"We'll never be done. You may fight me, but what we have is inescapable."
Emmy Moore fell hard and fast for the brawny firefighter that saved her not once, but twice in a week's time. Kieran Walker not only made her feel alive and ready to take on the world, he also broke her heart into a thousand pieces.
It has been hard getting over the man who had seemed perfect for her, and she will not let him pull her back in when they meet again years later. But Emmy's game plan to ignore Kieran falls into pieces when fate intertwine their lives again.
How is she supposed to suppress all these old feelings resurfacing when Kieran makes no qualms about going all out in getting her back?
Kieran Walker still dreams about Emmy's smile, remembering their late night talks in bed word-for-word. She pushed him away years ago, but he's done waiting. Now that Emmy is back, he will make her see that they belong together. No matter how hard she tries to fight her feelings.
As a spin-off of the much loved Lucky Irish series; the Moore Family series shares most of the same sassily strong and alpha characters. Featuring the Moore family, this series can be enjoyed as stand-alone novels or as part of the larger series.
One Moore Timeis a laugh out loud, sexy and heartfelt big family romance that will have you swoon while reading Teagan and Devlin's happily ever after. Filled with hilarious family banter between brothers and sisters this romance series will make you feel part of their families.
In the Moore Family series you'll find a broody farmer, a veterinarian, a sassy tattoo artist, a heartbroken chef, a hopeless romantic wedding planner and lots of bad boy alphas.

Author of the Iron Vikings MC series, Moore Family series, Blazing Islands series, Lucky Irish series and the Winter Peaks series. Anna loves to write strong heroines and dominant alpha males 🥵 in heartfelt and steamy romance series. She has a soft spot for motorcycle romance series and big family romance series.
Rating 3.5 stars. Received as an ARC and leaving my honest review. Love that these stories are easy to read, low angst with an uncomplicated plot and all have the heartwarming strong element of family. Although it's not necessary to read the Lucky Irish series, it's fun reading and figuring out the extended family links between them. Compared to the other books I've read, this one missed the mark for me.
The story had a nice mix of steam and a bit of the first responder action and flowed generally well however it felt like Emma's backstory of why she had the propensity to run, was missing and that just made her look flakey in her decision to be with Kieran. She kept running and expecting him to chase and it's only when he stopped, did she then decide she wants him. Not sure if it's a good idea to portray such a relationship as healthy, especially for Kieran who grew up with parent who had such a toxic relationship. Would have also liked to see their relationship grow once they got together; Right now they went from pushing/running/chasing to staying apart for 5 years and repeating the whole push pull and then suddenly getting together and getting married. Just felt too abrupt and would have worked better with a chapter of their actually working on their issues and growing their relationship before the actual marriage.
This is the 2nd book in the Moore Family series and it’s the Emmy and Kieran's story. Kieran is a firefighter who saved Emmy and a fellow co-worker from the fire in a restaurant where she worked. The sparks between them are intense, but the miscommunication and misunderstandings robs them of the chance to explore their relationship. A few years pass and they met again. They are both still interested, the pull to each other is still there. This book has everything: the slow burn, sexy times, a second chance. I really enjoyed this book.
I’ve always been a fan of Anna Castor and she never lets me down! This book was sweet, emotional and steamy! A true winning romance. I would read it again and suggest it to a friend! ;)
Kieran and Emmy are instantly attracted when he saves her from a fire. Then when they meet again when he saves her from an irate driver they can’t deny their feelings any longer. But as in all good love stories due to a misunderstanding and Emmy’s trate of running away they do not see each other again for 5 years and the attraction is no less than it was before. This book had me bingeing it in one go it is so good. I received a copy from Booksirens and leave my review voluntarily.
I was excited to see more of the Moore family and them getting their happy endings, but this book didn’t have the same magic that Come Back For Moore did.
Kieran and Emmy knew each other before her sister met Kieran’s brother and it was only supposed to be one night. Where they both developed feelings and looked into more. But neither was ready then and somehow avoided each other for five years.
Only to cross patches again. And while Kieran is ready, Emmy isn’t sure about trusting him. Until he sees he also has to look out for his heart and leaves her be.
Emmy and Kieran get their happy ending in this stand-alone book in a series.
These two had a much more developed relationship in the past than they did here. And I think if I had the knowledge this was going to be an instant love story to begin with, I may have liked it more. I would have liked to have seen a bit more of a now relationship between these two before jumping straight into marriage. Also, for Kieran not wanting to join the motorcycle club his brother’s in, he sure talked like he was.

