The author is a former Soviet KGB member who defected in 1947, and is now living in New York. The “People of the God” is the Jewish people as the incarnation of evil. According to the author, many famous statesmen - Tsar Nicholas II, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, F. D. Roosevelt, Churchill, Mussolini, and Franco were Jews or half-Jews, or occulted Jews, as the two authors former wives. The book is based on a transcript of Klimov's 75 hours of video lectures for Russian TV. As supplements are published the infamous “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” and some anti-Semitic articles of modern Russian authors. Klimov’s book has enormous popularity in today’s Russia, where it has sold more than 1 million copies.
