Training in underwater recovery techniques, Bronson didn’t expect to recover a body, particularly one with a knife embedded into a diver’s back. Down in Mexico, often anything goes, but he’s been on many dives in his life and has been through a lot of this country, yet at no time had he seen this scenario.

Her missing brother being found sends Robin deep into grief and guilt. Her brother had been much older, living a risky lifestyle on the fringe of society in a small coastal Mexican town. She’d arrived six months earlier in an attempt to help him get his life together.

Finding out what happened is paramount. Yet, as the twisted tale unravels, the betrayals and secrets finally come to light. Bronson and Robin must protect themselves, before the wrong person finds out exactly what they’ve discovered.

New twist to the series. Trust Dale Mayer to shake things up. Bronson, our Navy SEAL is finishing up training on the sea coast in Mexico. Diving a wreck he finds a body. Turns out everyone knows who the body is and most do not like him. Jason was mourning the loss of his wife and was using booze and drugs to find oblivion. The one pleasure he had enjoyed was diving. Jason's sister Robin was heart broken with the death of her brother and is threatened - by many. Bronson and Robin were on the slow train to romance as they dealt with bullying that was getting out of control. I lived in Mexico for several years and sad to say the way the police were potrayed is common. Not all mind you, just like anywhere in the world there is good and bad. Twist at the ending that I sort of expected but just barely, I kept thinking this one person had to be involved. Thank you for the arc! I freely volunteer my thoughts and opinions. #Bronsonsealsofhomor30 #dalemayer #valleypublishingltd #booksprout

Another great read in this series. Bronson is in Mexico with his team to do some trading and dives on the wrecks that surround the coast. Although one dive takes a turn as he finds a body with a knife in its back. Robin has been by her brother for 6 months on and off, trying to help him get over his wife’s death u til he turns up dead. Murder, corruption and a close call lead to suspense as we are taken on a deep dive into a world of drug runners and missing gold. It was a great read. I loved the two characters and the chemistry they had between them. The description of scenes were as though you could picture them in your mind. There was a twist that I didn’t see coming at all. Can’t wait for the next book.

Robin would do anything for her brother and that included following him to Mexico to try and help him heal from a devastating loss. Even though his actions did not endear him to the townspeople he didn’t deserve to die, and she wasn’t about to stand by and let whoever was responsible get away with it.

Bronson is a Navy SEAL who finds himself in town as he and his team perfect their diving skills. What they didn’t expect was to find a man who had met a violent end in the water or the outcome that investigating the discovery and meeting Robin would have on his life.

Bronson and Robin take us on an intrigue filled journey as they search for the truth and find love along the way.

This book grabbed my attention from the beginning to the end. The book starts with Bronson finding a dead man during a scuba dive. Jason didn’t die from a diving accident but murder. It turns out that Jason was not lacking in enemies and the local police are happy to ignore the knife in his back and rule the death a diving accident. Bronson gets permission to stay and help Jason’s sister Robin determine who killed her brother and the murderer will surprise you in the end.

Murder...

Danger...
Corruption...
Suspense....
It's all in a day's work for Bronson, but when the target shifts to Robin his defenses go into overdrive. Bronson is generally cool and calm under pressure, but we do see that wobble slightly when Robin is in danger...thankfully it makes Bronson more human and very sexy.

On the last day of diving training in Mexico with his SEAL team, Bronson and his dive partner find the body of a murdered American man. The man's sister, Robin, is in the area, and he stays behind to help her with dealing with his death. He understands what she is going through as his brother was killed some years ago.

Typical of recent books in the series, from about 30% to 50%, there is way too much useless speculation on what the mystery might be - who killed him and why. Yadda, yadda, blah, blah. I suppose it's to keep us guessing but it's way too much, and when it's getting close to 50%, I'm almost ready to throw in the towel and quit. But I know from experience that the story will pick up and get interesting and exciting again. And it does of course. There are a few surprises, adventures, and of course someone tries to kill them. The action is pretty exciting.

Bronson is so amiable, it's pretty hard to believe he is real. Cool in a jam, but there wasn't that much heat in this story. Other than loving diving, he doesn't have much of a personality. Robin seems pretty unreal, too. I guess she had pretty much given up on her brother getting his act together, but she was pretty emotionless, other than anger.

It takes place in Mexico, but everyone speaks English. They never had to worry about being able to communicate with the locals. There is nothing about his being a SEAL other than a mention in the prologue that he and his diving partner Gavin were second-year SEALs. There is some connection with Mason, the leader of the SEAL teams (see book 1 in the series), but very little other than that, and nothing relating to being a SEAL. Bronson could be any military guy who likes diving. I can't explain why this is disappointing to me, since the story is a good one, with a good plotline.

