Shy and innocent Katherine has always dreamed about getting the main part in one of her theater's plays. In addition to a love for stage-acting, the role would help distract her from the looming anniversary of her parents tragic deaths. A home rehearsal turns into something unexpected when her script's Latin incantation accidentally summons a high-ranking demon, Nex.
Getting summoned is a nuisance, but in the name of all that's unholy why did Nex have to be bonded by blood to the purest human? He can only return to hell if he kills the person she names, and Katherine is too virtuous to have a murder on her hands. Though Nex utilizes a multitude of devilish tactics to convince her otherwise, he's now stuck in the human realm. Katherine should be scared of Nex's demonic powers and foul mouth, but she can't seem to resist his charm and sinfully good looks. The longer he stays, their mutual attraction and desire become undeniably heated.
Unfortunately, human and demon relations are strictly forbidden. While supernatural forces and the demon leader herself try to tear them apart, the only thing they can rely on is love, and a little bit of faith.

I loved this book so much!!! It’s a 4.5 stars for me!!! While some parts were a bit slow going for me, the overall story was great! Nex and Kat have my heart! Kat is so pure, it’s fun to see her explore her intimacy with Nex, and see Nex slowly shedding his a$$hole side for her! Love conquers all, even demons!! So let this book conquer your heart!
dnf i’m tired and my time has been wasted enough. was the author even right about nex being the love interest ??? bc this book was all about JASON JASON JASON
Kat is just trying to memorize her lines for an upcoming audition when she accidentally summons a demon. No big deal she’ll just explain it was all a mistake and he’ll go back to hell where he belongs. Only he can’t go back until Kat gives him a name of someone to kill. Kat, however, is a certified good girl complete with her Bible, her church group and her virginity.
Nex plans to pressure her into picking someone so he can go home but something odd happens. The more time he spends bathed in her light the more he finds himself wanting to stay. Which can’t happen because he’s not just any demon. He’s a high ranking demon with underlings, responsibilities and two hell hounds waiting for him at home. Besides the fact human and demon relations are strictly forbidden. And when they start breaking that rule heaven and hell will stop at nothing to break them apart.
Okay I have to admit this is not my usual genre and third person POV is not my jam. I did have a hard time getting into it at first because of that and because of the very frustrating other man drama at the beginning. However, once we got passed that story line and Nex and Kat finally came together I was deeply into it. Kat is naive to the point of almost being annoying but she’s so compassionate and sweet that you can’t help but fall for her by the end. And Nex for being a Demon is one of the biggest cinnamon rolls ever. The man is absolutely gone for Kat and his unwavering devotion was a powerful force that changed everything. Their steamy scenes got very hot especially once their trust grew and she started to give him control.
Part of me is really hoping a certain character is not actually gone and I will be campaigning endlessly for Jaide to bring them back. I really enjoyed spending time with these characters and in this world and I would love to spend more time with Nex’s friends as well!
Overall I think if you’re looking for a steamy forbidden romance with some not-so-bad demons and a love that will break all the rules then you’ll love this one!
ARC REVIEW This was such an amazing book! Definitely a slow burner (which I love), but I got so invested in the story, and the character development, that I couldn’t put it down! The way both lead characters struggle with their emotions and frustrations (especially in the beginning) is so fun to read! Beautifully written, exquisite dialogues and insights. 100% recommend.
Kat definitely did not plan on accidentally summoning a demon into her Home, and Nex didn’t plan on being stuck in the human world away from his hell hounds with Kat, but once they spend more and more time together they find themselves not wanting Nex to leave, however there’s a problem, Human and demon relations are completely forbidden and when they start trying it out Heaven and Hell stop at absolutely nothing to tear these two apart…
Such a great read, it’s exactly how I remember it on wattpad years ago. A very unique storyline that grabs you at the very beginning, and it’s a perfect starter read for those who haven’t read a paranormal romance before and would like to dive in.
Kat is very compassionate and sweet, her time being taken up by college, auditions, working at her local library and going to church, Nex is exactly how you picture a high ranking Demon would be, a broody a-hole, however as he spends more and more time around her, his tough exterior melts away a little…
The only unfortunate thing about this book is that it’s written in 3rd person I feel like it could’ve been more intense and immersive in their own pov’s but I powered through and it was still a great read. There is also a little bit of other man drama.
Update! JAIDE IS RELEASING THIS ON FEB 13th!! I was able to get an ARC so here’s another review.
Spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Plot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In I Accidentally Summoned a Demon, we meet Kat who is rehearsing lines for an audition when she accidentally summons a smexy demon named Nex. Nex is sarcastic, hilarious, sometimes mean, but everything you could ask for. Kat is a pure, innocent being. You will fall in love with both of them. I don’t want to spoil anything, but I promise you this book is worth it.
There is mentions of religion throughout the book, but it’s not bad. (I, myself am not religious.) When I first read this I was worried it was going to be too much, but no. It’s the right amount to make the story flow. There are trigger warnings, just be aware.
I’m so proud of you Jaide. I can’t wait to have a whole shelf of books that you’ve published.
Anything by Jaide is amazing. I can not wait for this book to be in physical form, it’s so good. This book has the smut, the enemies to lovers, demons/angels, everything. EVEN CUTE HOUND PUPPIES! Nex is dreamy, you’ll love him. I recommended reading this book as well as the others by Jaide!!
IASAD was one of the first books that I've read this year and I can say with assurity that it will earn a position in my personal podium of best books of 2023.
There is so much I want to say about this book and I had a whole review written on it but for some reason it got deleted so let's go at this again.
Let's start with the characters ✨
KATHERINE 🦋
This bundle of sunshine is the main character of the book and we follow her story of how during practice for a role she wants in a play leads to her accidentally summoning a demon- a very hot demon. One of the things that I would like to bring attention to that I found was unique to this this story was the way her character was written, she was expertly created to be the perfect sunshine character I have EVER read because she didn't have the stereotypical characteristics that I have come to see in many book.
Usually characters like her tend to be overly positive and optimistic to a point where it gets annoying and unrealistic but Jaide Harley was able to break stereotypes by making Katherine a positive character and letting her feel negative emotions with a healthy way to cope. I felt like she was much more 'sunshine' that way. Her way of bouncing back and hiding behind a cape of positivity was so accurately portrayed to the real people who exists amoung us doing the same.
I loved how you gave her strong opinions and made her a character who even though was kind and giving didn't make her weak and vulnerable to society, you didn't make her a character who just because she was kind made her oblivious and... Stupid. She had boundaries that she had made very clear to the demon that weren't to be crossed and she stood by her words so that was also something that I really think needs to be encouraged and promoted more in books. Women with boundaries and opinions that need to be respected.
NEX 🖤
Where do I even start with this man, I mean I was in love from page one. This man was so perfectly crafted with the correct amount of everything. The love he had for her was so pure and tender albeit him being demon who is meant to be cruel and without remorse. This man had me on my knees throughout the complete book.
One of the things that I loved about Nex was the way that he understood the confusion that a human might have right off the bat the way he tried to make the situation as easy for her as possible understanding that having the blood of another person on her hands was uncomfortable for her.
Another thing is the way that he never tried to control her and let her make her own decisions. Even when she was dating that other guy- I purposefully forgot his name- he only warned he of his intentions and didn't try to hold her back from him in a way that she felt was unbearing of uncomfortable for her, he trusted her to make her own decision and even though it led to bad situations I think that's something that is really important in a relationship.
Trusting your partner to make the correct choice is one of the many foundations to a good and strong relationship and in today's generation that is not being normalised. Controlling your other half's life and their decisions in the name of jealousy or anything else is not healthy and shouldn't be glamourised or romanticised, it should be called what it is and that is TOXIC.
THEM 🦋🖤
The one thing that kept me invested in the book was their banter, I live for banters between couples and it's safe to say that Kat and Nex had amazing one's. I have often found that in paranormal books or this genre of books authors often don't focus on the romance part (yes there are some exceptions) they mostly focus on the plot which is good yes but the romance in turn turns bland, the characters don't have chemistry but Nex and Kat had that, they had this love that was pure and tender, real and raw it had been a while since I've read about a couple who have such natural chemistry.
Right off the bat I felt that Kat and Nex had a natural pull to each other that Jaide Harley didn't have to force chemistry between them and that obviously is the magic of her writing so hads off to her for that.
I also loved how even though Nex's character being a demon categories him as dark their love was anything but that, I found that their love was a blend of both his dark and her light which gave birth to innocent love even though there was smut I felt like in those moments where they were tangled in each other's arms and limbs intertwined just there those were my favorite moments; when they were just in love, two people in love.
SMUT 🥵🥵🥵
My favorite part......
This book had one of the best smuts I have ever read and I am sure that I'll be going back multiple times in the future to those bookmarked chapters just to experience that again.
