Just finished my second re read of this book. If you’re apart of Jaide’s Patreon, you can read Mended which follows characters from this book. I suggest re reading this one to help you remember for Mended.

As for this book, it’s by far one of my favorites in the series. When I first read it, I wasn’t able to pick up on the hints towards other future characters, BUT BOY AM I SEEING THEM NOW. Kora is such a strong character, Rykan is your Morley grey, touch her you die, daddy. As the series progresses, I can not wait to see how it all comes to an end. We leave this book on a happy ending, but the fight isn’t over.