No mention of the "blessing" or "curse" of Mason's teams where all the members find their one-and-only true love while part of Mason's team. This was a primary feature (or at least a teasing point for the guys) of most of the earlier books in this series. Also, it didn't continue after their one night before coming back to the US. It's clear they plan to continue the relationship, but I just wasn't really feeling the romance with this book; it seemed like an afterthought.

Gavin and Bronson are at the end of an underwater recovery course when Bronson discovers a body. The instructor, Marshall, recognized the man immediately as Jason Rancher, a local diver and former employee. He knows they're in for it when he sees Jason's sister on shore.

Former military, dive instructor and researcher, Robin has been looking for her brother. He's been missing for a couple of days and she's worried. Obviously with cause.

Robin insists on seeing her brother's body, she wants to see it before the authorities get there. She's convinced they will twist things to suit their own agenda and not seek the truth.

Since Bronson found the body, he was given 48 hours leave to be available to the authorities. Bronson is going to use that time to help the victim's sister Robin. They're heading where he found the body and she gives him a bit of history on both herself and her brother.

After an initial look around the dive site, they go back and have dinner. Deciding afterwards to clean out his 'apartment' that is more of a shack.

It's after cleaning out Jason's place that Robin remembers her brother being excited about something, but he wouldn't elaborate.

No one really seems to care that Jason was murdered, he was just dead and that was all that mattered. Robin isn't going to let it go and Branson isn't going to let her do any investigating on her own. It just isn't safe.

Things heat up in more ways than one as this book progresses to the most startling ending.

I just couldn't put this book down, a common occurrence with Dale's books.

This is the thirtieth book in Dale Mayer's "SEALs of Honour " series and another great story.
It was a small town in Mexico, Bronson Manchester and the team were training in underwater recovery techniques, it wasn't a friendly town, it was a very poor area and the residents didn't like visitors, only their money but that didn't matter, they were on their last dive.
Bronson enjoyed diving wrecks and it was on such a wreck that he came across the body of a young man, this was no diving accident, there was a knife sticking out of his back.
Robin Rancher, a diving specialist, was distraught when she heard of her brothers death, she had moved to Mexico to try to get him back on the straight and narrow, he had been on a path of self destruction since the death of his wife, he was taking out diving parties whilst still under the influence of alcohol, he had made lots of enemies, he had a secret that they wanted to share and they would stop at nothing to uncover it.
With Bronson's help Robin was determined to find her brother's killer, the police were no help and the town was against them. When attempts were made on their lives it made Robin and Bronson even more determined to find the killer.
Another action packed, suspense filled mystery that twists and turns, inevitably Robin and Bronson become close and another beautiful relationship begins.

In this book, Bronson is part of a SEAL group who is training in underwater recovering techniques in a small coastal Mexican town. Robin is a professional diver who is temporarily living and working in the same Mexican town, so she can try to save her older brother.

Jason is a diver who became despondent after his wife dies of cancer. He is miserable without her, and turns to alcohol and drugs to cope with his despondency. All of the locals hate him and blame him for every bad thing that happens.

During one of his dives, Bronson discovers Jason’s dead body with a knife in his back. Robin realizes that the police have no intention of investigating his death. They just want Robin to leave and take Jason’s body with her. Then, they can go on with their lives and forget about Jason and his problems.

Robin, of course, wants to find out who killed him. Bronson agrees to stick around to help her find out what happened to her brother. But she is thwarted by everyone, including the police, who are too selfish to care.

Dale Mayer writes a compelling story about a man who falls into severe depression and despair after his beloved young wife dies of cancer. Nobody in the town cares enough about him fight these feeling. Even his “friends” don’t care about this “no good” man.

Readers will ache for Robin’s grief. And they will fall in love with kind, caring and gentle Bronson.

This is a page-turner with fast-paced action and riveting suspense.

Navy SEAL diver Bronson is in a little town on the Mexican coast for training. He loves scuba diving for fun, for work, doesn’t matter. Before they are set to head back to base a small group of his men take a pleasure dive…that turns into a horrific dive. It is unnerving when Bronson finds a dead man…knife in his back…murdered.
Robin’s brother Jason is missing and she’s afraid something bad has happened to him. Jason is a lost soul, a drunk, a druggie, and a user of people who lives in this little crappy Mexican town. He fits right in with the other worthless ex-pats and drug dealers living there, except, Jason has screwed up so much that the locals hate him so much that someone murdered him.
Bronson has time before he has to return to his Navy post so he stays with Robin to help investigate her brother’s murder. They find something that answers why Jason was killed but who did it? This town is a very dangerous place full of despicable people and now their sights are on Robin and Bronson. This story is all about investigating Jason’s murder. Once that’s solved, at the very end, Bronson and Robin find they have a deep connection. I received a free advanced copy of this story from Booksprout and am leaving my honest opinion of the story. This is book thirty in The Seal's of Honor series and it is Bronson and Robin's story and it is definitely a must read. When Bronson and the team were in Mexico training on underwater rescues Bronson finds a body of a man with a knife in his back and realised that it wasn't a accident and then he meets Robin who is the sister of the dead man. Robin is a former military research and dive instructor and in Mexico supporting her brother who has gone of the rails after the death of his wife and when he goes missing she is concerned and starts looking for him only for him to turn up dead and it is not a accident she is determined to find out why he was killed and who did it. When Bronson and Robin work together to find out who is responsible for his death it stirs up a hornets next putting them both in danger but it also brought them close together and another seal bites the dust and falls in love. There are twists and turns along with suspense, drama, danger ,loss, action, guilt, betrayal, grief, intrigue, secret's and difficult situations that have you turning the pages wondering what would happen next. This book has great characters and a storyline that pulled you in and kept your attention throughout and I can't wait to read more book's by this author in the future.