The description was just enough, not too long and descriptive to be considered boring and neither was too short and vague to be considered as not satisfactory the smut in it was just enough to keep you begging for more in the next chapters.
🖤🦋
Anyways on an ending note all I would have to say is that this book was an experience and honestly I would read it again and again and again and again but the first time would still never be the same :(
THIS BOOK WAS MY DREAM BOOK LIKE THE ONES YOU IMAGINE YOURSELF IN.... ENEMIES TO LOVERS/GRUMPY×SUNSHINE/ANGELS AND DEMONS EVEN CUTE ADORABLE PUPPIES HWKSNAKWKMNSE
AND SMUUUUT 🙌🙌🙌🙌 what more could a person possibly want.
Sorry for that.........
I thank the author for giving me this opportunity to write an review for her ARC and I would like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it and I would love to do it again <3
This review has grown longer than I intended it to and if I could I would write more about this book because honestly I can there is so much to say about it and Jaide is such an underrated author she need to have the recognition she deserves. I definitely would recommend this book to everyone if I haven't already ;)
Ps. Jaide I need that latin chant that Kat did to summon Nex because I desperate need a Nex, PLEASE
I <3 U BYEEEEE
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
I first read this book when it was on Wattpad and I think after I'd finished I re-read it another five times thereafter 😅
I love the plot, character development, gasp-moments and just all round cosy feel of this book! I still have a hard time believing Kat and Nex aren't real people after how well Jaide wrote these characters and brought them to life on the page!
I love this book so much!!! It made me cry, laugh out loud (polka dot umbrella), gasp, smile and I could NOT put it down.
I hope Jaide continues to publish more books (her other books I've read on Patreon and Wattpad are chef's kiss-worthy!) because IASAD is one of the best, well-written books I've ever read by any author.
I don’t think I get to rate this book since I didn’t really read it… I read the first few chapters and immediately knew that while it would probably be a cute book, it’s not the read for me. I actually skimmed the rest of it because I didn’t want to read it cover to cover, but I was invested enough to want to know what happened.
While reading it, my brain kept thinking “This is probably a book that I would’ve loved if I’d read it on Wattpad” because something about it gave off those vibes. Imagine my surprise when I read the reviews afterward and this was indeed a Wattpad book!
It was cute, it had some good one-liners, and I enjoy the premise, but it wasn’t the book to keep my interest for its entirety. Not that that matters much because HELLO have you seen how many 5 star reviews this book has? Amazing.
5⭐️ 2.5 🌶️ I loved this book just as much as I read it the first time on Wattpad. I fell Inlove with the characters all over again. The storyline, the spice. The love hate relationship, the “slow burn”. I don’t want to spoil it but it’s a must read for me.
It’s funny, it’s spicy and it keeps you on the edge of your seat. It does contain lots of triggers so please read them before diving into this book. This is personally one of my favourite books and it definitely is one I’ll enjoy every time I’ll read it. But I know it’s not for everyone! ❤️
I would define this book as cute and simple (not in a bad way). It has all the important elements for me and I enjoyed the world building. But I think I would have liked more some more depth regarding the angel/demon type of relationship!
for a book I spent less than $11 on on Amazon, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of writing. It genuinely exceeded my expectations :) <3
I loved this book so much! IASAD is a book that I think about time and time again because of how good it was! There were a few parts that were a bit slow and I wish this was written in first person, but overall this was a great story! This book had a bit of everything. It was a smutty, forbidden, enemies to lovers, opposites attract romance with demons and angels. This book was captivating from the first page and it was really difficult to put it down.
I Accidentally Summoned A Demon wasn't the first book I've read by Jaide Harley, but it was her most popular work. Despite this, I put off reading it for quite some time. There were two reasons for this. Firstly, it was a paranormal romance, a genre that I had trouble enjoying in the past. I may come across as a shallow reader, but I found it difficult to fully enter and immerse myself in the fantasy world created in these books. Since most paranormal romances I've read are always one dimensional, this situation created my prejudices against the genre. This made it hard for me to get the full enjoyment out of the story. In these novels, the paranormal element was often the driving force behind the romance, but the created world was left underdeveloped with many loopholes. This made it difficult for me to enjoy the romance aspect of the story as well.
