brie gets three protectors unlike Stevie’s four. These guys are not even the B team they are more like the C team of protectors Asher, Kason and Parker. They don’t have the close sync that Stevie’s bunch has and it’s more like every man for themselves with these guys. Its almost like the author resented these guys or resented Brie having hot sexy protectors. Asher and Kason are pretty much man meat with lots of muscles and little in the brain department while Parker isn’t very brawny but has more going on upstairs. During the story Asher and Kason are sent on food runs or given tasks to occupy them or at times not even in the story. We learn more about Parker and he is given more lines and has input on planning attacks and strategy.

This book had a little of everything thrown in to drag out this second book. The story actually could have wrapped with the first book. Then when one of the main characters does a major turn around you are just left going, “wait what just happened here”? You mean all this time and this is what it was…what the heck. This book was a bit more adolescent than the first one. Think slumber party with one of the cool girls dropping by and finding out they all like the same flavor ice cream and lots of squealing. So while there were some steamy bits and Stevie finally was ok with being with her four protectors it kind of left you a bit let down after the massive build up of book one. It was an ok read but a bit unfulfilling.

Stevie has 4 demon protectors that give up themselves to protect her from the succubi queen. However Stevie cannot live without them and will do whatever it takes to get them back before the deal is permanent. Her best friend and newly turned succubus will.do whatever she can to help and when her 4 demon protectors in training show up they jump on board top. Will they be able to save her men before time is up?
This was a pretty short book and fairly quick paced. I enjoyed the characters despite being succubi and demons there was and innocence and sweetness to them. The succubi queen is atypical villian not wanting to share her daddy the Devil.
As I stated it was a short book so there wasn't much time devoted to worldbuilding or backstories on the characters. The succubus queen was a bit cliché, jealous and vengeful of anyone like her that could pull daddy's attention away from her. The entirety of the book is just getting her 4 demons back from the queen.
I gave this book 3 stars due to that fact that there wasn't much of a story line or character development...it is part of a series so maybe more of this is done in other books of the series. However it was a fun quick and enjoyable read...feeling more like a short story than a book.
I would recommend this books for adults as succubi are demons that feed off sex definitely not something for kids. Those that enjoy Paranormal romance or reverse harem books would enjoy this. It's a quick read so perfect for when you just need something quick to distract you.

4 1/2 Stars - Great 2nd part of series complete with all kinds of supernatural creatures & hot protectors!!

If you haven't read the first part, please do so before reading part 2, as this one picks up where the other book leaves off for the most part. Also there isn't enough of a review for part 2 to be a standalone.

It took me a couple of chapters to become completely engrossed into the second part. I think it was because two of the new group of protectors that arrived to protect the newly birthed succubus kinda drove me nuts. Finally I got to the point where I realized that they had to serve a purpose and then I was able to focus back into the storyline.

I hesitate to list any details as I don't want to spoil any twists or spoilers, but this one still at the heart of the story focuses on Luci and the latest way she is trying to kill Stevie. Fortunately she seems unaware that Brie has joined their ranks.

This story contains the same type of adult language, steamy intimate scenes, violence, etc., so if you are offended by any of these situations, then this may not be the book for you.

I DNFd this one, I feel horrible when this happens but I just couldn't do it! The one star is literally because it wouldn't let me review without one.

Her protectors leave with Luci and the FMC becomes a husk of a person and is just insufferable. The BFF recklessly becomes a succubus too with her own set of protectors to help her take down the big baddie - she immediately ignores the stereotypical nerdy protector but when he helps OG FMC she gets jealous and threatens her friend???... danger ensues, they tuck tail to the OG protector's house, they then loop in their still human male BFF hacker, go to a secret underground club for supernatural beings in a ratty motel (WHAT?) annnnd that's about where I stopped. There was too much ridiculousness. The first one left off on a horrible cliffhanger so I really wanted to know what happened next but this was just too out there even for me.

I really like that this was a duology. It was too long to have been one really long novel. And it would have been torture to drag it out to three.

I REALLY like that Stevie is the rescuer in this book. It's pretty awesome, considering she's saving the huge protectors/guardians.

The characters grow a lot... Okay, admittedly the guys are pretty static, but we already like them as is, so I'm not complaining much there. But Stevie and her crew grow quite a bit. Stevie's relationship with the guys also grows quite a bit.

The resolution was NOT what I anticipated. In a great way! I loved the way Savannah solved the problem in the story. It's brilliant. And leaves the storyline open to spin offs should she choose to go that route.

I would definitely recommend this duology to friends.

:)

This got a little bit lower stars than the first book and that's because of personal preference. All the other elements we're there. Connections with the characters and hot sex scenes that still left a reader some room for their own imagination. But, I was waiting for Stevie to be a badass. I was a little bit disappointed in how it was all wrapped up neatly without any badassery on her part and that poof... A switch turned on for making Luci change her ways and all was good. The build up was all there and just as the climax came into to view....it was gone. I'll still read the next books. I think the author has a good sense of character development and storytelling that grabs a reader in and makes them want more. 💜

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review no minority compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own. I'm undecided about how I feel about this book I mean I didn't hate it but I didn't loved it either. I totally enjoyed the first book but this one didn't do it for me. I guess I expected more I was waiting for Stevie to come full circle and blow me a way but as usual I was disappointed. Then I was completely surprise how everything wrapped up so neatly I was hoping to see more drama and Stevie to do her things NOPE!!! I got nothing. It had good potential but execution was lacking. I'll still check out the other book in the series though.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. In book 1 we were introduced to Ella and her demons - Damon, Lachlan, Matteo and Rex. To save her life her demons can't protect her against an unbeatable enemy so they agree to bond with the enemy to save her.  But Stevie is devastated as it was all a lie and she now needs to save the four of them.   With her friend Brie's helpers, they manage to rescue Damon, Lachlan, Matteo and Rex but Stevie is not doing so well and needs help asap.  I preferred this to book 1 as it is more detailed and, yes, more complex.  With so much going on you need a clear head and no interruptions so be warned.  Having said that, it is well worth the read.  I look forward to Savannah's next adventure!