While training in underwater recovery techniques in Mexico Bronson did not expect to find a body with a knife embedded in the diver's back. Robin is trying to find her much older missing brother but discovering that his body has been found she descends into deep guilt and grief. As a twisted tale of betrayals and secrets unravels Bronson and Robin need to protect themselves before the wrong person finds out what they have discovered.

I enjoyed this story with the mystery of her brother's death and who killed him, plus the mystery as to why. This entire scenario was not helped by the small town in Mexico scenario where no one would help and almost everyone hid the truth. The relationship between Bronson and Robin was sizzling and it was great to see him do everything in his power to protect her. Easy to read and understand. Just a little mature content right at the very end.

Once again Dale Mayer has written an unique and entertaining Seal of Honor's book. Bronson, the book, is about Bronson & Robin adventure together while they solve the murder of Robin's brother, keeping themselves alive and falling in love. The two main characters, Bronson and Robin, I found to be delightfully entertaining, realistic, intriguing and full of action.

The book has a lot to offer with its twists and unpredictable turns, realistic scenes, suspense, action-packed, mystery, wonderful characters, intrigue and romance. It's easy to read and has a nice dialog between the characters.

I received a free copy of this book for an honest review. I would recommend this book to anybody who enjoys Romance Suspense, Military Romance and Mystery Romance books. This book is easy to read, a page-turner and full of delightful characters so grab yourself a copy, relax and have yourself a delightful read.

Bronson by Dale Mayer
SEALs of Honor Series Book Thirty
Bronson Manchester loved to go diving, which is what brought him to Mexico with some of his navy team for training. So he didn’t expect to find a dead body in an old shipwreck or to stay to help the dead man’s sister. And no way was he leaving her alone when it became clear she may be in danger.
Robin Rancher had come to Mexico to help her brother, Jason. After his wife’s death, he’d fallen into drugs, drinking, and not caring about himself. Now that he’s been murdered, she wants answers. But, unfortunately, in a little, close-knit village like this…answers were hard to come by.
Jason had ticked off many people in this town. Bronson just needed to keep Robin safe until they returned to the States. Another page-turner in this series.

I have to say I heard Jaws music in my head while they were diving and i pictured The Deep with a huge moray eel. I can say that helped build up suspense because I really expected something to happen, imagination and films have that affect sometimes when I'm reading a story that is based in similar scenes, so in this case wreck diving. It really just added to the excitement of what will happen and it was nail biting at times, but different scenario. Great characters both good and bad, I'm certainly glad Bronson was there to help Robin as well as comfort. Plenty of suspense and some action, romance was more low key and seemed more a friendship at times, but that can lead to stronger relationships and in this case they had quite a bit going on anyway. But once safety wasn't such a big issue all bets were off. Fabulous and interesting plot and as always I loved it.

Bronson is book 30 in the Seals of Honor series and is a stand-alone novel which takes place in some undisclosed town in Mexico. Bronson is there for some team building exercises when a body is found in a shipwreck. When the team brings the body to shore, they are met by a woman. This lady, Robin, is the dead man's sister and who decides to pursue the murderer who stabbed the man in the back.
As stated above, Bronson is an entertaining stand-alone book. There is a lot of action and detailed conversations between the main characters. Sadly, I was a little underwhelmed by their interactions. While Bronson and Robin pursued the identity of the murderer, the action started dragging and I really just wanted to finish it. There is one bedroom scene that isn't smutty but it isn't squeaky clean either.

Bronson & Robin

I loved the plot of this story! I have to say, I expected there to be a danger of interactions with aggressive sea creatures in and around the ship wreck and the long swim to shore. I kept waiting for a shark sighting or a possible shark stalking.

I felt Bronson was in the right place, right time to help Robin just when she really needs it. He was also a champion to stick around to see that she was protected from the nefarious locals.