My second hesitation about reading it was due to its religious undertones. This may give the impression that I am bigoted, but that is not the case. I am not religious and was not raised in any particular religious doctrine. Specifically, Christianity is not a part of my cultural background. As a result, whenever I read books that involve the Bible, the church, or anything that intersects with religious scripture, it makes it challenging for me to connect with the story. This is especially true if the main character is portrayed as being religious, as it often comes across as pushy and indoctrinated, making it difficult for me to relate. I prefer works that involve demons and otherworldly elements that are far removed from real-world religious institutions.
Considering all of these factors, even though I greatly admire Jaide Harley's writing, I hesitated to read this book due to my fears that I wouldn't enjoy it. If you share similar doubts and prejudices, I recommend that you start reading this book right away, as it will challenge and dispel those biases.
IASAD is a novel that incorporates several well-known literary conventions, such as "enemies to lovers," "forced proximity," "grumpy/sunshine," "bad boy/good girl," among others. However, the author does not use these conventions in a conventional manner. While I do appreciate a good cliché, I have to say that the way the author approached these familiar elements in this book is truly refreshing and innovative. Despite the presence of similar tropes, the author presents them in a unique and captivating way that will both surprise and delight you. With its unexpected twists and turns, this book will keep you on your toes, even if it may seem predictable at first glance.
The characters in the book are expertly crafted and their development is captivating to follow. The story is not a conventional one where the girl is always good and the bad boy is rehabilitated. Instead, both characters grow and heal each other, and their relationship is portrayed in a healthy manner that evokes feelings of happiness and contentment. The way the characters communicate and understand each other is not just based on physical attraction, but on meaningful conversations, active listening, and the ability to admit mistakes and apologize. These are simple, but important qualities that are not often depicted in romance novels. I am grateful to the author for demonstrating a true and realistic representation of love in this book.
If I may recall my previous reservations about the book... I was pleasantly surprised at how well it succeeded as both a romance and a paranormal world. The universe created was compelling and drew me in, with the paranormal elements enhancing the romance and vice versa. Despite the presence of religious themes, they were never pushed onto the reader and were simply there for those who wanted to engage with them. The protagonist Katherine may be religious, but she is not imposing or preachy, and the book as a whole is free of judgment or bias. If you have any doubts or reservations, don't hesitate to start reading, as the book may surprise you with every page turn, despite the fact that it gives an illusion a very predictable and common plot.
This book elicited a range of emotions in me: tears, laughter, both at the same time. I can't recall the last time a book made me feel so many things at once.
I read the book cover to cover, without skipping any parts. Some romance books are filled with fluff, and I usually just skip those sections to get to the important parts. But this book was different; it kept me engaged from start to finish. I even re-read some sections, not because I didn't understand them, but because they were so beautiful. Many books I've read in the past have been forgettable - when I close the book, I forget what I've read, and even the names of the characters. But this one left a lasting impression on me. Katherine and Nex's journey, and the world they inhabit, have stayed with me. I don't often reread books, as I prefer to read something new, but this is one that I would like to revisit in the future. Although I already know the story, I'm confident that every time I read it, I'll experience new feelings. The power of words is truly evident in this book.
I read the book without skipping, but there were some parts that made me feel like skipping. I won't specify them, but after a while, the steamy scenes started to feel repetitive and tiring to read. This might have been because I wasn't in the right mood for these scenes or because the dirty talking began to sound the same throughout the book, losing the excitement and warmth it initially created for me.
Also, if you haven't already, don't forget to translate the Latin incantation that Katherine used to summon Nex. It's very... Poetic :D It made my day!
I would like to express my gratitude to the author for sending me an ARC and giving me the opportunity to read this book. The author is someone I have been following for years and has challenged my preconceptions about certain genres. From now on, I am a dedicated fan and supporter of her work, and I look forward to following her publishing journey with great anticipation.
Jaide Harley never fails to impress and always enriches the mind with captivating storytelling. She deserves to be given a chance, and I am eager to see her attain the recognition she truly deserves.
The book "I accidentally summoned a demon" is exactly like his title which I really appreciate because you know what you will get. It is about a typical girl from the neighbourhood, which is pure and honest, regularly going to church and her only “vice” is her trauma from her dad parents who left her as an orphan. As you can imagine she “accidentally summoned a demon” and as she refuses to name a person he should kill, they started living together. Clearly this situationship brings not only lot of chaos and fun moments, but also they started falling for each other. All in all, the story is well planned and as you would say “round in it”. It has a clear structure, the characters are coherent and as the story fades you understand why they act like they do and what is the history besides of that. This is probably also the reason why the protagonist Katherine didn’t bother me as much as I thought she would. She is the role model for Christianity and in real life I would call her naive and blind. Moreover, Nex fell so hard for Katherine that her life was more important to him than his own life, which was absolutely cheesy and mostly somethings would annoy me. But because the whole history seems to follow some sort of perfection and everything just seems to fit to each other, you became the feeling it has to be like that.
