After explaining that squash is a wonder food because of its high fiber and vitamins and low fat content, the author proceeds to render all manner of squashes into health-destroying weapons of guy destruction by crapping them up with sugar, dairy, and anything else she could think of that was fattening. The photos made it worth the purchase, though; they are unusually luscious eye candy.