Kieran is a firefighter who saved Emmy and a fellow co-worker from the fire in a restaurant. There was spark and instant interest between them, fueled by their texts and night spend together. Unfortunately, due to wrong timing, miscommunication and misunderstanding the situation, they didn’t have a chance to explore their relationship. After a few years passed, they met again. Both still feel the pull to each other, but only Kieran is not afraid to admit his feelings, and fight for the woman who stole his heart all those years ago. First glimpse of Emmy and Kieran's unfinished business was in Brennan’s book (The Lucky Irish Series), and I was wondering if and when Ms Castor will write their story. I’ve to say, regardless of the fact I did enjoy reading their book, unfortunately I couldn’t connect fully with them. Something was missing…
This is book two in the Moore Family Series. This story looks into the relationship of Kieran and Emmy who happen to be the siblings of Devlin and Teagan from the first book in this series. Kieran is a firefighter who saves Emmy from a restaurant fire. Sparks fly immediately, but due to a series of miscommunication and fear of relationships it takes them several years to finally get together.
I would advise the reader that the book can be read as a standalone, but it would be better understood and enjoyed if read along with the author's other books from the Lucky Irish series and the Iron Vikings MC series.

Anna Castor is one of my favorite authors and this book definitely didn't disappoint!
This book two in the Moore Family series which covers Emmy and Kieran's story. Kieran is a firefighter where he saved Emmy from a fire where she worked. The sparks between these two were intense, and the book is full of miscommunication, and misunderstanding situations. It kept me on the edge needing to know what's going to happen next. These two take a break from each other and eventually reconnect. The sparks between them are still there, and hotter then ever!
This book has it all: slow burn, sexy times, a second chance, and a bit of conflict. I really enjoyed this book and hope you do too!
When firefighter Kieran saves Emmy its the start of something sizzling, but with a bit of miscommunication things start to fall flat, move along several years later and they cross paths only this time Kieran is determined to get the girl even if she refuses to believe in them at first! well written, slow burning, simmering heat, with steamy scenes, second chances and more!.

I absolutely loved Kieran and Emmy and their back story to present. I do love the entwined stories with the other couples from this series and Pops just makes me laugh every single time. What a character he is and I am so looking forward to reading Ryan’s book, he will certainly his hands full.
Wowsa I absolutely love this book and couldn't put it down I was absolutely engrossed in it and just loved the characters and storyline. Emmy and Kieran story was so good.

This second chance romance is beyond adorable. You will fall hard for the sexy firefighter Kieran and the beautiful and talented Emmy. Kieran never wanted more than one night until he met Emmy. Even though she’s his best friend Liam’s cousin he can’t stop thinking about her and wanting to have her back in his arms and bed. However, signals got crossed and they haven’t spoken or seen each other in several years. But she’s never not in his mind and he has to make her his before he loses her forever.
Emmy is struggling with a lot of emotions since the fire at the restaurant she worked at and her ability to move forward after her one night with Kieran is not helping. She can’t trust him and she’s worried to let him into her heart again because she won’t be able to survive. However, her body and her head can’t forget him and they keep running into each other and she has to decide to let him go forever or take the leap! This story is super cute and the characters are so lovable and we’ve seen them in Anna Castor’s other amazing series so it’s only fitting that their story is just as explosive and sexy. You will thoroughly enjoy this second chance romance and fall hard for these characters. Happy Reading!!
Keiran is one gorgeous hero with a whole lot of emotional scaring. He meets Emmy at one of the most traumatic moments in her life. It always had the potential for disaster.
5 years later, they are reunited by uncanny circumstance. Misunderstanding, hurt and confusion ensue. Have they healed enough, or were they doomed from the start?
Castor has once again provided intricate characters, with believable conflict and motivators. The dialogue is authentic, as are the intimate scenes, where are SPICY but also push the story forward in a realistic way.
The story interweaves with the first in the series, Come Back for Moore, but could easily be read as a stand alone without loss of understanding.
A well paced, short read - approximately 2.5 hours for me, I really enjoyed these characters and will be finding Book 3 as soon as possible.

One Moore Time was an awesome second chance romance by Anna Castor. Emmy Moore is rescued not once but twice by sexy firefighter Kieran Ryan. He should be off limits because not only is he her cousin's friend and fellow firefighter but he is a serial dater. Kieran makes sure the women he dates know he does not do relationships. But the chemistry between he and Emmy is strong for eight of them to resist so they agree to one night and then they will go their separate ways. However, Kieran quickly realizes one night will never be enough but misunderstandings and Emmy's lack of trust keeps ripping them apart. It's clear early on that both Kieran and Emmy have issues that are holding them back. Once I began reading their story, I simply could put it down. Definitely recommend their story and I look forward to the next books.
I always enjoy reading books from this author since to me they are the perfect combination of fun, sizzle and topics that concern all of us. This book shows how family can make or break you, how your parents´habits have an influence on your decisions. In Kieran´s case they might even keep him from giving his HEA a chance because of his fear of making the same mistakes his parents made. But isn´t his behaviour itself proof he is capable of love? I also understand Emmy´s fears of being betrayed, it can´t be easy to fall in love with a ladies´man who openly communicates he isn´t into commitment. Fortunately with the help of their interfering but loving families they finally give each other and their love a chance. Chef Emmy Moore is rescued not once but twice by sexy firefighter, Kieran Ryan. Kieran is known as a serial womanizer, no relationship kind of a guy and until he meets Emmy, he's OK with that. But you reputation follows you and Emmy does not want to get involved with him. Unfortunately because of mutual friends that get thrown together often. So often, Kieran sees her as his one, but she's not having it. This book was a little too predictable for me and I thought at times these two were just immature . The series is available on Kindle Unlimited.