Ok im sad

Kindle Unlimited Purchase

I'm sad it's over.. well is it? Will Her Vampire Harem going to have the same characters? Will we see Stevie and the others? I said this in my review for book one... I have read a lot of MMF books and some have been all sex and domination. Not these books book one I loved because of this... But this book went above and beyond... At one time in the book on of the men told Stevie they were making love... NOT F-ING. When she told him to ** her... OMG that is how it should go with a MMF or a MF experience.. the woman ( well everyone) should feel loved and that is felt in this book!!!

I recommend this book to anyone 18 and over!

Weird Ending

Uhh... Okay so the ending was really weird. It was if it was made just to be different. Honestly, I thought it would circle back to the first part somehow with Stevie ending up using Avada Kadavra, only for it to actually work, but nope.

Satan’s character was really random too. I wish he had more presence rather than just be a convenient way to get a clue. It’d be great if he appeared in the epilogue somehow as well.

All in all, it was kinda building up into something good before it skydived into something disappointing. Too bad.

If you’re just looking for a lighter fantasy smut book this is for you.

It’s not a deep storyline but it’s fun enough, the big fight at the end was kinda anticlimactic but it worked out.

In the end it ended well her friend was smart to ditch the two meat heads in her harem and stick to the cute nerd. Our girls harem of 4 guys all work well with her and complement each other. Her lonely sister getting the two meat heads was perfect they deserved each other!

The bar and the adventures with other supernaturals seem like fun I would have enjoyed hearing more about them.

Book kinda ends on a cliffhanger being asked if they wanted to join some vampires to clean up the city of scum…

Put it down several times and skimmed almost all of it. Too bad, I liked a lot of the author's world building choices, but I got really bored with the plot and all the sex. I really like the reverse harem genre, but I think I prefer separate relationships to the heroine, instead of constant menage and group sex with guys with basically a shared personality. See the Academy books. I should be able to tell the difference between each guy by the end of two books. I finished it out of obligation to the fact that I had already read so much. Otherwise, would've DNF'd it, for sure.

I received a copy of this book from Booksprout and I gladly leave my review.
I was so looking forward to reading the conclusion to this series and wow what a treat it was. Stevie is still a new succubus but she still has an enemy she can’t defeat. Her sexy demons go to the other female succubus ( Luci ) and make a deal for them to serve her but Luci lies. Stevie gets her friend Brie and her protectors to help her get her men back. Fantastic storyline and characters and I definitely recommend this book to anyone that loves Reverse Harem, well worth the read.

Loved it

Picks up were book one ended. Stevie, is devistated by the loss of her protectors. She's not alone, her bestys Brie and Charlie are ready to help. A magic potion later and Brie, is now a succubus too, with pro
tectors of her own.
Her men are free, turns out that was the easy part. Luci, knows her loopholes, and unless they break the contract, Luci still wins. A little help from dad, offers hope.
The show down with Luci takes an unexpected turn, resulting in a happy ending for everyone, even Luci.
Fast pace and steamy, with a great ending. Loved Parker.

The ending reminded me of a preteen coming of age story...

*****SPOILERS****

Spoilers ahead!!!!

Proceed with caution!

You know the old Disney movie based in middle or high school where the mean girl spends the entire movie being a complete villain and then in the last 10 minutes she has a total change of heart and everyone forgives her because she’s good now? This book was like that but with sex. Don’t get me wrong, it was a great book with great characters and very well written, however the end felt lazy, and like I was watching a Barbie movie or something

Stevie saves the Day

Stevie finally got her four demon lovers back from that evil 1000 yr old succubus Luci. With Stevi being a succubus too and being bound to her lovers she was slowly dying with them being gone. With her best friend Brie they managed to turn Brie into a succubus too. Then her demon protectors show up. They are Parker the brainy one and Asher and Kason are just muscle. Now they all are together in trying to stop Luci from killing them all. This does have a happy ending even though it will surprise the heck out of you.

Her Demon Harem : Reverse Harem Duology Book 2 (The Succubus Chronicles, #2) by Savannah Skye is a very good book. This is book #2 and the conclusion of this duology. This book picks up after the traumatic cliffhanger of book #1. A highly entertaining and engaging read. It offer splashes of heat, humor, sexiness and is quite emotional. Join Stevie as she looks for answers and continues her fight. I am voluntarily posting a review after reading an ARC copy of this book.

More action than her previous book and for that I’m thankful. I love the lore that she has created and the careful research around succubi. Like it’s predecessor this is a book for 18+ readers. The action and suspense make the romance full of tension and therefor makes the whole book interesting. I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait to read more my Savannah Skye.

Review will contain spoilers...

This series was good but it could have been great. The H just was too weak for my taste. At first she trained with the demon guards but she never fought. Also, I thought the other realm sounded interesting but the story never introduced us to anything but their life on earth.

I was hoping that more books would have shown character growth or introduced the otherworldly elements but her story ends here and a new H is going to be introduced. :(.

I was eagerly awaiting this second part and was not disappointed. When we left Stevie her guys had given themselves to Luci in order to save Stevie, but that is not always the answer

A well written conclusion to part one which I could of put down, full of excitement and danger twists and turns while Stevie tries to rescue her boys, I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend this book
