insanely repetitive.
definitely some good information but tbh i could’ve given you all the information in this book in a quick power point. it was just dragged on over and over.
and the entire thing was just a selling point to do his program.
almost the entire beginning of the book was along the lines of “you’re going to learn how to tie your shoes! but not until chapter 20!” it got old 3 chapters in.
but still. good info if real estate is something you want to invest in long term 🫡