I expected a little more involvement from Mason’s team to help out, but that’s just because I love this series so much and enjoy the team showing up. Bronson did just fine with the touch of assistance from Mason.

Suspense and light action surrounding the reason why a life is taken, a heartfelt journey by a sister which has details left unresolved, and a soft, sweet romance. Great story.

You gotta feel for Bronson after his last and meant to be enjoyable dive before heading back to the Ship to go home turns out to be a body retrieval. Robin had the patience of a saint with trying to help her brother after his downward spiral from losing his wife, but you also get it with him being her only family left apart from her Uncle and wanting answers on what really happened after the local police refuse to look into things. You feel the danger in the peripheral and potential of it with every action Robin and Bronson take, however when it happens like when they go out for a dive it still shocks you and makes you wonder what will happen next and will Robin ever actually get answers. This was a great read from start to finish and what an ending it was!.

When Bronson finds a dead body in a ship wreck underwater during a diving exercise in Mexico, he meets the deceased sister, Robin. Robin has been trying for months to get her brother sobered up and keep out of trouble and when he is murdered, she wants to know why and who did it, for closure. Bronson stays close to her side while they figure out what happened, much to the dismay of the locals. But when they find out what he was up to, they will need to find a way out before they are next.
A good read with some suspense, a hint of steam and good characters. I liked these two, sharing a pain they both have experienced and no drama between them, sticking by and finding each other.

The slow build of tension in this story had me gritting my teeth. An ex pat alcoholic leaves the US for Mexico after losing his wife and tries to drink himself to death. He takes tourists scuba diving to earn money so he can drink but he goes missing and is found underwater with a knife in his back. Robin, his sister, came to Mexico to help him turn his life around but she is too late. Bronson, A Navy Seal, is doing dive training and finds the body. Robin and Bronson team up to find her brother's killer.

Slow building story with an explosive ending.

Book #30 and I have read all of them and have enjoyed each and every one. This story includes Bronson who is at home in water and the special underwater training for recovery operations. The last dive for the day was mostly for fun but wound up complicated by a dead body with a knife in his back which rules out accidental death. As the sister of the dead body, Robin joins the story and the fun begins.
This story is intriguing with a relationship growing and danger mounting, it was difficult to put down. A great read with good characters. I love the honor part too!.

It's another fast-paced romantic suspense, it was revolved around murder of a diver at the popular dive site in mexico, the setting is pretty cool with all those beauty underwater scenery, unfortunately, the mystery is not interesting, lots of repetitions and lots doesn't make any sense and the action only happens on the last chapter, not much investigating done too, so I felt dissapointed, but cool calm collected Bronson made everything much better, love his alpha protective mode. The romance part is just okay, didn't feel the sparks between Bronson and Robin, but it still pretty cute romance.
Overall, this book still entertaining.

On a training exercise in Mexico, Navy SEAL Bronson discovers a male corpse in a shipwreck. Robin is determined to find out who murdered her brother. The locals were more likely to say 'Good riddance' than to help her. Bronson gets permission from his new boss Mason to stay for a few days and help her. Soon, both of them are in danger. I like how Robin is so intent on getting justice for her brother in an almost impossible situation and also how Bronson is there every step of the way in support of her.

I was entertained by the mystery of whodunit. I liked Bronson. He was very chill, until he wasn't. Although there wasn't much action in this book, I never got the sense that Bronson was not prepared to act.

I felt absolutely NO sense of romance between Bronson and Robin. I figured they were only going to have a congenial personal relationship.

This book seemed different than some of the previous books. No real romance, no action, just an entertaining mystery.

Bronson discovers a body while diving, the instructor is a local and recognises him. A troubled man was Jason, the alcohol and drugs took over his life. His sister is onshore and is determined to get to the bottom of his murder. A small town in Mexico had limited policed and no one seemed to care, it was a case of good riddance. Bronson and Robin work together over the next few days to get to the bottom of this murder mystery. Nearly losing their own lives more than once would they make it back to the States.
Great ending to this story, I was glued to my kindle until the finish.

It seems only fitting that a Navy SEAL who is training in underwater recovery techniques would be involved in recovering a dead body bound in a shipwreck. And when he meets Robin, the dead guy's sister, and it appears there is some danger, he can't help but get involved. Since the police aren't interested in investigating the murder, Robin and Bronson embark on a quest to find out what happened. There are chilling moments along the path to discovering the truth along with the reason, and the start of a new relationship.

This is a great SEALs of Honor novella with interesting characters, suspense, intrigue and romance when Bronson, who is trained in underwater recovery techniques recovers a body with a knife in the diver's back in Mexico and then works with his grieving sister to find what happened. I really liked the instant attraction and undeniable chemistry between Bronson and Robin and was rooting for them. Ms. Mayer never disappoints whatsoever and is a master at military romance.