I read this book on Wattpad before it was switched on other app (something on P but I can't remember name now, anyways its not important) but this book... agghhh. It's still in my head to this day, writing chef's kisses, plot 10/10, spice and tensions all the way up, it also made me cry like crazy, and twists - I have no words. I love it, it one of the best books that I read and I hope it gets credit and popularity that it deserves♡♡♡
I was sooo freaking excited when I found out Jaide Harley was releasing IASAD! I first read this story a couple of years ago on Wattpad and then i binged all of her work! I kept telling myself, "She's so talented, she needs to be published ASAP!" And I'm so happy that she is going to be releasing her work little by little. I can't wait to add her books to my ever growing collection! I was one of the lucky ones to receive an ARC of IASAD and I can't stop recommending it to anyone who will listen!
:::Possible Spoilers?:::
Kat is a college student working on lines for a play. While she reads her lines she accidentally summoned a demon, Nex. But he's no average demon he is a high ranking demon who wants to take care of her "problem" and get back to his realm. But the issue with that is that Kat is the epitome of good girl, and in order to return to his realm Nex must convince Kat to give him the name of a person she wishes to dispose of. But little miss Bible thumper Kat could never agree to him un-aliving someone on her behalf! He cannot leave the land of the living without doing what he came for, so he makes it his mission to be Kat's shadow in hopes of annoying her so much that she gives him a name. In the time that he spends with her he gets to know her and sees what a good girl she is. And he starts to feel protective of her. At the same time Kat starts to see that underneath Nex's moody, broody, a-hole ways is a decent man. They start to see one another for what they truly are and start a relationship which is 💯% forbidden! And it puts a target on Kats back, but Nex is determined to keep her safe. So much happens between them and it shows you how opposites attract and how good always overcomes evil. I can't say much more without giving too much away but I can say there is a much deserved HEA and I can't wait to see what else Jaode Harley comes out with next! I know I will love it just like I have loved all of her previous work! ♥️

Honestly a just a great comfort romance book read.
I loved the development of the characters and how real they feel. I was rooting for them throughout and definitely felt like I was there in the moment with them. Also, I know romance a lot of the time doesn't have the healthiest of relationships in books of the genre, but I just want to commend the author and say that I loved how the relationship between the two main characters grew yet stayed healthy throughout.
Only reason why I felt this wasn't a 5 star is because towards the end, I feel like there would be a great benefit of a change of POV. The book is written in third person limited POV but seeing what we're not seeing and is more just mentioned from the resolution I feel like would have fleshed out the ending more (to be fair it's not part of the main resolution). It definitely didn't feel rushed, but I can see some of the reasons why the author might not have wanted to delve into it. In the end, I didn't feel like this was enough to take from the rating down to 4 stars though since the book was perfection and I'm honestly just being picky at this point lol.
Overall, the romance gave what it needed to give and beyond, the characters were so 3D and real and every little detail was so fleshed and well written that I'd honestly not even hesitate to re-read in the future.
Please make sure to look at trigger warnings should you pick this book up! (which you should, it was honestly so worth the read!)
[Arc was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review]
The title of this book drew my attention to it. When I read the blurb, I was hooked.
The story was light but entertaining. It has gripped me from the first page. I wanted to keep on reading it. It was so worth my time.
The author didn't bore us with info dump. She always made sure to keep the story on perfect point. Every approach in every chapter was on point. Not going to lie, I was going through a slight reading slump. But this book has kept my attention throughout the whole book.
I love the bond between Katherine and Nex. It wasn't anything like insta love, thank God. I could feel the chemistry between them. Nex has always taken care of her, even before he fell in love with her. The spiciness in this book was hot as hell. But it wasn't in every chapter. Which is good because some authors think the more steamy scenes the better. IMHO it isn't. Kath was also sweet and innocent, but she wasn't a doormat. There was time when Nex was harsh with her. However, she set him straight every time. I also loved Nex's demon friends. I love them both.
This was a comfort, cute and fun book. I highly recommend this book, if you are looking for a light but fun and sweet book, then this is the book for you. I'm already looking forward to reading the next book about Marcus, Nex's best friend.