Loved Emmy and Kieran. Sometimes the interconnectedness of the Moores and the Iron Vikings and Lucky Irish can be a little confusing since the events in this book take place before AND after events in other books. That aside, I enjoyed the growth of Emmy and Kieran. Both had personal life experiences that negatively affected their relationship to each other. Eventually they each decide what, or rather who, is most important to their future and work through their issues - Emmy always running, Kieran not wanting to settle down.

Kieran Walker is the younger brother of Devlin and Emmy is the oldest sister of Teagan. They meet during a fire in which Emmy almost loses her life. A one-night stand with feelings and a misunderstanding have Emmy running away from Kieran. Five years later, they meet again, realizing that their feelings haven’t changed. I like the way the families show them their flaws and how Kieran and Emmy get over their hang-ups. Lack of communication and jumping to conclusions make this story one the reader didn’t want to put down.
I found this a frustrating read. I enjoyed the story and characters but I couldn't get passed the editing issues unfortunately. Usually I can read through and ignore but I really struggled with this one.
There seemed to be sudden gaps in the story as well where we just fast forwarded into the future and missed parts that seemed to be important to the story.
Although I struggled with this one, it won't stop me from reading more from the author has I have enjoyed all other stories I have read from her.
I enjoyed this story, it was entertaining and a quick read. Im not a big fan of Kieran as he is not a relationship guy and sleeps around but he found his match with Emmy. He is so ignorant of the way he treats women (he flirts and gives the wrong impression) Maybe she should have reacted a bit better in the first incident and maybe she should ask for explanations but his reputation certainly didn't help. With some family intervention the couple gets their HEA. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I really loved the book more than I thought I would honestly. I highly recommend everyone to read the book, but I do have a bit of a warning for you because when I tell you I wanted to jump through the pages of this book and fight a character I mean that wholeheartedly lol. Okay the book was a great read and I loved the characters but there is one thing that the female protagonist did that frustrated me to no end and its the fact that she had the tendency to not face things head on and ran away. That's all I'm saying without spoiling anything lol.
Mizz Anna dazzled me with this tale of a runaway Chef & fireman with a scarred childhood. Emmy is a true Chef, but she has turn in to herself since her life is saved by a life saving fireman, Kieran. Mizz Anna gives these two characters lots of pot holes, twists, turns & assorted landmines to tip toe through to get to one other's arms for go. I give Mizz Anna my top score for this quicker romance that had me SHOUTING, crying & even stomping my feet.
Great story. I enjoy the characters and how they blend them in with other series. It's a good feeling to find out what some of the characters that you already know are up to.
I enjoyed this book. It is a cute second chance romance that showcases some trauma you might experience given an emergency you survived or something you went through growing up. Both characters definitely embody the characteristics they have. There were elements for me that felt like it happened a little too fast. Mainly how they feel about each other. I know, I know. Love can happen that quickly, but given the nature of their initial relationship and how it ended, I did not expect it to go at that fast of a pace when they meet again. They both need to work through things (and have been trying during this time). I am happy that they seem to be in support of each other. I loved seeing it interconnect with the Iron Vikings series.
Emmy went through a traumatic event that led her to Kieran. She decides to give him a chance and throw caution to the wind but it backfires on her. Now that time has passed, will she be able to forgive and forget what had happened?
Kieran is a guy who loves the ladies. For a little while, and then it’s time to move on. His mindset starts to change when he meets Emmy. Will his single ways be a thing of the past?.

"One Moore Time" is the start of another of the interrelated families series by Anna Castor, and it follows Emmy and Keiran as their romance starts and stops over several years. As is often the case in romance stories, Emmy takes everything Kieran says and does in the worst possible way and runs away from what she admits is a beautiful man. She also has PTSD and won't go to therapy, even after Keiran, the firefighter who saved her, goes to a counselor. She ends up working in the family bar and gets all kinds of free advice from everyone. After five years, they run into each other again, and she freaks out. Slowly they begin to trust each other, but every time they are almost there, something bad happens.
Finally, Emmy has to get over herself, and all ends well. I wish Emmy had gone to therapy. They also have great sex--always a plus, in my opinion.

This is Kieran and Emmy’s story. We have met them both before and their story is full of the push and pull of love. They would come together, then because of their issues, would be pulled apart. But they sure sparked hot when they were together!!!! When they were finally able to get things sorted, their relationship caught up and they got their HEA. I loved this installment of the series and can’t wait to read about the next Moore sibling and their journey to love!!!
