Pick up this short book if you think you won’t have time to pick up the short popular one. Well, the concept is explained in a concise manner and it’s well done. However, I do not agree with the comparisons made without proper evidence and explanations. Who says the “western” concept of “ikigai” is only about monetisation?!

I found this guide to be genuinely practical and not preachy as some books on Ikigai tend to be. I particularly liked the chapters with exercises to make you dig a bit deeper. No matter what stage you’re at in your life journey, I feel there is something valuable in here for all of us.