An unlikely romance that's sure to bring the tears as well as the steamy smut
“Katherine, you’re never going to heal if you don’t admit it still haunts you. I’m here for you. You belonging to me means I take care of you in every way. You can cry on me. I want you to cry on me. Your pleasure isn’t the only thing that belongs to me. All of you belongs to me. That includes your grief. I want all of you.”
When sweet, innocent Katherine summons a demon completely by accident while rehearsing for a play her life gets completely turned around. Nex, a highly ranked demon from the underworld becomes stuck on earth when Katherine refuses to give the name of someone to be killed in order to break the blood bond and return him home to his hellhounds. What starts as enemies in a war against morals slowly blossoms into more than either of them bargained for. What's a pure, God fearing, religious girl to do when she falls for the brooding, tall, dark, and sinfully handsome demon? What's a demon to do when shown tenderness by a human and begins to feel things demons are never meant to feel? Read this book and find out but be prepared for tears both happy and sad, heartbreak, butterflies, and everything in between.
What to Expect: 🌶️🌶️🌶️, Demon Daddy, Angelic FMC, Forced Proximity, One Bed, Found Family
“I Accidentally Summoned a Demon” by Jaide Harley is a spicy paranormal romance between Katherine, the embodiment of everything pure and good, and Nex, the demon she accidentally summons. This book is a standalone that, in addition to the rockin’ playlist, will keep you entertained from start to finish! There is a content warning page for your review.
I devoured this book. I was LIVING for the chaos this book began with. Catherine summons Nex in an accident that felt to me like the equivalent of a wild fever dream. Like, what do you mean the power went out, and the best way to read is to put everything around a circle of candles??? And now you have a papercut?! WHAT! I was flabbergasted, and I enjoyed every minute of it. After Catherine refuses to give Nex a name so he can end them and return home, Nex is forced to move in. Domestic debauchery ensues in the form of bed sharing, house parties with demons, bargaining with pouty faces, and romantic tension you could cut with a knife as the beings of Heaven and Hell descend upon these two lovers who are determined to make it out alive…together.
I would rate this book at 🌶️🌶️🌶️. What begins as a relationship of forced proximity and tension evolves into one of mutual respect, kindness, and love. These two MCs become embroiled in a passionate relationship that explores dominance, passion, and bliss.
Catherine is not our typical FMC. She's lonely, kind, and graceful by definition. She finds family in the people and demons she meets, offering an open mind and a friendly ear in a way that even made a demon cry. What may be received by some readers as naivete reads to me as somebody with a heart full of love and a willingness to share, even when those she loves are demons with a penchant for sugar. I admired that.
From the moment I opened this book, I was sold. Its light-hearted/casual voice was comforting and marked a path for witty banter, raging sexual tension, and set a tone that, although this book would discuss dark and heavy topics, it would not outweigh the romantic elements of the story.
Talented Author debuting the first in her Rolodex of book bfs
Jaide Harley has been a favorite author of mine since I discovered her on Wattpad a couple years ago. I had not read “ I Accidentally Summoned A Demon” and was glad to have the chance.
I won’t go through a synopsis as plenty of other reviewers have. I enjoyed the original story line for supernatural romance and don’t believe I have read anything quite like it.
The characters are well developed and the storyline flows well. Dialogue between characters is exchanged naturally, and did not catch any holes in the plotline.
After multiple reads of Jaide’s Elder Series (I LOVE LOVE these) I can say the authors writing style has grown exponentially since IASAD was written. IASAD is well written but I can really feel how the author's growth comparing this novel style to new updates I read on Patreon.
Even if supernatural is not your usual genre “I Accidentally Summoned A Demon” is definitely a must read when you are ready for your next book boyfriend.
I've been reading Jaide Harley's books since she was on WattPad. Followed her when she moved to Patreon.
I've been waiting for her to get published, and now the time is FINALLY here!!!
I was lucky enough to be one of her readers who was selected to receive an ARC copy of the book. I had already read it a long time ago, but I never mind reading her work!
IASD will have you laughing, crying, yelling- you name it!
Jaide has the ability to make you feel every emotion!
IASAD has a unique storyline & you will fall in love with the characters. If you're looking for a book that is straight smut, this is not it.
The build up is intense. The plot twists and obstacles they face are going to make you mad, sad, happy etc.
If you're looking for a fairytale, "everything is sunshine & rainbows" type book, this isn't for you.
I highly recommend reading anything Jaide has written, just prepare to get mad, ugly cry and laugh out loud!
